It's pretty much the endless media attacks on anything American, anything that is associated with 'whiteness'. Nuclear family, personal responsibility, morality. Hell, even simple manners have been under attack. It removes the conscience from the savage who just wants to watch it all burn, dehumanizes those that practice these things mentioned above. Look at our entertainment these last 10 years. When was the last nuclear family you have seen on TV that was not completely dysfunctional? Divorce is cheered, promiscuity is encouraged, tabloids are seen as truth. It's ugly.

It's no longer a slow boil.

Everything's speeding up, it even seems like time itself is going faster. I believe what I've read in the Bible, and nothing we humans might do (elections included) is going to change God's plan.

All we can do is lean on Him, and be as ready as possible to embrace the suck. It will be so worth it in the end. Every time I get discouraged I just picture myself sitting in the front row on the sidelines, watching Jesus open up a big can of long overdue whup-ass. Can't come soon enough.

One thing largely left out of all these discussions, if the fact that this insurrection, is going on only in the Democrat run states, where 5th columnists demoncrats run things and can protect the insurrectionists.
It's very clever, because if the Federal gov steps in, it is stepping on States rights.
The question is how to hamstring the democrats running things there.
Without their protection, this insurrection falls by the wayside.

Definition of meekness:
The usual definition of meekness in the Bible is "strength under control." The "world" defines strong people as those who are assertive, take charge, proud, self-sufficient, self-reliant, and independent. A meek person is the opposite of these things, therefore, many people associate meekness with weakness. A meek person is willing to be submissive, is humble and gentle, relies on God and is dependent on Him to provide strength.

Sounds like a definition of constitutional conservatives to me.
Given that the "meek" in this country all have ARs or AKs there may be more than you might expect.

People are not soldiers, they are not mentally tempered for constant fear, constant stress, constant sense of intimidation by authorities and thugs or even each other in the grocery stores. This over-amped fear is really social distancing people quite a ways beyond a six foot radius. We are dropping our civility even among formerly civil types, and turning into a nation of hissing p*$$13$ ripe for ‘CHANGE’
