In some interview, I heard Sidney say that they were going to use the data analysis and statistical improbability in the lawsuit she was talking about. Right now, they are grappling with how to translate all that into something that a court would understand and consider as evidence concrete enough to knock out votes..

Trouble is that courts have historically been very circumspect about throwing out blocks of votes in fear of disenfranchising voters.
It's considered a 'high bar' to over come...

The US Supreme Court will have to make a choice this time.
Either disenfranchise the "legal" vote for Trump or the "illegal and legal" vote for Biden.

Reading parts of the Michigan case, I can’t believe this is the final version submitted to the court, and not just a draft. I used to work in the legal field, and this quality of work would never have been accepted by my bosses, let alone filed in court.
Maybe they were going for quantity over quality?

i KNOW there are young people that have their head on straight. i keep telling others to no lose hope. i know it is VERY disconcerting to look around at the young people and all the crap that has gone on and how our culture has devolved, but i also know there are good young people like this kid! i have been seeing the pendulum swinging back to sanity. they see the crap too and they are wondering wth kind of world do they have and what kind of world do they actually want. may God bless the young ones and bring up those that will take this nation the way it should go.

What I think Kraken is is all of the different lawyers filing lawsuits in different states. Lin Wood is one tentacle. Sydney Powell is another tentacle. Rudy Guiliani is still another tentacle. Each lawyer is concentrated on a different issue.
