Hopefully
Next will be military and general federal workers

I hope so, but the DoD is all in at every level. IMO, federal courts are going to have to physically pry the DoDs fingers off the mandate and each and every other punishment they have instituted against the unvaxxed (such as the mandatory testing, stop move order etc). The official party line is pro vax, pro booster, pro mandate, so in this manner every level of leadership will continue to comply to the fullest they can, the hardest they can, and longest they can, so that they can then tell their superiors "we didnt willing break with the party line, we were forced to"

OK so there is no legal standing to do it but then Biden will be in front of the camera asking that large employers "do the right thing." Any business with Federal contracts will be pressured to voluntarily do it.

Appeal to what? There is no where else to go.

IDK, that is just what I had heard, read, and/or saw on the news somewhere. There are appeals made to SC decisions. It was said about a week ago that Biden was going to appeal the decision, which would have been ridiculous, I think.

I have also heard/read that there are two groups appealing the CMS/healthcare mandate, and I wouldn't doubt it that there are more than two. One is iCan, IIRC, and I don't remember the other one.

I feel the same, it is going to be a scary time in America when healthcare workers are few and far in between while training more takes years for doctors and nurses.
Boo hoo. They didn’t appreciate these people before and today, tomorrow and the future will be no better. And perhaps one day, some people will tell of the days of “old”.

I’m tired of being treated like a robot. No humanity from management and voila: you are a robot with zero needs. Like going to the bathroom, having breaks, eating dinner. Screw their attitude.

Are there any states the medical professionals can flee to that don't mandate the shot? Didn't FL and TN pass state laws saying no one could be forced?

No state or hospital "must" comply with the CMS, but they have to be willing to continue without Medicare & Medicaid moneys, which most of them cannot.
