That means that there’s a “hole” in the medical records of those who don’t take the jab. Under HIPAA, the government receives EVERY MEDICAL RECORD OF EVERY PERSON WHO GETS MEDICAL CARE. That information includes their names, addresses, and SSNs.

What medical records?
Which is another reason to try to stay grey and keep out of the system. Did a kidney donation in 2003 and haven’t been back to the doctor since and never signed up for VA benefits. Getting older I’ve questioned myself the wisdom of not getting the age appropriate diagnostics at least that are recommended but looks like there might be benefits on the back end of that decision.

We've been doing this over and over and over and over..... Letters don't help public elections don't change things.. We've already tried the soapbox. I’m not sure that keeping out of the medical record system will help one to stay grey. It, or any other activity deemed unusual, could produce a red flag within their AI computerized calculus.

from my earliest days on this board I've noted your tremendous optimism and belief in "the rule of law" - I give you a great deal of credit for that and I quite sincerely mean no disrespect by the comments that follow.
at some point it will eventually dawn on people with beliefs such as yours - and there are many others here - that when you vote - and that vote somehow goes against their will - it will be "rectified" in some fashion. that very thing happened REPEATEDLY in Commiefornia in the late 90's and into the early 2000's. look at Commiefornia today. a more recent example is this obviously STOLEN election. witness the outright TREASON that occurred and continues to occur - in plain view and is tolerated - hell FACILITATED at the highest levels of power. witness the KNOWN criminals - rapists, drug dealers and worse - that walk free on the streets or are given a mere slap on the wrist becasue they are members of a "special class". witness the TRAVESTY at your southern border. that "rule of law" applies to YOU and to ME and to others of the working middle class. it applies to NO ONE ELSE - so believe all you want to in the allegedly present "the rule of law" - but IT NO LONGER EXISTS and it AIN'T COMING BACK - not unless and not until WE - that's the YOU and ME kinda WE- take it back.

Where to begin? First, HIPPA was enacted in August 1996. Any medical care or procedure subsequent to that date was transmitted to the feds. So, you bet your ass you have a medical record. And guess what? The jab isn’t logged. So that argument is specious.
Second, if you choose to die a horrible death due to colon cancer, that’s your choice. Just don’t come here begging for support when you ACTIVELY CHOSE to not get “age appropriate” diagnostics when it might have been treatable. Let your pig-headedness rule you. Some men are like that. Stupid.

And to add on to what you are saying regarding HIPPA, so many are hung up on Obamacare. It is frequently referenced as the Affordable Care Act, or ACA. The full version is PPACA or Personal Privacy Affordable Care Act and the first part was conveniently dropped after passage into law.
Dennis, I know you and many here are aware of the nasty little detail of this. For those that forgot or didn’t know, the Obamacare website originally had a $20 million price to build. The price then shot to over $600 million which is ludicrous for what they claimed the site would be.
The original site or “exchange” for persons not covered under an existing plan was a sign up that focused on income and pre-existing conditions to calculate available tiers and participating providers in those tiers. $20 million or even up to $50, considering its gov contract, would not be a stretch. After the $600 million price tag number faded from the news, who knows what it really is.
That price tag would support a starting point for a nice backend database offset from the primary. The database where the PP part of the PPACA is. Information is added by doctors for “sharing seamlessly” and only for use by authorized medical professionals. But don’t worry, it’s a gov database so law enforcement has access because every time there is a mass shooter, we see the msm casually mention private mental health records the FBI had and failed to act on.
HIPPA is dead, and they have all your info already.

If anyone here does not take these people seriously, then you are a bigger fool then I have been in the past; seriously, I have committed some whoppers in my day. They have been telling us for years what they believe and what they plan to do to this country. They stole an election right in front of us and now are blatantly telling us their true intentions, not hiding at all. They are proud of their actions and shameless in the execution of their plans.
As for me, I will continue with life just as I have during the Plandemic; subsequently, I will continue to vote, sign petitions, go to the store, exercise, pray, get vaccinated if I need to, etc. However, I will continue as well doing other things like many here….. A quote comes to mind that I first saw here on TB2K many years ago:
