The Department of Homeland Security issued a National Terrorism Advisory System Bulletin Friday warning that the United States is “facing threats…posed by domestic terrorists” and that “violent extremists” may attempt to “exploit easing COVID-19-related restrictions.”

“The Homeland is facing threats that have evolved significantly and become increasingly complex and volatile in 2021. These threats include those posed by domestic terrorists, individuals and groups engaged in grievance-based violence, and those inspired or influenced by foreign terrorists and other malign foreign influences,” the bulletin states.

“Social media and online forums are increasingly exploited by these actors to influence and spread violent extremist narratives and activity. Such threats also are exacerbated by the impacts from the ongoing global pandemic.”

Secretary of Homeland Security Alejandro Mayorkas announced the bulletin in a tweet Friday afternoon.

“Today I issued a new National Terrorism Advisory System #NTAS Bulletin after consulting with Intelligence Community and law enforcement partners,” Mayorkas wrote.

The bulletin said “violent extremists” may “exploit the easing of COVID-19-related restrictions,” and could use social media to sow discord.

“Ideologically-motivated violent extremists fueled by perceived grievances, false narratives, and conspiracy theories continue to share information online with the intent to incite violence,” the DHS warned. “Online narratives across sites known to be frequented by individuals who hold violent extremist ideologies have called for violence against elected officials, political representatives, government facilities, law enforcement, religious or commercial facilities, and perceived ideologically-opposed individuals.”

The agency warned that government facilities and personnel have been common targets for Domestic Violent Extremists in 2020 and 2021, noting “opportunistic violent criminals are likely to exploit Constitutionally-protected freedom of speech activity linked to racial justice grievances and police use of force concerns, potentially targeting protestors perceived to be ideological opponents.”

According to the advisory, the DHS and Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) are working to provide guidance to state, local, tribal and territorial partners regarding the “current threat environment.”

“DHS is collaborating with industry partners to identify and respond to those individuals encouraging violence and attempting to radicalize others through spreading disinformation, conspiracy theories, and false narratives on social media and other online platforms,” it states.

The warning comes just one day after the Centers for Disease Control issued new guidance stating that fully vaccinated people no longer need to wear masks or practice social distancing.

“Fully vaccinated people can resume activities without wearing a mask or physically distancing, except where required by federal, state, local, tribal, or territorial laws, rules, and regulations, including local business and workplace guidance,” the CDC website states.

DHS Creates New Center for Prevention Programs and Partnerships and
Additional Efforts to Comprehensively Combat Domestic Violent Extremism
WASHINGTON – Building on the Biden-Harris Administration’s commitment to combatting all forms of terrorism and targeted violence, Secretary of Homeland Security Alejandro N. Mayorkas announced today that DHS has established a new Center for Prevention Programs and Partnerships (CP3) to improve the Department’s ability to combat terrorism and targeted violence, consistent with privacy protections, civil rights and civil liberties, and other applicable laws.

“CP3 will help build local prevention frameworks to provide communities with the tools they need to combat terrorism and targeted violence,” said Secretary Mayorkas. “Individuals who may be radicalizing, or have radicalized, to violence typically exhibit behaviors that are recognizable to many but are best understood by those closest to them, such as friends, family, and classmates.”

CP3 will replace the Office for Targeted Violence and Terrorism Prevention while ensuring DHS’s efforts are grounded in an approach to violence prevention that leverages behavioral threat assessment and management tools, and addresses early-risk factors that can lead to radicalization to violence.

Secretary Mayorkas also announced a new, dedicated domestic terrorism branch within the Department’s Office of Intelligence & Analysis (I&A) to ensure DHS develops the expertise necessary to produce the sound, timely intelligence needed to combat threats posed by domestic terrorism and targeted violence. I&A will also continue leveraging the National Network of Fusion Centers and our deployed intelligence professionals who collect and analyze threat information alongside our state, local, tribal, territorial, and private sector partners to increase timely and actionable information sharing in a dynamic threat environment.

The creation of CP3 and the I&A Domestic Terrorism Branch are the latest actions DHS is taking under Secretary Mayorkas’s leadership to comprehensively combat domestic violent extremism, including violent white supremacy. Since January 20, 2021, DHS has increased the development, production, and sharing of intelligence and other actionable information central to countering domestic violent extremism, which now poses the most significant and immediate terrorism-related threat to the United States. On January 27, 2021, DHS issued a National Terrorism Advisory System (NTAS) Bulletin due to the heightened threat environment. It was the first NTAS issued in more than a year and also the first to focus solely on a domestic threat.  Further, in February, Secretary Mayorkas designated combating domestic violent extremism as a ‘National Priority Area’ for the first time in FEMA grant programs. As a result, state, local, tribal, and territorial governments are required to spend at least 7.5 percent, or a minimum of $77 million, of their DHS grant awards toward combating this threat. The Department is also increasing training opportunities for law enforcement partners, including through threat assessment and management programs related to domestic violent extremism.

Secretary Mayorkas has directed DHS to embrace a whole-of-society approach to combatting domestic violent extremism and all other forms of targeted violence and terrorism by building trust, partnerships, and collaboration across every level of government, the private sector, non-governmental organizations, and the diverse communities we serve. The federal government cannot do this alone – we must work together.

SOOOooooooo where is our military?? Where are the families of the military? They better be asking their loved ones in their family that ARE military... why WHY would they allow this Crap to happen. Almost every ex military person I have ever known would die for this country. They understand what life is like in most of the world out there.AND keep up with their exbrothers after their service is done. Around their military friends. Hey guys... Remember the oath to the document that defines why you ARE a military person! Maybe we should be already starting to have that discussion amongst the rank and file about why you were in the military? Then let's help them to bring an end to the lies and bring back the rule of law as it was envisioned by our foreFather's.
We are at a crossroads right now. If my generation doesn't get with the program soon they literally may arrest me or you for whatever and destroy you Financialy if not physically.

You just want to get along. Hey come on society... I put in my years... I paid all my taxes all those years to contribute to society and the world. Tried to make a little difference in other people's lives that touched mine for no real reason. Maybe just for a smile. Or paying it forward. But if the rest of the "coming of age" generation that my grandson is a part of the solution to the problems we have facing us. . We are doomed

But if somebody doesn't do something soon we can forget our lives as normal for the last 30 years. We have been literally bought by the Chinese. You know who's behind things, when you know who "not" to talk about.

More a mind-set than a group. (Official line)

Of course when a mind-set puts a bullet in your skull, you're just as dead.

And the fact that they communicate together, are supplied as a group, and think like a group - and all operate under Soros funding might make you think about the mind-set - and develop one of your own.

But if you do you'll be RAYCIST.

This may actually be good news. We are seeing and recognizing their desperate attempts to continue their ‘grip’ in what little control they have in our country.

In fact, this is a grand illustration of desperation! They’ve done and said other stupid things (daily, it seems) in the past to feed the fear narritive, however, this one might be the most obvious, most desperate move yet.

Fortunately for us, we see it for what it is: bullsh*t. It’s sucking more and more to be them. :D

Well ... it isn’t whitey conservatives they have to worry about. There’s proven terrorists and freedom haters .. racist ...BLM & Antifa. Until the left admits these people are the biggest problem the America faces ... their accusations are meaningless and questionable as to their motives.

This is the reason they keep the fence around the capitol ... for the next step of our destruction. Being made the enemy of the state. They have to make the illusion the right is the enemy, especially white men, and those not “ conforming” to their demands ( vaccines, etc.).

They are moving so far Commie dipshit left ... that anything resembling “normal” is a threat to them. They plan to make us conform to “their rules” ... or you become a extremest, no matter what. You won’t be able to do anything they don’t allow. Calling someone out for there BS will make you a terrorist.

And this forum and those like it are being monitored. We’re on their list.

So dumb. Just more rhetoric to keep the people divided. So when the Jihadi's failed to be the boogyman, the worthless agencies decided they needed a new boogyman. Unless they are talking about their own worthless eaters and useful idiot leftist whites, then I don't give a shit.

Purged unfortunately. And now under SecDef Austin the remaining right wingers & Trump supporters are also being purged. Its an all out assault against those who hold conservative views in the military, and I expect them to be successfull.
