BRKG CDC to reintroduce mask mandate 7/27

every time I am confronted with this covid scaremongering BULLSHIT I am reminded of the following FACTS
  • A disease so deadly you have to be tested to be certain you have it
  • A disease so deadly that when you test positive, you're told to go home, rest, hydrate, take two ibuprofen - and call us if you don't get better
  • A vaccine so effective that its suggested you "mask up" to prevent potential contact with "breakthrough" infections
  • A vaccine so effective against a pandemic so widespread that door knockers are required to be absolutely certain YOU know the pandemic is real and the vaccine is not only FREE but safe and widely available with NO WAITING
  • A vaccine so safe people must be incentivized to take it - and likely very soon - THREATENED if they haven't
REAL pandemics
don't require their own specialized and highly obvious propaganda efforts

Both the CDC quote and the quote from Morse aren't actually complete sentences, and as such are missing vital context.

For the Provincetown "cluster", were there 200 people in a larger cluster who got the virus even though they were "vaccinated", or was the total cluster 200 people, and some subset were already "vaccinated"?

This really, really burns my cookies! IF the Centers for Disease Control were actually in the business of controlling diseases, where is their "mandate" for the invasion of illegals coming across our southern border? Nothing at all about millions coming into the country without any screening or quarantining but "planted" all over the country to spread who knows what.

My problem is twofold: 1) I work for liberals who let MSM do their thinking for them, and 2) unless nipped quickly in the bud, the next stage will be lockdowns and/or delaying the start of schools, which will lead to further economic problems.

What's needed is massive push-back. Not 20-30 people gathering at state houses yelling and chanting, but hundreds of thousands of workers saying, "No!" to the CDC and local employers and governments and striking if necessary. This is one time that strikes will be effective because there are already worker shortages.

I know that some of you want to lock and load, but I think strikes should be the next step. If all the people who are attending Trump rallies were to go on strike, it would make a huge, visible immediate impact.

Added: and start recalls on politicians and school board members who agree with the CDC. They need to be legally removed from their positions, the sooner the better.

Nothing has ever been said about this group of infected illegals that are being transported and intentional placed around our country. We are dealing with criminals of the highest order upon humanity. Criminals that will place infected in nursing homes to kill the residents. Lie about their jab and enforce it with Military if need be. The Nuremberg Trials should be started immediately on this group of killers.

So I will share real life stuff...

Daughter with Down attends a voc rehab state run program. I don't know how many are vaxed. 5 workers 15 young adults with disabilities. 5 of the young adults attended a week long camp where everyone who attended was vaxed. The program received notification on Tues after everyone was home that one of the counselors tested positive for covid after having sinus symptoms. The program director decreed that everyone would be tested the next day for covid and everyone was given an Appt time. NO ONE HAD SYMPTOMS. I took my daughter for appt with steam coming out of my ears. When I got there the nurse asked if daughter had symptoms and I replied, "No which means by CDC recommendations that she shouldn't be tested". The Nurse agreed then rolled her eyes towards director and said "There is nothing I can do." Everyone's rapid test! was negative. I should insert here that they did have 2 clients pass due to covid but those people were not treated. Just put on vents and vasopressors. My daughter is not vaxed. My daughter did not attend camp. My daughter is not sick...but did get ivermectin and hydroxy and her daily squirt of xylitol. Yes I know all of this is a choice we made but sometimes there is no great choice for those with disabilities.

Step daughter had a visitor that she spent the day with. Visitor brought her mom. Everyone is vaxed. The mom became ill that night. Had a rapid test which was positive. Was given a monoclonal infusion. Is back at home but very ill.

I think the whole vax thing is a hoax. It does not seem to be working. Covid is here to stay. Vaxing has given everyone a false sense of security. Don't even get me started on masks.

Didn't the CDC JUST say that we're supposed to stop using the current COVID tests because they can't tell the difference between COVID and the Flu???
No. Somewhat easy to make that mis-interpretation. Most folks didn't bother to read the links in that post to the actual research over the last year into other, better tests that were being developed. They were suggesting that a single test has been developed that can now detect either the flu, Covid or both.

Yeah… watch how well people obey this one. Once you let the cat out of the bag, you can’t stuff it back in. Good luck with that, CDC.
You do not see what they are doing here! The mask do not help even Fouchi admitted this in emails. They never helped, But gave people a sense of false security, numerous other Dr's and scientist have actually stated that the mask has harmed people. Now with all these vaccinated people going to wear masks they are going to become sicker again and many more of the vaccinated will die. Maybe not from the vaccine itself but because of the prolonged periods of breathing in their own bacteria again into their lungs. Watch what happens. just like before.

ESFP adrift in INTJ sea
The question has been asked for the last 2-3 years, "Just WHAT would kick off CW-II?"

This, right here.

It won't be apparent unless you are using the 10,000-foot view but this would be the kick-off.

It won't start Wednesday this week, either. But damn soon after this afternoon, when thousands of folks show up in State Capitols and in DC this weekend, and whoever is going to play the 1920's Pinkerton Strike Breakers clash, Spicy time could well dawn.

Just a word to the prepared. If you can't hear the drums, well, they're there.
And DAMN soon it's gonna be "Mount up, and ride to the sounds of battle."

Here's the update:

COVID-19 Vaccination

Guidance for Fully Vaccinated People

Updated July 27, 2021
Languages

Summary of Recent Changes
Updates as of July 27, 2021
  • Updated information for fully vaccinated people given new evidence on the B.1.617.2 (Delta) variant currently circulating in the United States.
  • Added a recommendation for fully vaccinated people to wear a mask in public indoor settings in areas of substantial or high transmission.
  • Added information that fully vaccinated people might choose to wear a mask regardless of the level of transmission, particularly if they are immunocompromised or at increased risk for severe disease from COVID-19, or if they have someone in their household who is immunocompromised, at increased risk of severe disease or not fully vaccinated.
  • Added a recommendation for fully vaccinated people who have a known exposure to someone with suspected or confirmed COVID-19 to be tested 3-5 days after exposure, and to wear a mask in public indoor settings for 14 days or until they receive a negative test result.
  • CDC recommends universal indoor masking for all teachers, staff, students, and visitors to schools, regardless of vaccination status

Key Points

The following recommendations apply to non-healthcare settings.

For related information for healthcare settings, visit Updated Healthcare Infection Prevention and Control Recommendations in Response to COVID-19 Vaccination.

Fully vaccinated people can:
  • Participate in many of the activities that they did before the pandemic; for some of these activities, they may choose to wear a mask.
  • Resume domestic travel and refrain from testing before or after travel and from self-quarantine after travel
  • Refrain from testing before leaving the United States for international travel (unless required by the destination) and refrain from self-quarantine after arriving back in the United States
  • Refrain from testing following a known exposure, if asymptomatic, with some exceptions for specific settings
  • Refrain from quarantine following a known exposure if asymptomatic
  • Refrain from routine screening testing if feasible
Infections happen in only a small proportion of people who are fully vaccinated, even with the Delta variant. However, preliminary evidence suggests that fully vaccinated people who do become infected with the Delta variant can spread the virus to others. To reduce their risk of becoming infected with the Delta variant and potentially spreading it to others: CDC recommends that fully vaccinated people:
  • Wear a mask in public indoor settings if they are in an area of substantial or high transmission,
    • Fully vaccinated people might choose to mask regardless of the level of transmission, particularly if they or someone in their household is immunocompromised or at increased risk for severe disease, or if someone in their household is unvaccinated. People who are at increased risk for severe disease include older adults and those who have certain medical conditions, such as diabetes, overweight or obesity, and heart conditions.
  • Get tested if experiencing COVID-19 symptoms.
  • Get tested 3-5 days following a known exposure to someone with suspected or confirmed COVID-19 and wear a mask in public indoor settings for 14 days after exposure or until a negative test result.
  • Isolate if they have tested positive for COVID-19 in the prior 10 days or are experiencing COVID-19 symptoms.
  • Follow any applicable federal, state, local, tribal, or territorial laws, rules, and regulations.
People who are immunocompromised should be counseled about the potential for reduced immune responses to COVID-19 vaccines and to follow current prevention measures (including wearing a mask, staying 6 feet apart from others they don’t live with, and avoiding crowds and poorly ventilated indoor spaces) regardless of their vaccination status to protect themselves against COVID-19 until advised otherwise by their healthcare provider.

from what I'm seeing on facespy and other forms of social media people genuinely believe that they got a vaccine, not a symptom attenuator. They think that because they now have the vaccine they can go out to bars, diners, movie theaters, concerts, etc., and that they will NOT get the virus, when in fact they can get it and they can also become super spreaders.

So in reality, it is the vaxxed who are making it worse, not the ones who refuse to take the jab? If so, what they are doing is some monumental gaslighting.

On The Level
This, right here.

As soon as I read it was taking effect this afternoon it felt like everything had shifted gears.

Gentleman, prepare to defend yourselves!

Seriously.
Remember the January 6 people that have been mentally and physically tortured in prison for near 8 months.
There is no negotiating or wiser heads prevailing.

Don't be surprised if by the end of the week that their bioweapinjection is FDA approved and forced on every body.

I know people, personally, who believe the same thing. They're acting like COVID doesn't exist anymore. Poof! It just went away when they became vaccinated.

Yeah..it looks like a "meh" for now. I really don't know why they bothered.

I see on the local news feed that our dictator/governor had the audacity to speak words about the continuance of our Minnesota State Fair today. If he decides to shut that down again, all particular hell will break loose.

Neither here nor there.

And now their shocked because it's back and they're blaming the unvaccinated when in fact it's the vaccinated that have become the super spreaders. It's almost like someone planned this all along.

The Delta variant is said to be equivalent to hay fever.

I'll be going through that in about two more weeks when the ragweed gets going. If I have the Delta variant (and no fever) at the same time, there would be no way of knowing. I'm sure not getting tested!

At least my immediate supervisor is on my side. She has ragweed allergies, too. We're going to be miserable enough for several weeks without dealing with COVID testing, too.
