I ran across adds in some magazine a few years ago that was trying to sell Soylent Green bars. I had a good laugh, then explain to some youngsters what I found so funny. I did find it hard to believe that someone really thought that was a good name for their veggie snack.

Mom and I were just discussing this movie after McDonald's put out a 'Halloween-themed ad' showing limbs coming out of a giant meat grinder, which was, of course, used to make their pink goo that they make their "food" with. I told DM that I wondered how much of that was actually satire. Those are literally the times we are living in.
It was a promo picture, but for the life of me, I can't recall where I saw it! (I read too many things!) I tried looking it up, but can't find it anywhere.Oh, um...yuck! Haven't seen it, yet. That is gruesome. Hopefully a lot of people agree.
