It is an insult to humanity to bring race into the discussion.
Such egregious behavior transcends race.
There is an above average percentage of Blacks documented in having behavior that is a liability to modern civilizations that has a biological basis within the foundation of a genetic population drift which is a result from an environment that naturally selects such behavior of impulsive behavior without considering consequences..........that is a survival trait in Sub Sharan Africa but in a modern society it leads to crime and or poverty..............the essence of success in civilizations is strategic planning and delayed gratification and if you attempt to exercise that in a Sub Sharan African tribal existence it would get you killed and hence unable to pass along the DNA that most often reflects such traits.
I won't go into details but look up the MAOA gene and its prominence in Black over other races. It is nicknamed "the warrior gene" for its link to high-risk taking, impulsivity, and increased aggressive behavior.
This is due to the high predatory environment of Sub Saharan hot temperate zones where there is no hibernation and all species compete at extreme predatory level in which humans living in that environment requires fight or flight with consideration to contemplate the idea of consequences.........example: see a snake in Africa............hmm lets see if that is a.........bam you are dead. (The 5 most deadliest and aggressive snakes are found in that area of the world......no time to contemplate if they are harmless or not)
Your response is one of an emotional or moral stance that is well stated ...........but only with the caveat of applying that to an individual where your relationship to that person can supersede any racial assumption of their behavior. However, civilizations are managed within large populations where if there is as high correlation of behavior, culture and/or traits identified to be a liability to society correlated to one racial group one must heed that in public situations where you don't have the luxury of getting to know a stranger on an individual basis.
Jessie Jackson said it best.............."If I walk down a city alley at night and hear people following behind me and turn to see that they are Black I get worried...........and if I see they are White I relax again. "
He could be dead wrong but when you play the odds with strangers and/or large groupings so to speak you must acknowledge some levels of racial prejudgment and/or stereotypes as a survival trait to the situation you may end up in.
For me that means I avoid most public places to begin with........but especially those with a high correlations of Blacks....
...and especially when those gatherings are predicated on activities common to the culture behavior of many Blacks..........such as a rap concert or the CIAA basketball "gun shootout" tournament.
