Delaware Judge Rules Vote-by-Mail Violates State's Constitution, Cannot be Used in November Election

A Delaware judge on Wednesday ruled vote-by-mail violates the state’s constitution and cannot be used in the November election.
The judge also upheld Delaware’s new same-day registration law, AP reported.
“Our Supreme Court and this court have consistently stated that those circumstances are exhaustive,” Vice Chancellor Nathan Cook wrote. “Therefore, as a trial judge, I am compelled by precedent to conclude that the vote-by-mail statute’s attempt to expand absentee voting … must be rejected.”
Recall, Delaware’s Democrat legislators passed vote-by-mail earlier this year after they failed to garner Republican support to amend the state’s constitution.

Democrats across the country are ramming through vote-by-mail bills because it makes it easier for them to cheat.
AP reported:
A Delaware judge ruled Wednesday that a new vote-by-mail law enacted earlier this year is unconstitutional and that voting by mail cannot be used in upcoming November election.
Vice Chancellor Nathan Cook ruled that the law, the result of legislation that Democrats rammed through the General Assembly in less than three weeks this past June, violates a provision in Delaware’s constitution that spells out the circumstances under which a person is allowed to cast an absentee ballot.
Julianne Murray, an attorney for plaintiffs challenging the vote-by-mail statute, said she was glad that the judge carefully studied Delaware’s constitution and court precedent in making his determination.
“He started on the Constitutional Convention of 1897 and worked his way through,” said Murray, who is the Republican nominee for attorney general in November.
Jane Brady, a retired judge and former Delaware attorney general who also represented plaintiffs in the lawsuit, said mail-in voting “does not comport with the constitution.”
“I believe that the legislature has known from day one that they needed a constitutional amendment to do this,” she added, noting that lawmakers acknowledged during debate on the legislation that it could likely face a court challenge.

These d*mn dems are like hornets that have been stirred up. They keep attacking you all over, any place they can, any place that you are vulnerable. And you keep swatting them down and swatting, swatting, swatting...wondering when the d*mn things are going to quit stinging and attacking and just DIE. For every one of them swatted down, there are umpteen more to take their place.

We need more people willing to take the stings, but also more to do the swatting.

Pride comes before the fall.....Pride month ended.
Wish, dream, pray... the constitution ruled at all the states level...not one here n there.
one day, paper, in person...open tabulation = fair vote.

the vote is crucial, the tally even more so...as stated, who counts the vote is the real issue....so they work hard on both ends, fraudulent votes, fraudulent tabulation. It is what it is, and it will be so soon, once again.

Now what are they going to do with the box truck full ballots they have already filled out in advance of the election?

The judge tightened (eliminated) "vote by mail." But seemingly he loosened "same day registration."

So instead of cheating in advance by mail, one cheats the same day - and by a similar method.

One imagines that those that come in "last minute" to register to vote get their ballot "set aside" to be reviewed alongside their registration. So instead of reviewers trying to establish what or who the person voted for, they also review the "qualification" of that vote.

So effectively its the same review as a mail-in ballot.

And likely reviewed by the same humans.

And likely reviewed to the same results...

Imagine legions of Democrats coming in at the last minute to vote, possibly claiming to be Republicans who wish to change their vote and party - and Democrat reviewers "rubber stamping" everything?

Hay. If they can block the windows in the Detroit Arena to prevent "due process of review" - they can game the system even less obviously.

Here is an idea. It will never be passed, but if it did, cheating would end.

1. Require legitimate ID for each voter.
2. Record that person voting
3. Vote using only paper ballots, no machines
4. Vote counting by equal numbers of reps from all parties, Dem, Rep, Libertarian
5. Anyone found cheating is immediately taken to town square, tied to a post, covered in gasoline, old tires, light em up
6. Broadcast on TV
7. Cheating no more !!!!!

That is their new strategy. Work it out so they can close the voting places. Watch. Your not going to Get to vote in the midterms. It’s the only way they can win.

I heard China was doing that. Burning errant voters. Maybe that’s what started the Chinese skyscraper on fire? They burned a guy too close to that building and it caught something else on fire?

Or maybe not, lol
