Boy, 15, accused of slashing 4 students inside Staten Island high school: NYPD​

STATEN ISLAND, N.Y. (PIX11) – A 15-year-old boy is in custody after four students were slashed inside a Staten Island high school on Monday, according to the NYPD.

It happened at Port Richmond High School around 9:47 a.m. A fight broke out in the school, according to authorities.

An 18-year-old boy was slashed in the face, a 17-year-old boy had a laceration to his mouth, another 17-year-old boy was slashed in the right hand and a 16-year-old boy was injured in his right hand, police said.

Two of the teens were treated at the scene, while two others were taken to Richmond University Medical Center, according to authorities.

It’s unclear what led to the fight and slashing.

Hmmmm kind of sounds like a Senior, two Juniors and a Sophomore against a Freshman??????? Out numbered four to one. The 15 y/o might have been defending himself. At least that's one possibility. Wonder what the "rest of the story" will tell. If it is a case of bullying, then the bully's got what they deserved. Or it could just be a case of someone off their meds attacking people randomly. Or....it could be aliens?!?

But I was contemplating that age thing as well. He might have been on the receiving end of some bullies and had enough.

When I was in high school, there were more guns and knives on campus than the national guard armory! We all hunted before and after school, so all vehicles were well stocked. No one was ever shot or stabbed.
