The African versions were relatively stable for decades with only two overt clades.

The MPX going around now is identified as "strains", with two in the U.S. One patient in Scotland had lesions with a strain from Germany and a strain from France? Spain? So two separate strains identifiable as separate. Unreal.

Will MPX infection confer immunity to all other strains?

Burning Man is a gathering of 80,000 people on the Black Rock desert about 100 miles northeast of Reno, Nevada. There's a lot of nudity, orgies, all kinds of gatherings, and it originated out of San Francisco during the 1990's. About 15,000 of the attendees are from overseas, the rest are from the United States. It is definitely a superspreader event. The state of Nevada and/or the feds (Bureau of Land Management) might still cancel it. They're likely busy building some of it right now, but the gathering this year is officially from August 28 through September 5. It's the week before Labor Day, basically. I hope they cancel it.

My county in sw VA is having their annual music fest right now...I think attendance is usually close to 15 k...stoners, a very few locals, folks from all over the country...5 days of all kinds of foolishness going on, anyway, they're walking through our little stores and gas stations potentially spreading pestilence.

Want to make one note about that tweet. The poster @ejustin46 says "The virus was circulating since a long time. In US, since minimum 2021."

That is NOT what the study says. The study does NOT make the claim that Monkeypox has been spreading in the USA for all this time. The study does look at the genome of the US cases that we had in 2021 (and many others) and seems to compare them to how the 2021-2022 genomes were different than the ones from 2017-2018.

I need to look closer, but one of the interesting things it does say seems to indicate that the PCR tests may be TOO focused, and may miss many of the Monkeypox cases (test would show negative when the sample is positive) due to the GA-to-AA mutations. IF I read it right.

We are in for a wave of monkeypox due to the vaccine destroying the immune system of millions of straight people ( making them AIDS PATIENTS). They are doomed to succumb to every infection and disease they are exposed to, till one finally takes them out.

They are NOT ADMITTING THE VACCINE MADE THEM AIDS PATIENTS, SO THEY ARE NOT SEEKING SOLUTIONS TO THIS PROBLEM!!!

What is worse is that they are making more AIDS patients with every COVID Vaccine booster shot!

On a lighter note, referencing the colloidal silver (forgive my use of such forum-inappropriate foul language) suggestions…..

There is also 35% food grade peroxide…..which is NOT FOOD.

But it is a very strong anti-everything that ails you…..and, if you are careless, it will eat (parts of) you, too.

There are those who take a few drops in their drinking water and swear by the effects…..as well as using it topically to literally burn infection out of a wound.

Moneypox sounds like a perfect test case for industrial strength peroxide, internally and externally applied, and that will be my first go-to in the event the thing is real.

I have used it in my drinking water, and I assure you….your taste buds will let you know long before you get too much.

I came across a book that was a pictorial of a bar club in NY. The book highlighted four years in the eighty's. It was disgusting. Perverted sex scenes, the macabre, disgusting...many hollywood types involved....big names and still timely.

It wreaks of the justification of taking out NY. Judgement is not debatable. It's fully justified.

About a month ago, someone close to me was in London and on the Tube. This person saw someone with what appeared to be lesions all over. It was a child.

We agreed it was probably monkeypox. Fortunately, the child was not in very close proximity and fortunately, the person close to me did not come down with Monkeypox. But I knew early on that the "it's only the gay disease" was bullshit.
