Wow! they even mention that the perp is "black." I didn't think they did that anymore. Not that black or white is important but it's the media who didn't want to appear racist for reporting when ever a black person committed a crime.

I just saw a msm article and no mention about the perp.

That guy posting the tweet with the good info probably got it off the scanner.

PD still describes the suspect, it's the MSM the removes the details.

Updated on: March 16, 2024 / 12:45 PM EDT

BREAKING UPDATE: A shelter-in-place order in Falls Township has now been lifted. The previous article is below.

FALLS TOWNSHIP, Pa. (CBS) -- At least three people were shot and killed Saturday morning in Falls Township, Pennsylvania in what were described as domestic-related shootings, police sources told CBS News Philadelphia.

Police are searching for a suspect, identified as 26-year-old Andre Gordon, in connection to the shootings. Falls Township residents received emergency notifications to shelter-in-place Saturday morning.

The Bucks County District Attorney's Office said the shootings happened at two separate locations in Falls Township - on Edgewood Lane and Viewpoint Lane.

The DA's office said after the shootings, t Gordon carjacked someone at a Dollar General store on Bristol Pike in Morrisville, Pennsylvania - and got away with a gray or silver-colored Honda CRV.

Middletown Township police said a vehicle used by the suspect was located in Trenton, New Jersey just across the river from Falls Township.

Middletown police said Gordon has ties to both Bucks County and Trenton.

"Sources in Trenton are advising that they have the vehicle, but not the suspect. Suspect is Andre Gordon, a 26 year old male who has ties to addresses in Bucks and Trenton. It's believed he is currently homeless, but stays in Trenton primarily," Middletown Township Police said.

Earlier Saturday, Middletown Township police said on Facebook that there were been multiple shootings in Falls Township with several victims.

"There are several gun shot victims and it is unknown at this time if they are targeted or random," Middletown police's Facebook post read. "MTPD is monitoring our traffic and borders and it does not seem that the shooter has entered our township limits."

A man accused of killing his stepmother, teen sister and mother of his two children in Bucks County has been captured by police after barricading himself inside a home in Trenton, New Jersey, officials say.

The mayor of Trenton, New Jersey, announced that Andre Gordon, 26, was captured alive and unharmed by Trenton police around 5 p.m. Saturday.

Bucks County District Attorney Jennifer Schorn provided a detailed timeline of the ordeal during a Saturday afternoon press conference.

On the morning of Saturday, March 16, Andre Gordon, 26, carjacked a victim and stole a vehicle in Trenton, New Jersey, investigators said.

Gordon then drove to a home on Viewpoint Lane in Levittown, Pennsylvania, around 8:50 a.m. and broke inside the house, according to officials.

Gordon then allegedly shot and killed his 52-year-old stepmother, Karen Gordon, as well as his 13-year-old sister, Kera Gordon, inside the home. Three other family members, including another 13-year-old, were also inside the home at the time, officials said. Gordon searched for the other three family members but left after he couldn't find them, according to investigators.

Shortly after, around 9 a.m., Gordon broke into another home about two miles away on Edgewood Lane in Levittown, investigators said. Once inside, he killed the mother of his two children, 25-year-old Taylor Daniel, according to officials. Their two children were also inside the home as well as Daniel's mother and a fourth family member.

Police said Gordon bludgeoned Daniel's mother with his weapon. She is currently recovering at the hospital.

Officials believe Gordon was armed with an AR-15 style weapon during the two incidents.

Police said Gordon then carjacked another person at gunpoint in the parking lot of the Dollar General store on the 1200 block of Bristol Pike in Morrisville, Pennsylvania. The driver was not injured.

Investigators said they later recovered the stolen vehicle, a 2016 dark gray Honda CRV.
