Black Seed Oil...has anyone tried it?

Has No Life - Lives on TB
I recently joined a website called Herbs and Oils World. One of their articles last week was all about Black Seed Oil, what an amazing healer of just about everything it is, etc I won't go into all of the details here because you can google it or look it up (I'd bet a lot of you here already know of the oil anyway :)) So, I realized there is an Indian market close to me, went over and found the oil as well as the seeds. I bought the oil for simplicity's sake even though it was out of date by a year. It's Indian name is "Kolonji Oil"....I guess this stuff has been around for centuries, even proclaimed by Mohammed ( I think it was him; I don't keep up with any of those guys and who they were, lol) as an oil that "heals everything except death".....and was found in the tomb of Egyptian Pharoahs. People over there swear by the stuff for tons of things like hair growth, blood pressure, skin ailments, kidney, and On and on.

It smells really strange, almost turpentine-ish or something, is an amber color with a very heavy oily aftertaste, so even though the instructions say to take a teaspoon or so it DID make me a little uneasy. I tried a small dose that night with no bad side effects but was too uneasy to take anymore. I don't know, just wanted to ask others for any advice (because I trust you all) before I make myself sick, lol.....

here, for starters, but the internet has lots more:

Any thoughts?
Thanks!
