Avanti's Bread

In central Illinois, where my mother lives, there's an Italian restaurant where the bread is to die for! It's a slightly sweet Italian bread. She sent me this recipe and it tastes pretty darned close.

2 pkg dry yeast
3 tablespoons veg oil
1 tablespoon salt
10 cups flour
3 cups warm water
3 eggs
1 1/4 cups sugar

Dissolve yeast in water. Mix in other ingredients. Knead and put into greased bowl and turn. Cover and let rise until doubled. Punch down and knead. Cover and let rist in greased loaf pans. Bake at 350 for 20-35 minutes.
