It will take a constitutional amendment to do it, which of course requires ratification by 38 states.

Dominion will be the state vote-taker.

I expect they can pass it through congress. Also have 24 states agree to sign it. After that it is a matter of time.

Actually, three-fourths of the states have to ratify, not two-thirds.

I am pretty sure that will take a constitutional amendment (I can't read print that small) and if so, something like 2/3rds of the States have to ratify it and I don't think that is very likely.

But we shall see, depending on what happens in the next few months, the constitution may or may not matter much.

Changing or abolishing the constitution is part of their agenda as far as I've seen and heard.

I'm more concerned with who they may be meeting with and what deals they may be making. Since they've missed two days I'm guessing whatever they've doing isn't in the continental US.
