I was thinking it was raining even now... for a few seconds it looked pretty obvious that the camera lens was wet. Then the feed paused... still paused now, a minute later... ahh now it is working again and the sun is coming up (although looks very cloudy). The side angle is black, but audio works.

At least from the spillway angle you can see that the dam is still standing... now it may be leaking over, under, around, and through, but it is certainly still there. Of course, also assuming it is not a fake feed. But I think it is legit, the clock has kept good time, and the sun has been rising around the same time each day. As said before, I think it might have been raining early in the morning. Looks like the sun is out now.

I am thinking it is real time still... the traffic is moving, as are the ships or towboats (probably are freighters). This time there are two. Both going upstream, one above the bridge and one below... pretty cool view at night actually. You are right, it would be good to know how much of the area really is flooded, especially in the foreground. Nothing will show at night.
I think they changed the view as well, but I think it is mostly camera brightness... those streetlights were there a few nights ago, but you could not see anything other than the light glare for a couple nights. Might have just backed out as Countrymouse was thinking. that helped with the night view for sure, at least now you can see the water from the spillways... does anyone have a number on how wide the spillway itself really is? maybe a couple thousand feet? I know the whole dam is 2+ kilometres, but not sure where that starts and ends. Looks to me like many of them are open...
