Help 2 issues need help with pretty please...

Goin' where the lonely go
The FIRST is the fact that I am automatically logged OUT everywhere I go. From here to FB to my PayPal to my e-mail I am logged out and always have to log in.


The second is that I keep hearing that typical bell (DING) sound in the background like a notification or something but when I close everything out I see NOTHING indicating such, not on my task bar or tool bar at the top or bottom indicates I have another window open or a notification pending from somewhere.....


BLAH!!!!!!!!!

OH BTW I did run a virus check and nothing comes up. Also my computer won't "go to sleep" like it used to.


I am headed for a vodka/soda right now but will be back later. Love ya!

Did this just start in the last week or so?
If so, you can always do a system restore from a previous restore point on your system. Make sure you do it in safe mode to let the system do it properly.

What operating system do you have?
Do you set up regular interval system restore points?
How familiar are you with computers, terminology, and your current system?

Once I have that info, I can help walk you through a system restore.

You won't lose any files or emails, it will remove any programs you have added since then or program updates.
