Just show boating. Doesn't mean a thing. Not even next year because it will be over by then. They could file another one, but by then everyone will have moved on, and then even if it passes the House it will be tried in the Senate.

And the only problem with that is that, even if the forensic audits DID turn up massive fraud, what of it? There's no part of the Constitution that covers Grand Theft Election, last I knew.

If Biden won by stealing the election he has to go along with Harris. Just because he and her took the oath of office does not allow them to stay there if proven the election was rigged/stolen.

I'm not disagreeing with you; that's what I want to see happen. But you've got to go by the book, and the book does not cover this.

If so, there is a prescribed solution, of sorts. Not directly in our Constitution, but the other most important document in our history..... the Declaration.

His double might but the real biden won’t.
He’s to far gone.

Yeah too early. Going to have to dig real deep into A'stan debacle plus investigate all Intel sources for any under-the radar communications w/ off-shore Socialist orgs; I think there's enough there but I'm one of those who rant on about proof. When you've got it, pull the trigger .... or, spring the trap door. Whatever is appropriate.

I think the real plan was always to keep him propped up until the magic date which allows KH to fill out his 1st term then run for 2 of her own.
He's done this much damage in his 1st year. Think of what harm someone healthy and capable of focus might accomplish in ten years.
The US, as we know it, MIGHT NEVER RECOVER FROM A DECADE OF Kamala!

Take the Impeachment plus Afghanistan and add-in a massive vote scandal (very soon) and he's toast.

ETA: It's already as good as done. The whole Administration will go.

Actually, I think it can go somewhere, and moreover, I think it WILL go somewhere.

I think they WANT it to progress!

From the get go, I have believed they wanted to install Harris as president.

But she was unelectable. Even alot of Dems would not have voted for her.

So they installed the EXPENDIBLE, demensia-ridden Joe to do all the difficult and unpopular things that they felt had to be done.

After he did the unpopular things that it was his mission to do, they impeach him for doing what they directed him to do.

He is only an old white male, so who cares if they ruin him in the process?

So they remove him from office, and that puts Harris in.

The woman that even many Dems would have never voted for.

(Their) Mission Accomplished!

Perhaps with the election audit's and to save what they did and put Harris in the driver seat.

EDIT ADD: With the audits I still don't see how doing this will save her from being told to get out of the White House.
