I'd love to see what kind of "incidents" this scrawny shitebag was involved with in the neighborhood prior to this clusterfug. Also, why was the wife filming it, what did she think was going to be the result of it. And third, WAY too much conversation from the Sargent. Hey Sarge, if the scumbag is that much of a problem in the neighborhood, either call the cops and let em handle it or if you're going to handle it just HANDLE it and STFU! No wife videotaping it. (that is going to sink your ass) just do it. Make the little shitebag understand quickly by any means necessary, that he needs to find another neighborhood to mess around in

Wonder what would have happened if all those white debils had simply surrounded him? Would he have become a runner then?

And furthermore, where were the neighborhood dogs?

Either remember what the weaknesses of your enemies are and use them, or call the cops.

Personally, idiot boy would have had cops called. Let them do the paperwork.

Yep, my money is on that "guy" rolled into that neighborhood looking to cause an incident like this, now BLM is marching in the burbs...

carry your multi colored asses and shitty attitude out to any "burbs" you so desire. DO NOT BE SURPRISED when you find that the "welcome mat" HAS NOT been set out for you. I may be completely wrong but IMO we are literally nano seconds from KNEE-GRO FATIGUE reaching critical mass and pressure in the containment vessel exceeding the safe level

we've talked a lot about cops being called - my immediate thot was "WHY??" these gums are baiting everybody at every opportunity presented. how likely is it that cops would fare any better HERE than they have elsewhere in the recent past.

people tasked with the responsibility to do so need to START ENFORCING THE SOCIAL CONTRACT - there is a time and a place for FORCE - WE ARE FAR PAST THAT POINT. you are reaping what you have sown "leaders" (spit).

Why?

Let the cops deal with the little moron. If he gets under their skin and they bring it, it’s their issue.

The Service Member in question is undoubtedly screwed from here on out. Hopefully he’s close to his 20 and can retire soon and find somewhere away from his 15 minutes.

The gutter snipe will likely be filing a suit in civil court for his pain and suffering.

He looks like he’d be some fine eating for the hogs.

Or you play the game all the damn way and we don't stop until it's finished...not say that's what to do just either stfu and do nothing or play for keeps
I dont think we are there just yet, I have no desire to be incarcerated at this point in time. Frankly this guy may have come through that area trying to get a reaction. This guy fell for it. Choose your battles...

This was a setup. We all need to be aware that this is a possibility at any time now. I'm not familiar with the Columbia area. But if you live in an area where you may, just may, have to deal with this situation plan ahead. The soldier is totally screwed.

Soldier charged after viral video surfaces of confrontation with Black man outside his SC home

Updated April 15 at 3:01 PM

COLUMBIA, S.C. (WIS) - A viral video showing a white man in Richland County, South Carolina confronting a Black man who was walking on the sidewalk outside of his home has led to an arrest.

The video is being investigated by police, Fort Jackson military officials, and the Department of Justice, and has drawn protesters to the neighborhood.

Richland County Sheriff Leon Lott addressed the public Wednesday evening about the incident.

The sheriff confirmed Jonathan Pentland has been arrested and charged with third-degree assault and battery. That charge carries a maximum penalty of a $500 fine or 30 days in jail.

The sheriff said his department “worked swiftly” to bring this case to a conclusion. His lead investigator slept in his office Tuesday night to make sure the investigation had a fast resolution, Lott said.

As the viral video begins, Pentland, who is a U.S. Army soldier based at Fort Jackson, asks the young Black man what he’s doing there, to which the young man replies he’s out for a walk.

It then shows the soldier saying, “you’re in the wrong neighborhood,” before swearing at the young man and telling him to “get out.”

The young man says he lives there.

Video shows Pentland shoving the young man and threatening to get more physical with him.

The soldier claims the younger man is “harassing the neighborhood,” which he describes as “tight knit.”

Police were called that night and deputies with the Richland County Sheriff’s Department responded.

The agency said this happened Monday, April 12 on Lakemont Drive. That’s in The Lakes at Barony Place, a subdivision off Summit Parkway, near Lake Carolina in northeast Richland County.

Lott said it took his deputies some time to properly investigate, and that’s why Pentland was not arrested on the spot.

He was arrested Wednesday morning.

Lott said Pentland will not receive any preferential treatment. He said Pentland will be treated like everyone else facing charges.

Fort Jackson confirmed an investigation into Pentland has also started at the federal level.

Fort Jackson Commander Brig. Gen. Milford Beagle, Jr. issued a statement saying military leaders do not condone the behavior in the video.

“I remain deeply concerned for the members of our Army family, the young man and his family, and the tensions that activities like this amplify over time,” Beagle said.

Deputies previously shared reports that claimed to detail two incidents involving the young man in the video. Lott said those reports may be connected to what happened, but “it doesn’t justify it.”

RCSD said they are still investigating those reports as of Thursday.

Wednesday, the sheriff said the young man was a victim and he will not face any charges. Lott confirmed the victim is not a juvenile.

WIS reached out to the victim and his mother, but they do not want to comment. They fear for their safety.

A family member of the victim said he is shaken up, but behaved appropriately in the video.

She also said she was grateful for the peaceful protests because incidents like this have to be stopped locally and nationally.

On TB every waking moment
Long long ago in a place far far away there was a soldier. He was a sniper. He moved his family into a new neighborhood, with many houses still under construction and some wooded areas uncleared. There was vibrancy in the area.

Every afternoon after school, some of the vibrancy wandered about the new neighborhood. Things began to go missing. Personably portable things.

Soldier went for a run at different times during the day. Soldier observed. He packed a spare ghillie suit and a spare practice air rifle into an area of unsold still wooded lots that were along the common route of the vibrancy and cached them there. No one paid attention to soldier in PT clothes jogging about the neighborhood. Even if jogs coincided with immediate after school hours when depredations often took place in the neighborhood.

Having established several hides as well as the identities routes an routines of the vibrancy, soldier carefully inserted a .177 pellet just above the shoe of the leading vibrant. Much excitement ensued.

A couple of weeks later the neighborhood was again vibrant. The previous victim got another bandage about a foot higher on the same leg from the previous visitation. Again, much excitement ensued. But no confrontation.

Sadly, the neighborhood became much less vibrant after that.

Anyone can see the whole thing was a setup.

With the BurnLootMurder group just ready to move in and a ready camera person they were hoping for a Trevor Martin event or at least conflict.

These are purposeful conflicts designed to further the divide, further the narrative.

Sadly, in todays environment, the soldier and his career is probably toast. Not that I think he did anything wrong. I guess I am not "woke" enough. Definitely time to change tactics. Maybe observe, follow and put a black ninja suit and a bat to use?

I only found 3 BOGUS listings!!!!! Be careful!

The DI needs to learn to drop the attitude when he drives out the base gate.
He should have just called the cops and said the suspicious guy who doesn't live in the neighborhood was walking back and forth and provoking arguments with the residents. Repeat as needed.
