I wanna see him do the "One Chip Challenge"!

Those are HOT!!! And there is nothing good about them, no redeeming flavor, god-awful taste and fiery HOT; a million and a half Scoville units or some such.

For those that aren't familiar with them, they're a single chip that came in its own coffin shaped cardboard box with a warning label. I said 'came' because the marketer, Paqui recalled and pulled them from the market after a 14-year-old died after having eaten one of them.

I got one of them as a gag gift from my daughter for Christmas one year. All of the family was there, so being a good sport, I chewed it up and swallowed it with nothing to eat or drink for 30 minutes after... Before I even swallowed it, I began hiccupping uncontrollably for 20 minutes or so, and my taste buds were wrecked for about 3 days after that; couldn't even enjoy a morning cup of coffee for most of a week. I somehow managed to appear stoic and calm the whole time but was seriously on fire and near death. The only upside was that my 12-year-old grandson who filmed the ordeal, elevated me to godlike status where I seem to remain to this day.

that was just beyond stupid! He definitely probably has som lung damage from that move. We grow Reapers every year. Dh likes to mix a couple up in his pepper mix he makes and every year I make him a special batch of enchiladas using ONE reaper. Everyone sweats eating those enchiladas, and that's from one that's cooked! I even wear gloves to cut that one pepper.
