just this week a store owner advised me that she was to enforce masks again for customers. (Ontario)

talked to other store owners, and they havent heard anything yet.

This could be done in less that a month, where are you, the brave specially trained men of GOD willing to do the hard thing? Until then let us study imprecatory prayer, come together on a certain time and day after fasting and pray in one accord. This they fear more than anything.

How well can the elite hide? No this is a serious question. How can they hide? Consider their lifestyle and the number of people it takes to maintain and sustain it. Consider how many people it takes to protect them? Could they go gray? Sure. Could they stay gray? Maybe not. How loyal are their employees? How loyal will they remain without a pay check and a hungry family?

To truly go gray they'd have to give up their power and risk never getting it back or the perks that go with it.

I've lived in China for 30 years, and I've never seen such a brazenly open and sustained expression of rage against the PRC govt. WeChat is exploding with protest videos and furious vitriol, and civil disobedience is becoming rampant. This is a serious test of CCP governance.

This reporter’s thread has incredible video & photos of a protest in Shanghai against covid-19 lockdowns. The rally was ignited by the deaths of 10 people in a fire in Urumqi. These scenes have echoes of Hong Kong in 2019 & 2014. In this video, the crowd denounces the CCP and Xi.

In China the young are revolting. Check out Lying Down or Let It Rot. It looks like an up dated take on Gandhi's nonviolent demonstrations. The younger generation is doing barely enough to survive. They've abandon prior generations duties and goals of getting married, having kids, buying a home and taking care of their elderly family.

The family was China's social safety net and it's failing. One child, due to the One Child policy, in many cases isn't enough to support an extended family due to inflation and low wages from menial factory jobs available. Recently the CCP decided to eliminate private teachers. Private teaching provided jobs for the already large and growing population of well educated youth being churned out by China's School system. Those lost higher paying jobs don't appear to have been replaced by the current employment demand.

China's productivity is decreasing. Their Zero Covid policy doesn't seen to be helping any and is causing more protests. I see the Lying down protest as far more dangerous to the CCP than all the street protests. They can discipline the street protesters but how can they motivate those who refuse to work to their full capacity? It's a mess.
