I had problems with my central air conditioner yesterday. I called a repairman who arrived about 2 in the afternoon. Of couse by then, my house was hot and miserable.
The repair was made, (nothing serious, thank goodness) and the house was just starting to cool off a little as I was writing a check to the repairman.
That poor repairman - he spent all that time in a 100+ degree attic, then just as it starts too cool off a little, he has to leave, and go to his next job - another hot miserable house, only to have to leave as it begins to cool off.
What a terrible job cycle!
I know that is one job I will never want!
