Except that is the state that THEY want it all to be left in so that MANY will complain and agree with the rest of their plans... They don't care HOW it happens, they just want it to end up in that condition so that they can "Build (Their Prison) Back Better".
A) If THEY have to get another country to nuke us till we can't do anything else but glow.
B) If THEY have to nuke us till we get to that point.
C) If THEY use the next BioCrisis to get us there.
D) If THEY use the influx of foreigners to start the implosion.
E) If THEY allow the China-Gates Farm Bureau to take over enough farms and just NOT plant anything next year...
F) If THEY just allow the dollar to drop to 0 overnight (keep in mind the "change shortage"), and we go Zimbabwenezuela Weimaramerica.
G) If the "patriots" (or some other proxy group that THEY get) does the work similar to what is being described.
H) Something completely different and WAY off the charts.

They know time is short. They have less than 21 years max to get this done in, and probably less than 8. They WANT it all in place by 2025 and fully "locked down" by 2030.
Whoever brings it to the "fully dismantled" state has to already have a plan in place to get the systems restarted, and the problem is that they have to get the public's buy-in on it FULLY as they are needed to get it all back working. With the MSM the way they have been for DECADES, I would not count on that. They would easily buy the pie in the sky commie drivel of the "Great Reset".
ETA: What COULD work is to start up a parallel system as this one is being crashed by them, a sort of Constitution based Black/gray market mix that everyone could see works and is "fair"... But again, this would take planning, pre planning, pre-stageing, and practice...
