Yes the reparations part will be delayed if Trump wins as will DC & PR becoming the 51st & 52nd States. The rest is coming no matter who wins because those are things Trump can't control. Even swapping Columbus Day for Juneteenth will have a veto proof majority. Only the Italians seem to care deeply about Columbus anymore and most of the significant Italian-American enclaves in the country are in solidly blue States.

Thats a negative at least in the jurisdictions that I've worked. One must only present the firearm in a manner that threatens to be charged with brandishing.

IIRC, to merely "point" an arm at someone else is not brandishing. Brandishing has to come with a "demand" - with use of the gun implied with the demand. As in you're using threat of force by gun to "compel" another human to action. As in bank robber pointing gun "Your money or your life!"
In the case of the McCloskeys (which I haven't seen the full video) one imagines she pointed with a demand - "Get off my property or I'll shoot you." If she said that after threats from those in the mob, then she's protecting herself, or her property. If she can demonstrate the mindset and action of the crowd (the damaged and force entry gate might be example) she's subject to "Castle Doctrine."
I may be wrong in this. Its been a while since I've read the grandfathers legal text.

Can you give me a source for this (other than Wikipedia, which any one can post to at any time and is thus often wrong)?
I seem to remember--since it's dear and near to my heart---that INITIALLY Ga "leased" the park-but I could have sworn that LATER they outright SOLD it --- because that is why we keep hearing the State of GA govt say, "We can't do anything about what goes on in the park because that is PRIVATE PROPERTY."

She was riding in a car with her parents when (this is as much as the MSM will tell) "their car was accosted by some armed men."
IT HAPPENED ON UNIVERSITY AVENUE---the street that, a few days ago, some black armed men told a white man / woman in their car to turn around & go back because "white people can't use this road!" and then broke out his windows and punched him when he didn't vamoose out of there fast enough.
I suspect the same thing happened here---just BECAUSE of the way they're wording it---I'll bet anything the inhabitants of the car were white, their "accosters" black

ATLANTA (AP) — An 8-year-old girl was shot and killed in Atlanta on the Fourth of July after someone in a crowd of armed people opened fire on a car she was in, said police officials.
In a statement Sunday, police said the girl was in a car with her mother and a friend of the mother when they got off Interstate-75/85 onto University Avenue and were trying to enter a parking lot. They ran into a group of armed individuals who were blocking the way.
“At some point, someone in that group opened fire on the vehicle, striking it multiple times and striking the child who was inside," the statement read. The driver drove the girl to Atlanta Medical Center but she did not survive. Police are working to identify a suspect.

No I don't--AJC is owned by Cox Enterprises---one of the most corrupt liberal groups around.
We natives call their paper "The Atlanta Constipation."
I repeat I remember hearing on the news that GA SOLD the park some years ago to the private investor. Hershel (Henschel) whatever---was initially the group that LEASED the park, but it was my understanding they SOLD it and it is now PRIVATELY owned.
ONLY THE MONUMENT, because it is on the MOUNTAIN, is state-owned, and that is the ONLY reason they have NOT been able--so far---to destroy it.
THAT was reported, on the news, and stated by members of Govt here in GA---they all said the STATE law about STATE-owned monuments applied to the carving, so only by a vote of the STATE legislature could it be removed.
IT IS THE STATE OFFICIALS who constantly keep repeating that they CAN'T do anything about Stone Mountain Park BECAUSE IT IS PRIVATELY OWNED---that has been reported again and again on our news.
The State (GLADLY) got rid of ownership of the park YEARS Ago, for the very reason that it's basic THEME of the "Old South" (not just the carving--the whole park---the plantation, the "river boat", the grist mill, the covered bridge, the "Plantation" restaurant in the main building)--- was an embarrassment to the State due to its political incorrectness.
In fact---I see the article "CLEVERLY" worded things to CONFUSE you---note the sentence BELOW:
"The ancient mountain is owned by the state"
That is what I have been SAYING---ONLY THE MOUNTAIN is still owned by the state.
The PARK "around" the mountain---is OWNED---by this Herschend Family Entertainment group.
So the PARK--where the protestors MARCHED---is PRIVATELY owned.

If you go to DeKalb County property search it shows that it's owned by the Stone Mountain Memorial Authority (SMMA). If you look up SMMA, it is a State of Georgia Authority charged with managing it. They apparently lease to the Heschend group who manages the commercial parts of it.

My great Uncle has folk art sculptures all over Olympic Park in Atlanta. I would love to see them one last time, before they are destroyed. That would be my only reason to want to go back.
