I used my crock pot at our in town tiny house today. Regular grid electricity. Our off grid cabin cannot run a crock pot or our electric dehydrator. Used my Google fu and found an easy easy recipe.
Sliced chicken breasts covered in B BQ sauce on high setting fir three hours.
I used the last bit of a bottle of Briannas salad dressing for the first hour and then about a cup left over BBQ sauce I made last weekend for beef ribs I had baked for Valentine’s Day.
Yummy! I serviced sliced chicken breast over rice and steamed broccoli. Yummy!!
