INSANITY How They Plan to Take Your House: The Agenda 2030 Wealth Transfer

My safe is full of items that I don't use much because I'm too broke to replace them. Once in a while I'll go shooting and expend some ammo but I'm pretty conservative about it. But when someone shows up outside to take something of mine against my will they will pay some sort of heavy price. It's that whole 'the first shot is the most expensive and then the rest is free' thing.

You'll pay for zero emissions credits through your utilities provider.

They'll try to outlaw your propane cookstove and your oil furnace.

In a normal world I'd think they were "wishing in one hand, crapping in the other". Wondering which will fill up first.

This bizarre situation in which we find ourselves has me thinking "they" may actually force the issue.

As an aside, France has been pushing citizen disarmament.
These 2 topics are related.

Goobermint is getting ready to do stuff that will get them shot in the face in an armed world...

They will put a meter on your well, provide zero "services", and then charge you for the meter and charge you for the water. California shows the way.

California is siccing its Environmental Protection Agency on property owners who have private water wells on their land and making them pay based on how much water volume they use, according to a new report.

California Globe reported Wednesday that an anonymous tipster produced a letter signed by Natalie Stork, identified as chief of groundwater management program unit 1. The letter advised the San Diego-area resident that they would have to report the volume of well water they used and pay a fee per acre foot of groundwater extracted starting in February 2023.

The letter was on the official letterhead of California Water Boards and was sent under the authority of Governor Gavin Newsom (D-CA) and Secretary for Environmental Protection Jared Blumenfeld.

“They’re sending out letters to property owners saying they must declare [if] they use just two acre feet,” the source told The California Globe. “If they use more, they must pay an annual fee of $300 for each well plus they must meter the water and send in a monthly usage report and pay a fee for water that is pumped starting in Feb 2023.”

“What a great racket!” the California resident added. “The government provides no service, no support, no product, doesn’t even do the billing! That’s all on citizens. All [the government does] is cash the check.”

“In addition to pumping volumes, reports must include the location of the well and the place and purpose of use of the groundwater. Groundwater extraction reports are not due to the state water board until February 1, 2023,” the letter added. “However, if you are required to report, the report must include pumping volumes for each month between the date of receipt of this letter and September 30, 2022.”

The letters came in the midst of a record drought and as local governments in California are also ramping up tactics to force residents to consume less water.

In Los Angeles, the Department of Water and Power team has created a team called the Water Conservation Response Unit (Water CRU). There is currently an ordinance in L.A. that limits how and when L.A. residents can water their property. The ordinance also says “any water use resulting in excess or continuous water flow or runoff onto adjoining sidewalks, driveways, streets, gutters, or ditches is always prohibited.” The unit goes around looking for pools of water on property and then determines whether or not the body of water could be in violation of the law.

We are not connected to the grid in any way. We supply our own water, heat and power.

Some counties in California let it slide, or you know someone or the county health department has gave you grandfather's exception.

If you sell the home it must be connected to grid but also be 0 emissions and the sewer/well needs to be inspected to pass all new codes.

The building codes in California say you must have a good sewer, and hooked up to the grid, but also be 0%.

It's stupid. See the new title 24 requirements.

Well they can try to take my house.....but I'm not sure they want to pay the price it's gonna cost them.....in blood. Also another reason to get as far off the grid as possible.

To bad they own the air. Had a customer in a all metal made home and on a slab foundation get dinged over $500 a year (home insurance) cause we installed a force air wood stove. The double wall stainless steel flue stuck out like a sore thumb from the air. He also had a geothermal ground source heat pump. The wood furnace was only his back up.

We produce our own electricity just like Ktrapper. However I am connected to the grid as a financial necessity. They wanted $10,000.00 to remove me from the grid. It was cheaper to sell them a little extra power than disconnect. Neither way is really cost effective and I don't need them. What I want is reparation for all my trees that suck up the CO2 that is being produced and relying on the forest to get rid of. We have some heavy timbered land and I have yet to get a check from any entity to pay me for CO2 removal. Until they address that issue they can stay off the property and hold their breath until they leave. I want payment for all the carbon credits I have. It is either in their religion/science or it is not. This can go both ways. If you own trees on your land they can be use to offset carbon. There is a carbon credit table I looked up once that gave the carbon consumption of different species of trees.

Professional forest management is not recognized by the PTB! Granted it works and works well! Healthy young trees are the answers! But only dead and dieing old growth gives the spotted owls habitat is the big lie!

So you better not let them catch you using good and proven forest management. May have to let your trees die and become dead fall for the kangaroo rats the owls eat!

West we look carefully in our forest for any signs of the Mexican Spotted Owl. It has shut down whole areas to human traffic. I did find a very tiny sombrero once and a very small sarape. I have kept this information to myself but I had to tell you.

There is no grid for us to connect to where we are.
No building codes where we are either. No restrictions. We could live in tent if we wanted. We are not in California. Own it out right.

Cool, want to buy some California property. It's really nice. All year running creek. Near a lake, big trees and way up in the mountains, near Oregon?

I wonder how much of this is really just scare tactics. A decade or two ago cities, counties, and states tried to own their own public housing. They wound up having to get out of the vast majority of it ... greater than 90% in most places and completely in others ... because they discovered how really difficult property management is. And how expensive.

If they do go for house grabbing the same thing is going to occur. People who do not own the house they live in do not and will not take care of it as if they owned it. And yes, there are exceptions to this. There really are still good people out there. However, most people don't, won't, or can't which is why they rent to begin with.

Part two of this is the fact that they earn more money in property taxes than they ever would in a rent type situation. Out of rent comes utilities (for apartments), maintenance and repair, replacement costs for appliances and HVAC systems, regular check ups on safety issues and yearly inspections, etc. They'll lose the income on the business licensing and things like pulling permits. They'll have to have insurance for property damages, slip and falls, etc. They'll have to pay for security lighting, smoke alarms, CO2 alarms (a new HUD requirement as of Jan 1), etc etc etc.

I'd like to see their real plans and not just people running their mouths on assumptions. There is hella lot more to this than the noise that is being made. And their are historical examples of why they will lose big time if they try it.

ETA: I left out simple issues like landscaping and other exterior property management. The list is endless.

Regarding your questions...

It's for your own good! Like the seat belt laws.
What if you solar or wind or hydro etc.. system fails? You need back up!

Or else!

BTW I wouldn't be surprised if that $10k also included a yearly inspection for more dollars. Make sure your compliant and not living in your own sewer, or the cold, etc.

It's for your own dam good! Now obey or we will fine your arse so hard....

0 omissions is great, but you still have to be connected to the grid and pay the service fees. Or else the health departments can bull doze your home.

This is currently on going in California. Right now. For new construction.
You are correct and California is producing 50% of the housing needed using this method... That number is dropping also.

Obama tried to pass some BS like in the video , required to be done before a home sale would be allowed. I think some of it got passed but takes affect at some point in the future after everyone forgets about it.

Back in the mid 1950's when I was just a tyke my Grandfather and others worked hard to bring the REA up into the this Mountain Range. So now when you want to disconnect they won't just pull the meter and that is that. No way that easy. You can pull the meter but you will keep receiving their monthly connectivity fees that are over $40/month. That is before you use a kilowatt connect or not. The only way they will stop the connectivity fee is if they pull the pole out of the ground and take it with them. That cost you ten thousand dollars for them to pull the pole. Maybe more now. So either way you are going to pay. Last couple of months I have put out enough electricity to eliminate the connectivity fees. They have to take all your credits and come to zero by the end of the year and you start all over. Hope that makes sense not that it really does. Sometimes you have to make lemonade out of the lemon that has been handed you.

No West the 10 Grand goes to the electric company. We built our own house from native timber that I cut. No inspection here. No certificate of occupancy needed. Freedom can still be had. But sometimes it is a trade off. If this grid goes down it means very little to me. We are pretty self sufficient thanks to all the good members on the board that have made me into a walking, paranoid, sky is falling, take everything serious, and prep like there is no tomorrow person. Got to say I love you all and have gotten so many good ideas from all of you and some great recipes also. Could take awhile to get me off the hill. Only GOD knows what the future holds.

Turn your power off? Fine, let ‘em!

Knowing how predatory the governments can be, they’d leverage you another way.

Electricity is so expensive up here that a ton of houses have bought solar panels. We did too. About a year and a half ago we put in a 13kw solar array. The payment on our panels is substantially cheaper than our electric bill was and because we are connected to the grid the electric company buys the excess power we generate and send us a check every month. It was really a no brainer for us. We use all the power we want and if you minus the grid checks we get from our loan payment it costs us about 50-75.00 per month. Our power bills were about 350.00 or higher per month. Some day we will get back up batteries but they are too expensive right now, maybe when we pay the panels off. From what we are hearing Generac is coming out with a battery wall that is substantially cheaper than Tesla so we will see in the future. We were quoted 33k for the Tesla batteries. No freaking way. It was a cost benefit analysis for us.

Fortunately in Bubble Heads AO they would probably just pull the poll and send him a $10k bill.

In California if your not connected to the grid, the health departments can condemn your home as unlivable and bulldoze it. Even if your not using the grid for your needs.

Like the seat belt laws, it's for your own good.

I have been predicting that most of us will lose everything including our freedom for a long time now, NOT because of the reasons cited above (new government demands on upgrading houses and water taxes etc), but when we are shifted over to a new system of payments (“Mark of the Beast”) -which for the last thirty or so years has been predicted to be in the form of a minuscule “grain of rice-sized” RFID type device inserted under the skin through which one is registered and permitted to “buy and sell.”

It appears clear to some of us that that is one of the primary objective of the clot shot -besides selective de-population.... is to create an electrical interface between our bodies and the State via embedded nano-scale self-assembling Electrical Identification Devices within our blood streams making it impossible to remove once injected. For those of us who heed the Bible’s warning against taking the Mark, there is no “going there”. Without that “ permission” to be part of the Beast System, there will be no way to pay your taxes, which like death, are guaranteed. Hence we will lose our property to the State, and ultimately will be hunted down and “re-located” and disappeared.

conclusion: pray that you may escape all these things coming upon the world, like a flood, like a tsunami. Once it starts it is too late to run...

I doubt that. I don't think people will lose their property to the state, or run.

That falls pretty squarely into the category of "self-defense" from here. YMMV, of course, but in nations where gun control hasn't yet bit, the notion of the government using any law to run people off seems unlikely to work.

The notion of the government killing everyone inside a building, however, is much more likely. Though again, that's a door-to-door situation, and it takes a lot more manpower than any one country has to run off everybody.

Indeed, pray that you may escape, because there are possible avenues. That you're ignored for being too far to deal with. Outright rapturing. all possible.
