This case will either give us back our 2nd Amendment (which holds up all the rest) or it will be open season on Patriots.
With the Second Amendment, we get Shoot Looters. Without it, we get the opposite, which is Loot Shooters, which they have been doing a lot of lately. Needs to change.

The prosecutor cannot appeal from the "not guilty" verdict of a jury or from the "not guilty" finding of a judge.
