Actually, I looked up the hospital's website. Re the professional staff, lots of (presumably liberal) whites, some likely Jews, some Hispanics and other light muds, but not many blacks, not at all. My read is that this is libtard white guilt run wild, with perhaps (guessing here) a sprinkling of making a charity-focused hospital politically untouchable in a commie town.
They can certainly expect their clientele to quickly go as black as the Detroit public school system once the black:white tipping point got reached after the 60's riots, but that's not quite the same thing. (Now, if the hospital neglects security such that its nonblack staff starts getting beaten up/robbed on a regular basis, then, sure, expect a rapid darkening and skill drop among its staff.)
