Just got a frozen screen with
Alert: Wildblue and Fire Fox Frozen due to malware/
Call now for high priority assistance.
The number was 8 7 7 3 9 8 - 7 8 4 2
Called and talked to Todd a the help desk.
Asked which company he is specifically represented and he said the High Tech Desk.
Told him I had captured his isp and phone number and then he interrupted me and told me to f off and he hung up on me.
So I guess he did not indeed represent wild blue or fire fox.

So any suggestions and what I should do next to protect my computer?
