Colorado State University trespassed and threatened to arrest unvaccinated students after learning they failed to submit proof of COVID-19 vaccination, a requirement for students to attend in-person learning.

In an email sent to unvaccinated students obtained by Turning Point USA, CSU alleged that unvaccinated students pose a threat to the safety and well-being of the University community.

"I am writing to you on behalf of Student Conduct Services at the Student Resolution Center because information provided to our office by the Pandemic Preparedness Team indicates you have not submitted your proof of vaccination or requested an exemption," Michael Katz said, Director at the Student Resolution Center.

"Since your non-compliance with this requirement poses a threat to the safety and well-being of the University community, the following interim measure applies to you:

Effective immediately, you are trespassed from all University property until May 16, 2022. This means you are not permitted to be on any University property or in any University buildings; this includes but is not limited to, residence halls, university apartments, dining halls, in-person classes, the Morgan library, the rec center, and the Lory student center. Please note that faculty are not required to make alternative arrangements for the student to complete their course work away from campus while you are trespassed from campus."

"If you are found on university property or in any university building you may be cited or arrested for trespassing and face further disciplinary action," Katz said.

Colorado State University's current COVID-19 requirements are among the strictest in the nation, despite the university having a high-vaccination rate. 87.5 percent of students recieved the COVID-19 vaccine, while 84.9 percent of faculty members received the doses; a threshold that is often considered to be herd immunity, according to the WHO.

If anything, their plan is very predictable. Take the low-hanging fruit (naive youth) first, then work your way up in stages.

I expect we boomers at some point will receive a similar letter barring us from medical centers, you know, to protect the vaxxed. That logic fallacy is truly astounding. Have people collectively lost their minds?

There is a storm coming….

The storm is already here, imho, and the time for sitting on the sidelines and waiting to see which direction the wind blows is over.

Yes, indeed. Team Evil is like a runaway train careening downhill and picking up speed.
They seem unable to pull back now.

We can expect serious situations to rapidly multiply during the dark winter ahead. Plan, prep, and pray.

Spoiler alert: Good beats evil in the end.

Yes but there are only going to be about 100 million survivors left.

Only worry about what you can control!
Yep... file suit every time, different complaints so it avoids class action. Make them retain attorneys for each case, win or lose they will spend a fortune.

Good afternoon,

I am writing from the Trespassed Students Association. Since I have paid for services you are refusing to honor I will be expecting a full refund posted to my student loan lender (information entered here). I will also expect to see a full refund to my credit card for parking passes and book purchases.

The amount of money received from me on the promise of scheduled courses and instruction far exceeds the minimum amount to be classified as felony theft. Obtaining funding for goods and services not provided is illegal in all 50 United States.

In order to avoid further costs associated with my retention of legal council, I expect payment to be posted no less than 7 days from the date of this letter.

If you have questions or would like to refute any part of my claim please contact (Generic Attorney) at her office by dialing xxx-xxx-xxxx, please be aware when you contact my attorney in this matter you will be initiating additional costs to be settled once an agreement is reached.

Thank you for your prompt attention in this matter,

Any Student

Add CSU student mandate to UCH no transplants for the unvaccinated.

THEY stole the elections in Colorado...we have proof ...but no one with any power cares.

I have many conservative friends looking to bail from Colorado with all of this crap going on.

What a load of BS. I am sad to say I graduated from CSU.
But when? And are you involved w/ the Board of Regents or Governing body?

Unless you're at the table where such decisions are made, you've got zip to apologise for Amigo.

Probably still makes you want to shred the memorabilia though.

I have NO idea what this is, but some CO county apparently got the wind up this guy's kilt recently. Passed a new lawwwww to confiscate everything??? Do people not yet realize they are already past the point where they have nothing to lose?

The people of Saguache County found out what had passed and showed up to the next county board meeting in very large numbers and forced it to be rescinded.

I think it may be time for students at the University of Colorado in Boulder to re-open their old Alfred E. Packard Memorial grill. The one the university forced students to change the name of years ago, in an early version of "woke."

If this sort of decree from on-high continues, there may be some "interesting" new dishes available there in the next few months.

So….since when has a University had ‘arrest‘ power?
Sounds like my HS guidance counselor from the 70’s!

Colorado’s Saguache County Adopts ‘Emergency Regulations’ Allowing Warrantless Entry to Private Property and Stopping Sale of Firearms and Ammo Into
BySurvive the News
OCT 3, 2021

Colorado’s Saguache County approves measures in case of ‘Emergency’, that allow warrantless entry into households and prevent the sale of guns and ammo.
The Archvalley Voice reports:

On Tuesday, September 21, the Saguache Board of County Commissioners (BoCC) unanimously approved and adopted a new resolution titled; “Civil Emergency, Emergency, or Local Disaster Regulations” Resolution #2021-07.
These new regulations define the duties and powers of the Chair of the BoCC, spending authorities, spending limits, the succession of authority, government continuity of operations, and alternative meeting locations for the BoCC – during a County Declared Disaster.

Although not stated in the article, the resolution gives the County unheard-of rights:

3 – allows County to prevent the sale of anything

4 – allows for closing ‘nonessential’ businesses

5 – prevents the sale of alcohol, firearms

16 – allows County to accept gifts from non-profits and private organizations

17 – suspends the use of water resources

(4) – the ability to enter any property at will

"School" of "high(er)" learning, indeed. <ahem>

Too much of that legal THC lodged in their thinking circuits, and not enough O2 - altitude may also be in play . . .

I think I'd start by asking how long my refunds would take & then searching out class actions I could join

Lots of places to finish a degree
I would unenroll and then get all the other unvaxxxed to march through the commons area chanting “F Joe Biden” adding the name of the idiot who made this “decision”. I would then drive on down the road to a better life.
