When will we wake up? Never. We have to stop and think: who is to blame for this mess we are in? It's us, We the People, who don't care enough to go and vote IN PERSON for the right people to lead us in the correct direction. We the People who would rather go to a movie than learn who would do what if/when elected. We the People who let the leftists dismantle our country little by little until there is nothing left of the original. We the People who now wonder how to fix what we let crumble. When will we wake up?
Reminds me of something I did in a previous life. I was playing a game of chess against someone I knew I couldn't beat. When it came to the point where my defeat was imminent, I started making highly erratic moves all over the board. I still lost the match but I completely blew my opponent's mind. He didn't want to play me again after that. Guess he thought I might have some slick move he didn't know about. Food for thought. If defeat is inescapable, go down giving the enemy a first-class mindf**k.One must ask oneself, “What is the goal?”
If the goal is simply to avoid death, that becomes a hard puzzle indeed to solve. On the other hand, if the goal is to both live and die honorably, or righteously, that goal is attainable.
A metaphor of sorts:
Many years ago, back in my youth, I played some competitive chess. In one tournament I ended up playing the PA collegiate state champion. Everyone there (myself included) knew I had no chance of winning. This guy was mowing down everyone he had previously played in the tournament. He actually had an official global ranking, though I can’t remember now what that number was.
So, how does one approach such a situation? What is the goal?
Well, for better or worse, I decided to go down fighting. I refused to resign, even after the outcome of the game became more or less obvious on the chessboard. He would eventually beat me, but I wasn’t going to make it easy. The champ (an oriental kid) won the match in 56 moves, which is an eternity in a chess match. He was very frustrated and angry, though he was “the winner.”
I walked away from that experience quite happy and content.
So, again, what is the goal?
If defeat is inescapable, go down giving the enemy a first-class mindf**k.
This is what troubled me about the Jan 6th thing.....................the wrong target folks..........they should have been at the Fed Reserve building not the capital building.
Kill the head of the snake.
Was your cane a shotgun? All the time I was on a cane, I was still a deadly little bitch. Mindset.
I like your attitude. One must ask oneself, “What is the goal?”

Don’t let them do what they want with the flesh too easily. See Coalcracker’s #8 post for inspiration. They can come and do what they want with the flesh. They can't have the spirit.
Good thought. In the TV series Deep Space 9, at one point Miles O’Brien is sitting at the bar talking to a cardassian soldier. It’s clear that O’Brien hates the cardassian. After a little back-and-forth, Miles says, “I don’t hate you cardassian. I hate what I BECAME because of you.”
Applies perfectly to our present situation.
The frog picture is spot on.What am I going to do..............
Will a 10 gauge work.With goose loads ...
1. Not patsies but accomplices.Regardless.............its barking up the wrong tree to think the government is the problem.................they are the patsy and conduit......part of the problem yes...........but if you eliminate them without getting at the source then the next government will end up the same.
Capitalisms and Communism are pretty close to polar opposites but they both accomplish the same thing (which is wealth and control for the elites and economic slavery for the masses) when central bankers control it all.
Think what the devastation would have been if the J6 group would have been armed and committed to stop the blatantly fraudulent election. Then think as millions of other citizens heard about the battle to stop the theft of their votes and a righteous cause to restore and preserve our nation. How many millions more would have joined? Every image and story of someone's mother, father, brother, sister, wife, husband, son, daughter, and other relatives as well as close friends being murdered by jackbooted thugs while defending our nation would have been the equivalent of pouring gas on a fire.
what troubles me the most is my life will never go back to what it was
and
my children and grandchildren will suffer
What troubles me the most?
Having to take a life after spending a career doing the opposite, but I’m ok with that considering the environment we now find ourselves living in.
1. Not patsies but accomplices.
2. The best anyone can hope for is a government with limited authority and abundant checks and balances to slow the spread of corruption and loss off the citizens freedom. But sooner or later ALL governments no matter how well planned or intended destroy themselves with their lust for power and greed.
3. In most cases what we call capitalism today is NOT true capitalism. In a capitalist system the success or failure of a business is determined by the how well run the business is. There are no taxpayer bailouts. No excessive governmental regulations. And there is no such thing as too big to fail.

You are most likely right, however it doesn't mean that we couldn't if people actually used their intelligence to vote.People have been voting for well over 200 years in this country! Look where it has gotten us. People are not going to vote their way out of this! Using government to fix government, will never work ....
Truth^^^You are not important enough for ‘they’ to come after you with drones and neither am I. The vast majority of Americans that will succomb during this time will do so from local violence, malnutrition, pestilence, freezing to death and losing their will to live in a world turned upside down.

We let it happen? The federal reserve act was shoved down the Americans throats in 1913 by bunch of corrupt politicians. As far as a group of non-governmental private banks creating a fiat currency Section 8 of the United States Constitution states ONLY congress has the authority to coin Money, regulate the Value thereof, and of foreign Coin, and fix the Standard of Weights and Measures. Since the Constitution would need to be amended to allow a private entity power to create currency was it ratified by the states to amend the Constitution?I would agree with you.....................let me add that if the central banking system would only allow for the profit of money from money (usury) where the result of that process expands the supply of that money which matches the equivalent expansion of the real economy and not just solely a fiscal economy. It is simply the fact this not happening that it becomes of the root of all evil in society. In other words.........governments or usually end up downstream from the control of money..............our constitution knew this and didn't allow it........but we let it happen with formation of the Federal Reserve.

1776 comes to mind, small, guerilla warfare troops against the best army in the world at that time...The Brits were the majority, and really weren't worried about a bunch of "farmers with pitchforks""They" are a tiny minority!!! Why should I fear anything about them??? Why do we let a handful of people control millions???
And do it with a mind numbing hyena like cackle. Squonk, your chess game reminded me of my younger brother during a neighborhood Risk game. My brother had one army left on Madagascar with no hope of relief as his. opponent had cleared everyone else in the game off the board.
In Risk if a defender rolls a "6" the attacker automatically loses. Now the attacker had blocked my brother off and built up a sizable army with the idea of just stomping my brother into the mud, like he had everyone else. Well.....it's didn't work out quite that way. I watched my brother rolled twenty-six "6's" in a row. Even changing dice several times as the attacker swore the dice were loaded. And with each roll my brother's hyena like cackle got louder and louder and louder and the attacker got madder and madder and madder.
On the twenty-seventh roll my brother rolled a "1" and he reached down and snatched up that lone army before the attacker could, gave it a kiss for it's bravery and retired it from the game forever. I thought the attacker was going to lose his ever loving mind. Oh, and BTW he refused to ever play another game with my brother.
TWENTY-SIX '6's" in a ROW. I wouldn't have believed it if I hadn't been sitting there watching it! IT WAS AWESOME!!
Well. From my mountain top view we are winning and nothing can stop that. The Deep State is running in desperation. That is why THEY are procrastinating in Arizona. Why THEY raided Trump. THEY are afraid and it smells good. THEY know THEY can’t win a gun fight and that is about all THEY have left. So sit tall in that saddle. We had our Alamo now San Jacinto is ours.
When will we wake up? Never.
The voting doesn't matter, as we don't care at all about how the candidates are selected. And, it's both the left and the rino who are doing the dismantling.
I believe it was Einstein that said a definition of insanity is doing the same thing over and over again expecting a different result.
We used our intelligence to vote in 2020 and they stole the election not only from Trump but in a number of the downstream races. We shall see what happens in November as Biden’s real approval rating is around 15% if that and even most of the left is recoiling at the prices since Trump was deposed. The Republicans should take both the House and Senate back convincingly in November assuming we have in person voting.
If the left retains power it should dash the remaining hope that elections matter. As one wag said if elections really mattered they wouldn’t let you do it. Trump was never supposed to win in the first place but the hole that he slipped through appears to be well patched.
