On one of the threads, forget which now, but I posted something ........ yesterday people were calling out Kim K for not saying anything to Balenciaga about their models using toy dolls in fake bloody purses at some show. She did say something and Balenciaga apologized. I don't know what's going on other than that. I guess they pay her to endorse them.

Well Cristóbal Balenciaga has been dead since the early 70's, Quick google it was his fathers name as well so probably nothing got changed in the last couple generations.

Initially, they were ridiculed for an ad campaign that featured toddlers holding teddy bears dressed in kink and bondage leather chains, etc. Then, a US Supreme Court decision regarding child pornography was discovered conspicuously hidden in a Balenciaga handbag.
Once they pulled that ad campaign, it was replaced with another that contained a book written by a controversial artist with questionable links to cannibalism, occultism, pedophilia and more. Another book in the same shoot was tied to “Cremaster”, which is a male sexual body part that involves the testes.
Now, Balenciaga’s parent company, Kering, is in the limelight. That company’s CEO, François-Henri Pinault, also owns Christies, an auction site that focuses on overpriced art and historic artifacts. As of this publishing, they have a collection listed that would land most any Average Joe in a courtroom.
Many of the “art” pieces feature what appear to be young children with their noses and mouths replaced by a penis and a round orifice directly below.

Right. I did see that. But just like Trump's dad or grampa, IDRWO, who legally changed the family name from Drumpf (sp?) maybe his dad did that, as well. One of my relatives had a legal three-letter last name, but the family name used to have
-akowski or something like that at the end, but a forefather legally had it shortened. Pretty common last name, too.
And family traditions sometimes are...unsavory.
Maybe I'm stupid, but I looked up "IDRWO" and I still don't know what it means. Can someone elucidate?

I think this situation and the info contained in this thread was an eye opener for my husband. I've been warning him about this sort of thing for years, but I think he always thought I was kind of crazy, but now, it's their own words/deeds that have convicted them. No ignoring that.
Didn't SALMA HAYAK star in the movie Dusk till Dawn? About satanic creature worship, from an underground Mayan pyramid, dressed in scanty costumes I'm told.
