I was thinking we needed a few slogans to combat the people that don't think they have to follow the law kind of like the sign that said Mothers shouldn't have to worry their child will be killed every time they rob...
Things started off in Egypt in Dec 2010/Jan 2011 and the toppling of governments and the term/prase Arab Spring took off.
Now, the phrase Summer of Discontent is starting to surface and being repeated where protests have/are taking places in various countries. Egypt is one, and now...Turkey...
Sarah Hoyt, like many naturalized citizens, is intensly patriotic. She was a teenager in Portugal when they had regular changes of the government, not involving the ballot box. This is a specific memory of hers--and she's feeling much like that now.
