We understand this at The Gateway Pundit – We’ve always understood this.

On Wednesday night FOX News host Tucker Carlson reported on several questionable activities that took place in Fulton County Georgia since the November 3rd presidential election.

It was a great segment. It was really good.

We don’t do this very often but we wanted to go through these revelations one-by-one discussed by Tucker Carlson on his show tonight.

The Gateway Pundit reported on every one of these examples of fraud in Fulton County Georgia for several months. We believe it is worth revisiting our reports since we are the ones who have faced an endless amount of attacks from fake news and even Republican naysayers.


1.) That the doors were left open on the Fulton County Georgia ballot storage facility while guards were away.

The Gateway Pundit first reported on this on May 31, 2021.

Arizona Audit: Volunteers Begin Machine Recount (VIDEO)

On Wednesday, volunteers began using the new ballot machines in another recount for accuracy.

We reported that this new equipment was being calibrated by audit officials with test ballots and that they would be officially counting today.



This new process is beginning today with auditors performing more test counts and they are expected to start counting real ballots.



They are taking as much time as needed to perform the necessary accuracy tests.

Auditors can be seen in the video below aligning stacks of ballots in the paper jogger then counting them TWICE with the paper counting machine.

A stack of ballots is moved onto the machine diagonally, counted, then rotated 90 degrees to recount on the other corner.

Two machines are operating and we have been told that these machines can count 600 ballots at a time without error.

This process does not tally votes. It only counts the number of ballots.

The Gateway Pundit reported that the ballot totals do not match and we are expecting more findings by tomorrow.



This additional count will provide concrete evidence of a certified fraudulent election.

Georgia County Ballot Images Prompt Speculation Of "Provable Fraud"

A group seeking to ensure that elections are run fairly said this week that an in-depth analysis of mail-in ballot images it obtained through a court order shows that the hand-count audit in Fulton County, Georgia, last year “was riddled with massive errors and provable fraud.”



The analysis turned up at least 36 batches of mail-in ballots, containing 4,255 votes, that were added redundantly to the audit results, Voters Organized for Trusted Election Results in Georgia (VoterGA), charged. Nearly 3,400 were for Democrat Joe Biden.

The team examining the ballots also found seven audit tally sheets (pdf) they believe were falsified to contain fabricated vote totals. In one example, the group said, a batch containing 59 ballot images for Biden and 42 for former President Donald Trump was reported as 100 for Biden and 0 for Trump.

The analysis revealed that 923 (60 percent) of the 1,539 mail-in ballot batch files contained votes that were incorrectly reported in the county’s official 2020 election result compared to the audit totals, according to VoterGA.

“We believe that there is massive audit errors,” Garland Favorito, founder of the group, told a press conference in Georgia on July 13.

The group received the images as part of a court case after it petitioned in late 2020 to get clearance to inspect all mail-in ballots cast in the county in the 2020 election, alleging that fraud took place. The petition cited witnesses to the alleged fraud, including Favorito and other poll watchers and workers.

Henry County Judge Brian Amero, who is overseeing the case, ordered in March that scanned ballot images be made available to the petitioners. Amero late last month let part of the election lawsuit proceed.

Asked about the new claims, a Fulton County spokeswoman told The Epoch Times via email:

“This is related to a matter that is the subject of pending litigation. Therefore we do not wish to respond.”

A spokesman for Georgia Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger, a Republican, referred comment to Fulton County.

Favorito said elected officials have known about the discrepancies “for a long, long time,” and he accused them of having “covered it up.”

Rep. Jody Hice (R-Ga.), who is challenging Raffensperger in the Republican secretary of state primary, in a video called on him to resign.

“In Fulton County, there is now undeniable proof of voter irregularity if not outright voter fraud,” he said, pointing to the evidence presented by VoterGA.

Raffensperger has claimed that there was no widespread fraud in the 2020 election, which saw Biden beat Trump in Georgia by less than 12,000 votes out of over 4.9 million cast.

Trump said in a statement on July 14:

“The news coming out of Georgia is beyond incredible. The hand recount in Fulton County was a total fraud! They stuffed the ballot box—and got caught. We will lose our Country if this is allowed to stand.”

Mich. Vendor Warned to Ignore Soros-Backed Sec. of State’s Order to Wipe Voting Data

Michigan‘s Democrat Secretary of State Jocelyn Benson appeared this week to be covering her tracks to prevent future audits of the state’s voting equipment.

Benson, who already was rebuffed by the courts for her partisan overreach in the lead-up to the 2020 election, told equipment vendor Election Source to remove the batteries from voting tablets statewide, according to a press release from Election Integrity Funds for the American Republic.

Ostensibly, their purpose would be to “perform preventative maintenance” on the equipment, said the letter, which the Gateway Pundit obtained a copy of via Michigan attorney Stephanie Lambert.

“Batteries are not necessary in Michigan due to the fact that we do not use direct-recording electronic voting in our state,” the letter claimed.

However, critics said removal of the batteries would wipe data surrounding the 2020 election, even as another battleground state, Arizona, prepares to announce the findings of an intensive audit that could trigger a renewed push for scrutiny in Michigan and elsewhere.

“Removing the ICX batteries will erase any volatile microelectronic memory in the machine, destroying any forensic trail of current configurations and historical data on the system, including all configurations and data used in the November general election” EIFFTAR warned in its press release.

“We have ordered Election Source to cease and desist this attempt to destroy election evidence that would reveal fraud in the 2020 election in violation of state and federal law,” it continued.

In addition to violating federal anti-corruption laws, the data erasure also could render the machines uncertified and create chain-of-custody concerns that would eliminate any legal ambiguity about the validity of Michigan’s election, the Gateway Pundit reported.

The software from Dominion Voting Systems comes with a disclaimer stipulating that the equipment must remain unaltered in order to be certified by the U.S. Election Assistance Commission.

“Specifically, this means that it came with a battery and was tested and certified with a battery,” said the Gateway Pundit. “Therefore removal of the battery would be inarguably altering the hardware to an untested and therefore decertified state.”

At least two other states—Georgia and Pennsylvania—appear poised to follow in Arizona’s footsteps by launching audits of jurisdictions—including Atlanta and Philadelphia—where suspicious activity occurred and where, in some cases, direct evidence of systematic fraud has recently surfaced.

However, voting-integrity activists in Michigan suffered a series of recent setbacks as Republicans in the state legislature colluded with Benson and Michigan Attorney General Dana Nessel on a plan to persecute election skeptics.
The GOP-led state Senate also released a report stating it had found no evidence of widespread fraud in the state, and requests for a court-mandated audit based on some 7,000 witness affidavits appear to have reached a dead-end.

Like many of the corrupt leftist officials at the center of the vote-fraud scandal, Benson is an alumna of a George Soros-backed training program that was designed to install radicals in key positions where they could apply selective enforcement of the law.

Others with documented Soros ties (through funding or training) include Michigan Gov. Gretchen Whitmer, Arizona Secretary of State Katie Hobbs, Maricopa County Sheriff Paul Penzone, Pennsylvania Attorney General Josh Shapiro, former Pennsylvania Secretary of State Kathy Boockvar, Philadelphia District Attorney Larry Krasner and Georgia activist Stacey Abrams.

Terrified House Democrats Launch Investigation Into Cyber Ninjas to Suppress Arizona Voter Fraud Revelations

Regardless of political affiliation, every American should be concerned about a governing body that is actively trying to suppress investigations into their actions. As many have said in many different ways, if the Democrats truly believed there was not massive, widespread voter fraud that flipped the election to Biden, then they should welcome these audits as a way to calm the concerns of those of us who believe the election was stolen. Instead, they’ve gone out of their way to cover it up, stop the audits, and discredit anyone who participates in them.

Democrats are launching every possible weapon against the audits because they know with a certainty what they will reveal. Their power hinges on keeping Americans in the dark. It’s time to turn on the lights and watch the cockroaches scatter.

Gen. Mark Milley, picked by former President Donald Trump to be chairman of the Joint Chiefs of staff, said he felt he had to be "on guard" after President Joe Biden won the November contest, according to snippets from I Alone Can Fix It, a book authored by two Washington Post journalists and set to be released next week.

At one point, Milley called former national security adviser to ask if a coup was imminent, the book said.

“What the f*** am I dealing with?” Milley asked.

The authors, Carol Leonnig and Philip Rucker, also wrote that Milley referred to Trump as a "classic authoritarian leader with nothing to lose," as he compared the former president's actions to those of Nazi leader Adolf Hitler.

"They may try, but they're not going to f****** succeed," Milley told his deputies, per the book. "You can't do this without the military. You can't do this without the CIA and the FBI. We're the guys with the guns."

"This is a Reichstag moment," the general added. "The gospel of the Fuhrer."

The book also featured an exchange between House Speaker Nancy Pelosi and Milley, in which the top Democrat likened Trump to a "maniac" that could deploy nuclear warheads to stay in power.

"Ma'am, I guarantee you these processes are very good," Milley was quoted.

"There's not going to be an accidental firing of nuclear weapons."

Pelosi responded: "How can you guarantee me?"

"Ma'am, there's a process," the general replied. "We will only follow legal orders. We'll only do things that are legal, ethical, and moral."

Ahead of Biden's inauguration on Jan. 20, Milley referred to potential disruptors of the event as "the same people we fought in World War II," according to the book.

"Here's the deal, guys: These guys are Nazis, they're boogaloo boys, they're Proud Boys. These are the same people we fought in World War II. We're going to put a ring of steel around this city, and the Nazis aren't getting in," the general was quoted.

Trump's post-presidency office did not immediately respond to a request for comment from the Washington Examiner, but he recently issued a statement railing against several books that focus on him and his administration. The former president said much of the information is "false" and "many stories are made-up."

"It seems to me that meeting with authors of the ridiculous number of books being written about my very successful Administration, or me, is a total waste of time," the 45th president said through his Save America PAC. "They write whatever they want to write anyway without sources, fact-checking, or asking whether or not an event is true or false."

"Frankly, so many stories are made-up, or pure fiction," he added. "These writers are often bad people who write whatever comes to their mind or fits their agenda. It has nothing to do with facts or reality. So when reading the garbage that the Fake News Media puts out, please remember this and take everything with a 'grain of salt.'"

Trump called on Milley, who remains chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff in the Biden administration, last month after excerpts from another book claimed Milley clashed with Trump over the handling of the racial justice protests last summer and a viral moment when the general defended the teaching of critical race theory in military institutions during a hearing.

Top U.S. General Said Trump Preached ‘Gospel of the Führer’

General Mark Milley, the chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, likened Donald Trump’s effort to hold on to power after the 2020 election to Adolf Hitler, saying the president was preaching “the gospel of the Führer” with his lies about the election being stolen, according to a new book by two Washington Post reporters.

As chronicled in I Alone Can Fix It, by Carol Leonnig and Philip Rucker, the Pentagon’s top general said shortly before the January 6 insurrection at the Capitol that Trump had led the country to the brink of its own “Reichstag moment,” viewing him as a potential threat to American democracy.

(Intelligencer obtained a copy of I Alone Can Fix It, which is due out July 20.)

Trump had appointed Milley to be chairman of the Joint Chiefs in 2018, over the objections of Defense Secretary James Mattis. The Army general’s tenure at the top of the Pentagon had been relatively quiet, until last summer, when he appeared in uniform during an infamous photo opportunity for Trump in Lafayette Square that followed the clearing of protesters in front of the White House. Milley later apologized for creating a “perception of the military involved in domestic politics.”

Although the book chronicles Milley’s concern with Trump dating back to that moment, the general’s worries grew rapidly as the president plunged the nation into chaos following Election Day. Seven days later, Milley got a call from “an old friend” with an explicit warning that Trump and his allies were trying to “overturn the government.” Milley was confident that any attempts by Trump to hold on to power would be thwarted, because the military wouldn’t go along. “They may try, but they’re not going to ****ing succeed,” he told aides. “You can’t do this without the military. You can’t do this without the CIA and the FBI. We’re the guys with guns.”

Still, Milley was disturbed by the sight of Trump supporters rallying to his cause in November, calling them “Brownshirts in the streets.” Leonnig and Rucker wrote that Milley “believed Trump was stoking unrest, possibly in hopes of an excuse to invoke the Insurrection Act and call out the military.” The general likened the U.S. to Germany’s fragile Weimar Republic in the early 1930s. “This is a Reichstag moment,” he said, referring to the arson attack on Germany’s Parliament that Hitler used as a pretext to assume absolute power and destroy democracy.

On January 6, Milley watched with disgust as Trump addressed his supporters.

Soon after Trump finished speaking, a violent mob of his supporters stormed the Capitol in an attempt to disrupt the certification of the presidential election by a joint session of Congress — and many promised to return for Biden’s inauguration. “These guys are Nazis, they’re boogaloo boys, they’re Proud Boys.

These are the same people we fought in World War II,” Milley said a week after the attack on the Capitol.

After Biden took the oath of office on January 20, and Trump was finally an ex-president, former First Lady Michelle Obama encountered Milley at the Capitol and asked how he was feeling. “No one has a bigger smile today than I do,” he said. “You can’t see it under my mask but I do.”

This presentation was done by a team of data scientists and programmers with experience working for the US Navy, the CIA, the National Counter-Terrorism Center, and Big 4 Accounting Firms.

Receiving over 90% in a precinct is a marker for fraud.

In Fulton County alone we can see that more than 150 precincts voted 90% or more for Biden. In the statewide race that was decided by less than 13,000 votes these 150 Fulton precincts alone accounted for 152,000 Biden votes. This is a clear indicator of suspicious or outright fraudulent activity.

"We've scanned 113,130. We've adjudicated 106,000. The only ballots that are adjudicated are if we have a ballot with a contest on it in which there's some question as to how the computer reads it. So the vote review panel then determines voter intent."

ADJUDICATION: the process of reviewing a ballot that may have been flagged during the ballot scanning process. This is an override function that is meant for a marginal number of ballots, not over a hundred thousand in one county.

"The problem in Dekalb County, and most likely, other counties, the duplication of the ballots were done by election office employees in a separate location without any oversight of a voter review panel. So there was no accountability of what was transcribed from the original ballot to a new pristine ballot so it could be read by the scanners."

In 94 precincts in Dekalb County, it is statistically impossible to have 9 out of 10 voters voting for Joe Biden.

Now, we'll take a closer look at some vote manipulation within the election database including explicit vote count switching from one candidate to another.

Why are there NEGATIVE VOTES and VOTE SWITCHES

Answer: There shouldn't be any.

Unbeknownst to the general public, votes for Donald Trump were being switched and removed from his total. Across the three counties of Doge, Dougherty, and Putnam, Trump has 30,000 votes that simply disappear. In Bibb County, 12,173 votes were subtracted from Donald Trump while 12,173 votes were added to Joe Biden. A clear and exact switch of vote totals between candidates.

According to the Georgia Secretary of State's website, Trump lost by 12,670 votes. As you have seen in this video, far more votes than that were taken from President Trump.

Fulton County Falsified Audit Tally Sheets And Counted Duplicate Ballots

The VoterGA team found 7 falsified audit tally sheets containing fabricated vote totals for their respective batches of ballot images.

For example, a batch containing 59 actual ballot images for Joe Biden, 42 for Donald Trump and 0 for Jo Jorgenson was reported as 100 for Biden and 0 for Trump.

The seven batches of ballot images with 554 votes for Joe Biden, 140 votes for Donald Trump and 11 votes for Jo Jorgenson had tally sheets in the audit falsified to show 850 votes for Biden, 0 votes for Trump and 0 votes for Jorgenson.

The team also found at least 36 duplicate batches of mail-in ballots which resulted in 4,255 total extra votes. These fraudulent votes include 3,390 extra votes for Joe Biden, 865 extra votes for Donald Trump, and 43 extra votes for Jo Jorgenson.

The team’s analysis revealed that 923 of 1539 mail-in ballot batch files contained votes incorrectly reported in Fulton’s official November 3rd 2020 results.

These inaccuracies are due to discrepancies in votes for Donald Trump, Joe Biden and total votes cast compared to their reported audit totals for respective batches.

Thus, the error reporting rate in Fulton’s hand count audit is a whopping 59.7%.

Mark Milley, picked by former President Donald Trump to be chairman of the Joint Chiefs of staff, said he felt he had to be "on guard" after President Joe Biden won the November contest, according to snippets from I Alone Can Fix It, a book authored by two Washington Post journalists and set to be released next week.

At one point, Milley called former national security adviser to ask if a coup was imminent, the book said.

“What the f*** am I dealing with?” Milley asked.

The authors, Carol Leonnig and Philip Rucker, also wrote that Milley referred to Trump as a "classic authoritarian leader with nothing to lose," as he compared the former president's actions to those of Nazi leader Adolf Hitler.

"They may try, but they're not going to f****** succeed," Milley told his deputies, per the book. "You can't do this without the military. You can't do this without the CIA and the FBI. We're the guys with the guns."

"This is a Reichstag moment," the general added. "The gospel of the Fuhrer."

The book also featured an exchange between House Speaker Nancy Pelosi and Milley, in which the top Democrat likened Trump to a "maniac" that could deploy nuclear warheads to stay in power.

"Ma'am, I guarantee you these processes are very good," Milley was quoted.

"There's not going to be an accidental firing of nuclear weapons."

Pelosi responded: "How can you guarantee me?"

"Ma'am, there's a process," the general replied. "We will only follow legal orders. We'll only do things that are legal, ethical, and moral."

Ahead of Biden's inauguration on Jan. 20, Milley referred to potential disruptors of the event as "the same people we fought in World War II," according to the book.

"Here's the deal, guys: These guys are Nazis, they're boogaloo boys, they're Proud Boys. These are the same people we fought in World War II. We're going to put a ring of steel around this city, and the Nazis aren't getting in," the general was quoted.

Trump's post-presidency office did not immediately respond to a request for comment from the Washington Examiner, but he recently issued a statement railing against several books that focus on him and his administration. The former president said much of the information is "false" and "many stories are made-up."

"It seems to me that meeting with authors of the ridiculous number of books being written about my very successful Administration, or me, is a total waste of time," the 45th president said through his Save America PAC. "They write whatever they want to write anyway without sources, fact-checking, or asking whether or not an event is true or false."

"Frankly, so many stories are made-up, or pure fiction," he added. "These writers are often bad people who write whatever comes to their mind or fits their agenda. It has nothing to do with facts or reality. So when reading the garbage that the Fake News Media puts out, please remember this and take everything with a 'grain of salt.'"

Trump called on Milley, who remains chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff in the Biden administration, last month after excerpts from another book claimed Milley clashed with Trump over the handling of the racial justice protests last summer and a viral moment when the general defended the teaching of critical race theory in military institutions during a hearing.

Here is a summary of the items shared today by the Arizona Senate in regards to their audit of the 2020 Election results in Maricopa County.

Senator Karen Fann led the meeting.
She started by noting that some people are not able to get to the site because of high traffic and offered alternatives to watch the meeting.

The meeting is an update and a briefing of the results.

The guests were as follows:

• Doug Logan from Cyber Ninjas
• Ken Bennett – former Arizona Secretary of State
• Ben Cotton – cyber expert

Logan started and shared what will be presented then shared a video about the audit.

An audit expert reported on the audit and shared it is the most transparent and efficient and best chain of control in an audit ever. A number of individuals participated in completing the audit. They insured no issues with COVID and people were required to wear masks when on the floor. They had first aid stations available. Traning was essential and everyone was trained in their position. There were microscopes and camera technology in examining audits.

The culture was excellent. The chain of custody was excellent. The ballots in ballot boxes were examined and put back in the same order in which they were reviewed. The team attempted to design the audit so that it was beyond reproach.

Many volunteers gave up hours. Over 1,500 were involved in the process. Over 80,000 hours were given to get to this point.

Have tallied all the ballots. Now working through evaluation to ensure results are perfect.

Then Fann shared that the entire audit was voted on by the Republicans in the Senate to ensure the electoral process is working. A number of people believed there were problems with the election and so the Senate listened so they could go back to polls in the future and know the election is free and fair. Fann explained how the audit was the senate’s responsibility to prove to the Arizona public that their ballot is sacred.

Next Ken Bennett spoke and thanked those who helped him. He spoke to the chain of custody. There was continuous and complete chain of custody while everything was in their possession. Every box was signed for when taken out and when returned to ‘the corral. There were over 1,600 boxes that were reviewed.

Boxes will be resealed before being returned and in the same order, they were found.

One of the items subpoenaed and has not been provided. Chain of custody reports were requested from the County related to the ballots in their custody. The documents of the chain of custody were not provided from the County. The County will not provide any more.

Bennett noted that in the boxes ballot batch sheets were to be provided in each box of ballots but some batches were only for one ballot and others had multiple. Seals were cut in some boxes. Ballots handled at the central office from the mail were over 1 million ballots were processed through the mail.

Some sheets were not provided from the County but one entity requested some info via an FOIA request and they used that data (sheets).

We discovered that more effort and training are necessary to address process issues that could be improved. There was almost one whole pallet with duplicate ballots. They found thousands of duplicate ballots missing serial numbers missing on them. Thousands of ballots where a serial number was on, the numbering was difficult to read making it difficult to match with an existing ballot. All the ballots have been filmed. If anyone tries to open these boxes they can tell because the ballots were filmed when being resealed.

Cotton was next. He walked through his process and standard of care. There were zero changes to any of the machines. They completed forms when auditing machines and used a write block device was used to prevent any modification of original evidence on the machines. They then copied each digital device. If anyone changes the evidence file they will now know. They then created examination copies and the original copies are in safekeeping. Not a single bit of data was tampered with or damaged on any machines that were examined. They did not modify or change any chips. Any changes to the machines would have been done by the County.

Senator Fann noted Secretary of State Katie Hobbs claimed a few weeks ago that the machines used were tampered with and could no longer be used.

Cotton reiterated that there were cameras over their work 24 hours a day. Anything would have been caught on video. Nothing they did would have impacted the machines at all. The position that the County must replace all voting machines is at odds with the audits performed earlier this year – that they could determine that nothing was changed.

The IT team received over 300 tabulators, the county EMS server, physical devices correlating to EMS adjudication function, 11 hard drives with cloned data (which was provided but altered by their cloning process). They created a forensic copy of all the items received. They looked for any Internet connections.

The auditors have not received the router config files and router data, they had talks and negotiations but still not provided. They know an element of the election system was breached during the election. The registration center database was breached because the County or state sent letters to individuals with data on the files noting there was a breach.

There are severe problems with how the voter information was maintained. The system is not patched regularly. The last time an antivirus was updated on the systems was August 2019. This creates a tremendous vulnerability to the systems. The auditors still need to see the routers. The County’s concerns with the auditors receiving the routers are not valid. There is no personal information included with the router data.

Cotton talked about ‘splunk logs’ and tokens. He noted that there were 37,000 queries done on March 11 alone. But they didn’t receive data before this date which didn’t allow them to see data back on Election day.

Dominion has access to Admin of the machines but the County does not. How can the County know if the systems are eligible to record votes? The County officials do not have the ability to verify the functionality of the systems without Dominion. They are dependent on Dominion. The state should have functionality that is greater than Dominion, not less than.

Fann asked why the County’s audits performed by Pro V&V and SLI didn’t capture this issue.

Cotton replied that those auditors possibly did not address the items found in this audit. Then he mentioned some additional data needed.

Logan then answered about the hand count of ballots. The County has not been helpful in working with the auditors. Next, he went over the duplicates reviewed. It took so long because the County refused to help explain how the ballots were duplicated and reported.

Next Logan discussed paper examination review using kinematic tools to review. Some ballots were out of calibration by 1900%. The ballots were as far off-center as more than 2000%. This still needs to be reviewed and finalized. The paper stock was also out of compliance leading to bleed-threw of ballots. This is related to ‘sharpy gate’. This may have caused the votes to be miscounted by tabulators. This is likely caused by printer calibration. Roughly 168,000 ballots were from primarily election day ballots.

The ballot paper is to be safeguarded. The auditors can request info.
Voter data analysis was next discussed. This included canvassing. 74,000 ballots had no record of ballots being sent to individuals but were received.

Logan again noted how unhelpful Maricopa County personnel were with the audit team. Even policies and procedures were not provided.

Next Logan started closing statements. The County is not helpful at all. They need the chain of custody and router data. They also need the tokens to the machines to see how they were configured. Right now administration resides with a third party. The auditors also need envelopes for the mail-in ballots.

Fann then shared they will request the additional information and adjourned the meeting.

Finally, as shared by a reader – 1) 3,900 votes received from unregistered voters (needed to be registered by 10/15 and weren\’t) and 2) 18,000 votes counted in the election but voters were removed from the voter role by 12/4.

The Gateway Pundit has reported extensively on the Arizona audit and the expected findings.

We now know that the ballot totals do not match after two different counts. They are now counting the ballots a THIRD time with paper counting machines to ensure their count was 100% accurate.

The Arizona Senate will hold a hearing today to talk about “what has been completed and what is needed to finish the audit so that we can receive the complete final report.”



This is just more projecting from the county as they are the ones who failed to follow the correct order of operations.

Why might Cyber Ninjas’ ballot count be accurate?

BREAKING EXCLUSIVE: Cyber Ninjas Did Not Contaminate Voting Machines Used in 2020 Election in Arizona – Machines Weren’t Properly Certified In the First Place

Arizona’s Secretary of State and Maricopa County’s Board of Supervisors are caught spinning garbage again.

Arizona’s Secretary of State and the Board of Supervisors were wrong when they claimed the voting machines were no longer usable after Senate audit firm, Cyber Ninjas, performed their audit of the County. The machines they claimed were no longer usable because they were inspected by Cyber Ninjas, which is not certified by the Election Assistance Commission (EAC).

In May the Arizona Secretary of State and the Maricopa County Board of Supervisors claimed the voting machines audited in the county were not longer usable since the machines were touched and supposedly taken apart by the audit firm selected by the Senate, Cyber Ninjas. This was because Cyber Ninjas are not certified by the EAC.

Arizona’s secretary of state informed Maricopa County officials Thursday that hundreds of the state’s vote-tabulating machines should no longer be used because of their handling by the inept, partisan company hired by Senate Republicans to recount ballots cast in November’s presidential election.

The machines should not be used again because there is no way of knowing whether they were tampered with while out of the county’s custody and under the control of Senate Republicans and the controversial Cyber Ninjas company conducting the recount, the U.S. Department of Homeland Security told Secretary of State Katie Hobbs, she said in a letter to the Maricopa County Board of Supervisors.

New machines reportedly could cost the state millions of dollars.

The problem with claiming machines were no longer usable after being audited by Cyber Ninjas, the firm running the Senate’s audit in the County, is that the machines were not properly certified in the first place.

We reported in January that the auditors the state and County claimed were certified for performing audits by the EAC, were actually not certified at the time the two companies were selected by the County to perform their bogus audits earlier this year.



We reported about one firm, Pro V&V:

We know that Pro V&V has only three company contacts and has been in business since 2011. The President of Pro V&B is Jack Cobb. Cobb has been called in to perform audits for Dominion in the past. He performed one audit in the Philippines in 2019, but he referred to himself as the ‘Laboratory Director’ during this engagement. Pro V&V once had a certificate of accreditation from the USEAC but it expired in 2017. (No recent accreditation was noted on its website.)

It turns out that the same firm, Pro V&V, which was not certified at the time it was selected to perform its bogus audit of a couple of machines for the state was also used by the state in 2019 to certify the voting machines were ready to be used in an audit. The state notes this by linking to the EAC website:


Note that Pro V&V certified the voting machines in Arizona in September 2019. The problem is that Pro V&V was not certified itself in September 2019. Pro V&V’s certification with the EAC expired in 2017.

So Secretary of State Hobbs and the Maricopa County Board of Supervisors’ accusations that the voting machines in Maricopa County were tainted after being inspected by Cyber Ninjas is patently false. The machines weren’t certified for the 2020 Election in the first place because Pro V&V was not certified in 2019.

Let’s see... breach provides all registered voters. Ballot sent documents, if online, are subtracted from registered voters. Remainder could be mailed back in as ghosts.

Maricopa County Recorder Stephen Richer Changes His Tune: “I Supported An Audit, I’m Pro-Audit, I’m Pro-Review” – Such BS

Maricopa County Recorder Stephen Richer appeared on Mike Broomhead’s radio show on Wednesday and made some shocking claims.

When asked about the fraudulent vote count, previously reported by Karen Fann, Sloppy Steve told Broomhead:

“We stand by our count. If the Cyber Ninjas are as good at predicting their timeline for completing the count as they are at counting then that doesn’t bode well for their count…

They are hand-counting, we were machine counting. There’s also a number of other reasons why they might not have come to an accurate count. we produced MORE than just the tabulated ballots. We produced the test ballots, we produced duplicated ballots, we produced spoiled ballots, and I dont know if they understand that those things shouldn’t have been in the tabulation of the actual votes”

Richer then goes on to trash the audit that he apparently ‘supported.’ After, he acknowledges his “abject failure” on his promises to “Make the County Recorder’s Office Boring Again”

He claims to have supported a Senate audit now that he knows the results are coming in hot. He uses the typical leftist excuse of “conspiracy theorist driven” Cyber Ninjas for his reasoning against the audit. BS.

Had Stephen agreed to do a joint audit with the Senate and Cyber Ninjas, as requested, there would be no need for name-calling or new machines.

Then he throws a cheap shot at the audit procedures. He must not understand that the auditors are concerned about accuracy, unlike the County who counted “2,089,563” ballots as quickly as possible. He must have also forgotten that his office is holding the process up by defying subpoenas for the routers and administrative passwords.

Auditors are also using machines to count the total number of ballots. Where are the missing components to the tabulation machines?

Richer then suggests that the reason why the Senate is finding more ballots than certified is that they are including extra ballots in the recount.

There’s one problem, the Senate is actually finding LESS ballots than the certified total.

Ballots are missing.

The audit is currently performing another recount with paper counting machines.

The results are going to be biblical.

Arizona State Senator Wendy Rogers and the Audit War Room shared their thoughts to Twitter.

Wendy Rogers: Richer is a piece of work. No one I know biffed at their job faster than Richer.



Richer made a promise to the MAGA posse that he would “Make The County Recorder’s Office Boring Again”. It was even his campaign slogan.

To him, this meant cleaning up the voter rolls, replacing the “incompetent criminal” Adrian Fontes, and securing our elections in an effort to bring nonpartisanship to the County Recorder’s Office. He wanted to “rebuild confidence in this process across party lines”.

He constantly highlighted Adrian Fontes’s plans to steal elections through early ballots last March, and emergency voting centers in the 2018 midterm.

Today, the County Recorder’s office is anything but boring with Richer’s face plastered all over the mainstream media as one of the audit’s strongest opponents.

It would be boring if he fulfilled his campaign promises and conducted a joint audit with the Senate.

He is having too much fun with all of this new spotlight.

The Board held their meeting last night to discuss purchasing new voting machines for the County. This is before the audit of the 2020 results is even complete. Rather than waiting to see what makes most sense the Board held their meeting and discussed the purchase.

The Board of Supervisors held their meeting and shared the following – a video of their call can be found here – the discussion of points 108 and 109 of their agenda start at the 40:40 minute mark with Supervisor Hickman sharing:

The [voting] equipment that we used in 2020 is now in the hands of Cyber Ninjas…. This is not our choice to do what we have to do here today, it was made by the state Senate. We made it very clear to them that if they provided these election machines to people who were not certified to operate them, that these machines cannot be used again. We made it very clear to them. They knew it going into it.


They chose to utilize the Cyber Ninjas, that was number one. Number two, the secretary of state who has the statutory ability to decide which machines can be used and which machines can’t, told us very clearly in a letter that those machines that have been in the hands of the Cyber Ninjas – we can’t use them again. That wasn’t our decision either. These are decisions made by others. Based on decisions made by others we need to move forward here. We need to have elections equipment that we can utilize to run elections here in 21′ and into 22′. So that’s the basis for this.

I think it is fundamentally unfair for the tax payers of Maricopa County to be responsible for footing this bill and I will note to everyone that before we turned over this election equipment President Karen Fann signed an agreement that said that if the taxpayers of Maricopa County incurred costs as to what’s going on at the Coliseum, the Senate would cover those costs.

Next Supervisor Chucri said that they had to purchase Dominion machines because the Secretary of State claimed they could no longer be used in an election.

Chucri said he was a businessman and he makes business decisions. Any businessman who would simply purchase millions of dollars of equipment because Katie Hobbs said so without determining why the machines were no longer functioning after having been inspected and audited by Cyber Ninjas is an ignorant businessman. Who in their right mind would take Katie Hobbs at her word?

But there are a number of issues with the Supervisors’ decision to purchase millions more in Dominion equipment.

1. The machines were not certified for the 2020 election –


2. If the machines were no longer certified per Secretary of State Hobbs then why not request what needs to be done to recertify the machines?

3. If they cannot be recertified after an audit, then why purchase more of the same machines and why not look into purchasing machines that aren’t so expensive and fragile.

Supervisor Gallardo then said the audit was all about Trump trying to raise money. He also mentioned this is the first of many garbage complaints coming down the pike.The Maricopa County Board of Supervisors is playing politics. Purchasing new machines is not necessary. Everyone can see this. These guys should be removed from office as soon as possible. Their efforts to prevent the audit of the county’s 2020 results and now to disparage the auditors are appalling. Now they are wasting nearly $3 million of the county’s money for nothing.

Called "I dare you to stop me."

If the Senate makes a move to stop this waste of money, they will be accused of "denying ease of voting to those who depend on assistance to vote." Or some such other "woke" nonsense.

The Senate needs to have the Comptroller get in the way of the cut check and stop this waste.

It may take a Senate vote. They probably have the cojones to make this confrontation.

There is no greater issue today in the United States than the November 3rd election fraud.

Without free and fair democratic elections the United States will cease to exist.
We understand this at The Gateway Pundit – We’ve always understood this.

On Wednesday night FOX News host Tucker Carlson reported on several questionable activities that took place in Fulton County Georgia since the November 3rd presidential election.

It was a great segment. It was really good.

We don’t do this very often but we wanted to go through these revelations one-by-one discussed by Tucker Carlson on his show tonight.

The Gateway Pundit reported on every one of these examples of fraud in Fulton County Georgia for several months. We believe it is worth revisiting our reports since we are the ones who have faced an endless amount of attacks from fake news and even Republican naysayers.

1.) That the doors were left open on the Fulton County Georgia ballot storage facility while guards were away.

The Gateway Pundit first reported on this on May 31, 2021.

2.) That a Fulton County election official — identified by The Gateway Pundit as Ruby Freeman — was feeding stacks of ballots through the voting machines at least three times each on November 4th in the early morning after the GOP election observers were told to go home.

UPDATE: Garbage Audit Report from Windham, New Hampshire Election Released But To No One’s Surprise They Find No Issues

Sadly, we’re not surprised by the results of the audit of the 2020 Election in Windham, New Hampshire. The audit team was biased, their audit program was a joke, their work was laughable, which led to the garbage report released on Tuesday.

We knew this would happen. The results of the Windham, New Hampshire audit come out and there are no winners. Unfortunately, the people of New Hampshire are the real losers. The voters saw a discrepancy in their election results and their politicians and some conflicted auditors end up saying everything is fine – move along now.

The report released on Tuesday was more like a copy of the audit work papers than a legitimate and well thought threw audit report. The auditors threw everything in the report which is very sophomoric. Much of what was provided was not necessary and perhaps should have been kept as available if requested.

It probably was put in the report in an effort to show that something was actually accomplished since one auditor didn’t participate much in the audit at all and another of the three auditors walked around with his hands in his pants. The third auditor walked around in a white T-shirt after removing his shirt.

The Executive Summary of the audit is as follows:

This forensic audit addressed the unusual numerical disparity between the originally reported results for the November 2020 contest for New Hampshire State Representative in Rockingham County District 7 (the town of Windham) and the official hand recount results for that contest. The recount did not change the outcome of the election.

(Official hand recounts are common in New Hampshire. For instance, there were 16 recounts requested and conducted following the 2020 General Election, and 7 following the 2020 State Primary. New Hampshire’s elections are administered by 320 towns and wards,1 of which 197 use voting machines2 and 123 count their votes by hand.)


This audit found the primary root cause of the discrepancy to be folds through vote targets on some absentee ballots, largely resulting from using a machine to fold absentee ballots. That folding machine, leased by the town for other purposes, did not fold ballots along the score lines between vote targets, where the ballots were designed to be folded. Instead, it often folded ballots through vote targets in the State Representative contest, which the scanners interpreted as vote attempts a substantial fraction of the time: we estimate that about 44 percent of folds through targets were interpreted as marked ovals in November, and experiments conducted during the audit exhibited rates of about 20 percent to more than 72 percent. The problem may have been exacerbated by inadequate maintenance that allowed a build-up of white powder inside the scanners, obstructing the lenses. Folds through vote targets also affected the gubernatorial contest, but less frequently. We also found, as is generally the case in recounts, that the hand count was able to ascertain voter intent in some instances where voters marked ballots incorrectly, leading the scanners to misread valid votes as undervotes or overvotes. No malware was found on any of the tabulators. Forensic examination of a random sample of paper ballots revealed nothing anomalous about the paper, printing, or marking.

The folding machine problem notwithstanding, for the most part our audit found the Windham election to have been well run under challenging circumstances, and we confirmed the number of ballots cast to within two ballots. Inevitably, close scrutiny of election procedures identified some errors and concerns that may inspire procedural improvements in Windham and elsewhere in New Hampshire.

The auditors and the Democrat machine want us all to move along now.



The one problem identified by auditors which received little or no attention is the manner in which the ballots were printed. The report mentions that ballots that caused issues were ballots where the folds were in error:

Harried election officials borrowed a folding machine to send out thousands of absentee ballots more quickly, and votes on roughly 400 ballots were miscounted as a result.”

The major flaw according to the auditors was in the folds. They took a great deal of time and effort to attempt to proclaim that they did a forensic audit of the ballots in Windham from the 2020 Election and folds were the reason for the material amount of discrepancies in the audit, but they missed something.

Compared to Arizona, this audit was a joke.

Ballots in New Hampshire per the law have to be printed in uniformity:

656:16 Uniformity; Folding. – There shall be no impression or mark to distinguish one general election ballot from another. The names of all candidates shall be printed in uniform type, and the ballots for each town and city shall be such that their width and length when folded shall be uniform.

The auditors share that the folds were the issue, but we suspect it is much more. New Hampshire voters should demand a forensic audit of the 2020 Election similar to the audit taking place in Maricopa County, Arizona, if they really want to get to the truth.

This audit was literally a joke, T-shirt and all.

Michigan Constitutional Attorney Matthew DePerno announced early Thursday morning that he is running for Michigan Attorney General.

Matthew DePerno, the attorney who took on the Antrim County voter fraud case for Bill Bailey, is running against wicked totalitarian Dana Nessel.

Nessel uses her role as Michigan Attorney General to punish and threaten the people and run roughshod over the state constitution.

This is an easy choice.

Matt released this statement early this morning.




Matthew is one of the brave individuals taking on voter fraud in the state of Michigan.

This is good news for those who want to bring justice and the rule of law back to Michigan.

Today the Arizona Senate held a hearing on the current audit of the Maricopa County results in the 2020 Election.

The presentation today in Maricopa covered the process of the current election audit in the County but it also identified the following items.



This was a lot but Jovan Pultizer promises this was just a very small part of what will eventually be provided in regards to the audit.

In something this big, where there’s over 2 million ballots and you have 1,500 people working on them, think of that as a big spread, big feast that everything has to be dived into. What you saw today of course will make you drop your jaw. All I can say right now is don’t think today was it because you only got served the apertief which is the smallest of all the appertisers. There’s more to come.
