......are you sure the NEW Congress will really object? How many Republicans will vote with the Demoncrats to get this passed? It won't take many RINO's to get that done.

BTW ....just thinking out loud.....if this is considered part of a treaty......then 1) it's not budget 2) can be acted on until voted on by ..............the Senate, which is demoncrat controlled now and for the next 2 years, at least, not to mention RINO's 12 of which voted FOR the Marriage Act thingy.
