They were bikers selling meth and raising pit bulls. Got so mad they tossed the sofa through the living room window. Then promptly left. I cleaned it all up, painted the inside and laid new carpet. Sold it to a family with four little boys who loved it and the neighbors loved me. Pocketed some cash for my efforts. I was younger then. Nice ending.

I am so thankful I got out of the landlord business years ago.

The laws were bad years ago. Stacked against the landlord it seemed. Now? Not any better that's for sure.
