Mike Lindell Loses Law Firm Representation After New Suit Against Election Machine Companies

The law firm Barnes & Thornburg LLP dropped Mike Lindell as a client after he filed a lawsuit against Dominion, Smartmatic, and affiliated voting technology companies.

Alec J. Beck, the attorney who worked for the firm and signed onto the lawsuit suddenly parted ways with the firm Friday.

Beck will still remain a part of Mike Lindell’s litigation team.

Alec J. Beck, the Minneapolis attorney who on Thursday signed election conspiracy theorist and MyPillow CEO Mike Lindell’s lawsuit against Dominion, Smartmatic, and affiliated voting technology companies, on Friday suddenly and summarily parted ways with his now-former law firm. But his co-counsel in the Lindell case tells Law&Crime that Beck will remain on as an integral part of the Lindell litigation team.

Beck until Friday worked as a partner for the law firm Barnes & Thornburg LLP, which employs more than 600 attorneys in 20 offices around the country.

“Late last night, firm management became aware of the filing of the complaint which was done without receiving firm authorization pursuant to internal firm approval procedures,” a Barnes & Thornburg spokesperson told Law&Crime in an email Friday afternoon. “The firm has withdrawn as local counsel in this matter and has ended the client relationship. The attorney representing the client in this matter is no longer with the firm.”

On June 3rd, Mike Lindell announced a lawsuit against Dominion, Smartmatic, and affiliated voting technology companies.

The suit accuses the companies of a “lawfare campaign” and says they are “weaponizing the judicial system and the litigation process to silence dissent.”

Mike Lindell also wants to recover damages from these companies.

According to Lindell, he is “entitled to recover his actual and special damages from Dominion and Smartmatic for their collective role in their conspiracy and enterprise to harm him — damages which presently are estimated to exceed $2 billion.”

Vernon Jones spoke to The Gateway Pundit about the notorious Consent Decree, which, if addressed, could have changed the entire Presidential election back in November.

Jones also spoke about his run for Governor of Georgia.

“Stacey Abrams won’t run against me because she can’t beat me. I have longer in government, and all she is good at is running her mouth,” Vernon Jones told this reporter regarding Abrams who declared the 2018 Governor’s race was stolen from her. “She is still saying that election was stolen from her.”

Because of that loss, Abrams, who lost by 50,000 votes, was able to force a “backroom” deal with the assistance of Perkins Coie partner Mark Elias to force the winner of the election, Governor Brian Kemp, into submitting to her authority over elections. The Judicial accepted the deal as a settlement between Abrams and Kemp, and it then changed the face of elections.

According to Jones, the deal was so secret that when he was sitting in the Georgia legislature as a Democrat, they did not know about the deal.

He is not letting go of the idea. Jones said, “I think people need to look over the document, not many people have seen it. It shows that Stacey’s Law is all about the signature verification, isn’t that strange? So people didn’t know if they should follow our laws or something totally made up to fit the needs of Stacey.”

Jones added, “The legislature did not know about that consent decree until after the election.”

“So Kemp was playing word games with the special sessions, saying he could not have a special session that would overturn the election, he could have had a special session to tell us about what I call Stacey’s Law- the consent decree and let us vote on it,” Jones said. “But Kemp didn’t even tell us about it, or give us a chance to vote on it. That is unconstitutional.”

“The Consent decree was unconstitutional because it changed election law and only the legislative branch can do that.”

“So I want Kemp to address that, and I think we need to have a hand audit,” Jones said about his recent call for an audit of ballots from the 2020 Presidential election. He claims that had that consent decree not been used, the state would have gone to President Donald J. Trump, and so would the country because it would have set a precedent for the other drop-off box validating issues.

I call it Stacey’s Law because it is all a figment of the far left she serves. Everything she does is to benefit them, not the Black Community, yet everyone is afraid of her power in the Black Community. That is why they use images of Jim Crow to get people to do what she wants,” Jones said.

Vernon Jones ended with this, “And I want to know why Stacey Abrams is doing things like making money off of Mike Bloomberg. Remember when Blacks didn’t like him because he threw brown and black people up against a wall with his policies? Why doesn’t anyone remember that now? She is doing things to please the White liberals. She took 5 Million dollars from Bloomberg, so if she wants to claim that Blacks can’t get afford to get a free ID, so they can vote, why doesn’t she use that 5 Million dollars and solve that problem?”

The UN and some US entities worked before and after the 2018 and 2020 elections and many of the same players in these efforts are now trying to derail or stop 2020 election audits in the US today.

Harri Hursti, Ph.D., computer scientist, and Elizabeth Howard, Cybersecurity and Elections Counsel of the radical, Soros-funded nonprofit, the Brennan Center for Justice in Manhattan, are both experts in election cybersecurity. In 2018 they were part of a UN initiative surrounding election cybersecurity and now they are part of efforts to derail or sabotage audits of the 2020 election, Howard in Maricopa County, Arizona, and Hursti in Windham, New Hampshire.
Yesterday we reported that Howard and Hursti briefed a roomful of U.N. election observers on November 3, 2018. That briefing took place in Washington, D.C. and it concerned election cybersecurity. Three days later, on Election Day, a team of 186 U.N. election observers was deployed all over America – we don’t know where – to observe our mid-term elections and to gather data for the U.N.



The U.N. committee Howard and Hursti spoke to in 2018 is chaired by Isabel Santos, who is the OSCE PA / ODIHR, which stands for the Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe Parliamentary Assembly / the Office for Democratic Institutions and Human Rights.
What we first uncovered is that the U.N. is actually allowed, via treaties, to come into our country and observe our elections! Thankfully, a state can elect to prohibit this type of international meddling and 18 of the more sensible ones have closed their borders to such international observations.

The U.N. has no business observing the inner workings of our states’ elections, especially given that we now know for a fact, through DNI John Ratcliffe’s January 2021 report, that there was foreign interference in our 2020 elections. The American public does not yet know exactly how many foreign nations were involved – and that statement should frighten you – nor how they became privy to any of our election and cybersecurity vulnerabilities.

It appears likely that two US entities assisted the U.N. in observing our elections, the National Association of Secretaries of State (NASS) and the National Association of State Election Directors (NASED), both 501(c)(3) tax-exempt, charitable nonprofits. The NASS and the NASED worked hand-in-glove with U.N. officials in both 2018 and in 2020 – during COVID-19 – when the U.N. team came back to observe our presidential elections.

These two nonprofits, one which includes secretaries of states and the lieutenant governors whose roles include election administration (NASS) and the other which includes states’ chief election officers (NASED), claim to represent 100% of America’s top election administrators. The funding for these groups is unknown, but they need money to participate in lobbying which falls outside of public oversight and scrutiny. Any governmental work or any work at all that these two nonprofits conduct could remain an absolute secret from the taxpayers who pay these public officials’ salaries. The public officials which NASS and NASED represent control the elections in all 50 states.

Since both NASS and NASED are very delinquent in filing their IRS tax Form 990s. The secretaries of state who usually oversee their state’s charity bureaus would be the government bodies to address any secretive activities that these two charitable nonprofits might be involved in.

Yet these two, powerful nonprofits – whose memberships have been working directly with a globalist, socialist-minded organization, the U.N., since 2005 – ushered in teams of international election observers into election precincts all over the United States in 2018 and 2020.

A UN mission to observe the 2018 U.S. elections having already been approved, the OSCE ODIHR team conducted a Needs Assessment Mission between May 21-25, 2018, meeting 27 entities, 14 of which were federal entities, and Congressional representatives or the RNC & DNC. One state board of elections, Maryland, was also on the list. The remainder were a tiny, handpicked list of U.S. nonprofits that reads like a who’s who list of radical, far-left, and even socialist groups. In addition to NASS and NASED and the National Conference of State Legislators (NCSL), yet another “trade group” for U.S. elected officials, these nonprofits included:

• The Brennan Center for Justice. They specifically met with Elizabeth Howard, Cybersecurity and Elections Counsel and Daniel I. Weiner, Senior Counsel, Democracy Program;
• The Center for Election Innovations and Research, which is one of the nonprofits the Amistad Project exposed as being one of the nonprofit bagmen for $ .5 billion in “Zuckerbucks” in 2020;

• The National Democratic Institute which is an associate organization of Socialist International and which has heavy backing from powerful unions;

• The Center for Democracy and Technology. The team met with Joseph Lorenzo Hall, Ph.D., Chief Technologist. Hall, a computer scientist, currently sits upon the advisory board of Verified Voting along with Harri Hursti, that is he did until Hursti’s name was wiped from that webpage just before or after his appointment to the Windham, New Hampshire audit team on May 3, 2021;

• Bipartisan Policy Center. A center-left think tank focused on left-leaning energy policy;

• The Sentencing Project. A social and racial justice group that works to overturn felony disenfranchisement laws;

• The International Foundation for Election Systems (IFES) [sic]. “As a global leader in democracy promotion, the International Foundation for Electoral Systems (IFES) engages with critical issues in democracy, governance, and elections around the world.” (A typo appears to have listed the IFES incorrectly, as the only other organization with a name in any way similar to this is the International Foundation for Electoral Systems.)

• Public Broadcasting Service. PBS was the only media outlet they met with.
The only Conservative organization listed was the Heritage Foundation!
This list of entities interviewed by the UN electoral mission represents undisputed bias towards one political ideology, the Democrats, socialists, and their far-left, radical, activist nonprofits.

It is, of course, notable that this U.N. committee specifically met with Elizabeth Howard, Esq., from the Brennan Center.
The Center for Election Innovations and Research (CEIR) is one of the groups identified by the Amistad Project of the Thomas More Society as being a part of a “dark money apparatus” and among the key nonprofits which distributed $ .5 billion in “Zuckerbucks” in 2020, in particular, to swing states (mentioned were MI, PA, and WI) and, in particular, to state and county election officials. Facebook’s Mark Zuckerberg and his wife Pricilla Chan donated an astounding $500,000,000 to this effort! The other 5 foundations listed only donated, each, between $1M – $4+M.
The Amistad Project’s December 16, 2020 press release stated:

This network pumped hundreds of millions of dollars into local election systems using the COVID crisis as a pretense. Our report proves that in reality it was nothing more than a naked attempt to purchase an election. … This report paints a clear picture of a cabal of billionaires and activists using their wealth to subvert, control, and fundamentally alter the electoral system itself.

The OSCE IDIHR was invited back to the United States in 2020 to observe our presidential elections: “[f]ollowing the 4 March invitation from the U.S. Government to observe the 3 November 2020 general elections.” Meetings were conducted remotely.

The ODIHR LEOM, led by Ambassador Urszula Gacek, consisted of a 15-member core team based in Washington D.C. and 30 long-term observers, who observed in 32 states and the District of Columbia. The LEOM remained in the United States until 15 November in order to follow post-election developments.

The COVID-19 pandemic had shut down the world as of March, and it had stopped commerce, stopped international travel, for the most part, and sent shock waves throughout every single country on the planet. Yet, on March 4, 2020, somebody from within the United States wanted this U.S. election observation by the U.N. to continue!

The U.N.’s 2020 Limited Election Observation Mission (LEOM) was not canceled, it continued its work, unabated. For the 2020 Needs Assessment Mission between May 29 – June 5, 2020, the OSCE ODIHR again met with 27 groups and, again, 14 were federal entities, Congressional representatives from the RNC & DNC, and one state election board (Illinois). They again met with NASS, NASED, and NCSL. Included, again, were the Brennan Center, CEIR, The Sentencing Project, the International Foundation for Election Systems [sic], the National Democratic Institute, and the Heritage Foundation. New were:
• International Republican Institute (IRI), “Advancing democracy worldwide.” “IRI consults with politicians on how to respond to constituents swiftly and effectively, and create sustainable solutions to pressing issues. We train citizens in the democratic system so they can proactively get involved in their government.”

The IRI’s board chair for 25 years, Arizona Senator John McCain stepped down in 2018. The new board chair is Alaska Senator Dan Sullivan.

• The Carter Center. “Waging Peace. Fighting Disease. Building Hope. “The Carter Center is guided by the principles of our Founders, Jimmy and Rosalynn Carter. Founded, in partnership with Emory University, on a fundamental commitment to human rights and the alleviation of human suffering, the Center seeks to prevent and resolve conflicts, enhance freedom and democracy, and improve health … The Carter Center is recognized as a pioneer and leader in the field of election observation. It has monitored 113 elections in 39 countries, helping to ensure democratic elections that reflect the will of the people.”
The Carter Center was among the group of nonprofits that sent four threatening letters attacking the Arizona Senate’s forensic audit. Two of those, sent to Arizona Senate President Karen Fann, were signed by the Carter Center, on April 13 and April 22, 2021.
The UN’s LEOM team report stunningly reveals the addition of one more group – Facebook.

Directly underneath CEIR, one of the nonprofit bagmen for the delivery of that $ .5+ billion in Zuckerbucks in 2020, newly-added to the OSCE ODIHR’s Needs Assessment Mission interview list for the election year 2020, the presidential election year, the year COVID-19 stopped the world, the year the Democrats and Perkins Coie’s Marc Elias made a hard push to install absentee voting everywhere as fast as they could, the year Facebook’s Mark Zuckerberg and his wife and Zuckerberg’s big tech billionaire colleagues all dumped more than $ 0.5 billion into our election systems and privatized the 2020 election – especially in those swing states – and the year the election was stolen from President Donald Trump, what is this new group the U.N. team met within May, 2020?

This wasn’t just any old Facebook top-level manager, this was Facebook’s Head of Global Civic Partnerships.
Sometime between May 29 – June 5, 2020, when the world was on COVID-19 lockdown, no one could travel, our elderly were dying, all alone, frightened, and under quarantine, inside nursing homes, particularly so in four Democratic-run states, New York, New Jersey, Michigan and Pennsylvania – and while a crisis gripped the world, a special team of international U.N. OSCE PA / ODIHR election “observers” met with Facebook’s Head of Global Civic Partnerships, Crystal Patterson.

Just what type of a global civic partnership did they all talk about?
There is one last shocking nonprofit meeting that needs highlighting.
Back in 2018, this U.N. team met with the International Foundation for Election Systems (IFES). That nonprofit’s name appears to have been a typo for a diligent search revealed that the only other nonprofit this could be is the International Foundation for Electoral Systems (IFES). This was confirmed by going to the IFES’s website and finding the staff member’s name listed in the U.N. document: Beata Martin-Rozumilowicz, Regional Director, Europe and Asia.
Richard Soudriette was the IFES founding president for 19 years. He stepped down in 2007.

He is a founding member and advisor of the Association of European Election Officials (ACEEEO) – formerly the Association of Central and Eastern European Election Officials – in 1991.
The ACEEEO is the European equivalent to the American National Association of Secretaries of State (NASS) and the National Association of State Election Directors (NASED).
This man knows his way around election administration and election infrastructure and the public officials who control elections and who oversee the vote count.
Richard W. Soudriette is also the chairman of the SGO Smartmatic International Elections Advisory Council.

According to groundbreaking research done by the team at opslens.com, in their November 26, 2020 article, Did Donald Trump Catch Dominion and Smartmatic US Election Racketeering? by CD media:

Through Richard Soudriette, Smartmatic looks like it was attempting to get US secretaries of state to certify whatever results came in 5 months before the election happened.
This same Kay Stimson [whom] Congress said was stonewalling, overcharging state governments, and lying to Congress can be found at the National Association of Secretaries of State. Dominion Voting Systems is too entrenched not to influence state-level election policy and outcomes along with Smartmatic’s Business Development Manager, Denis Bechac.

According to her bio, Stimson is the Chair of the U.S. Department of Homeland Security’s Election Infrastructure Sector Coordinating Council for election industry providers. She represented both the U.S. Election Assistance Commission and the National Association of Secretaries of State (NASS) in media and government relations positions.

When you consider all of this as well as her being listed as the Director of Communications for the NASS, it’s no wonder Dominion and Smartmatic don’t take election fraud investigations too seriously.

Looking into company ties to all the states is probably why state officials need to be investigated along with Dominion Voting Systems.

It does appear that the IFES’s name, as stated in the U.N. committee’s 2018 list of U.S. groups it met with – the International Foundation for Election Systems (IFES) – was not just a typo. Its correct name is the International Foundation for Electoral Systems (IFES).

This was, it does appear, to have been a deliberate attempt to obscure this group’s real name and to throw off the public from finding out who it really is and who its connections are. This is actually an old and well-worn technique of crooked and corrupt nonprofits which wish to evade detection – and hide their criminality – by purposefully adding an extra word, using an unusual abbreviation, or adding a space to their corporate name or to board member’s names.
This is an indicator that this particular nonprofit has something to hide.
Why would a nonprofit with extremely close ties to Richard Soudriette – he was the IFES founder – who is also the chairman SGO Smartmatic International Elections Advisory Council – want to hide itself in a 2018 list of U.S. meetings with the U.N.’s OSCE ODIHR?
We now know that the observers to the 2018 and 2020 U.S. elections, our mid-term, and our presidential elections, met with, among others:

• Elizabeth Howard, Cybersecurity and Elections Counsel with the radical Brennan Center
• The Center for Election Innovations and Research, which is one of the nonprofits the Amistad Project exposed as being one of the nonprofit bagmen for $ .5 billion in “Zuckerbucks” in 2020

Add to this list the, as yet unknown, leadership of NASS and NASED – especially in 2018 and 2020 – who brought together these actors – under cover of a U.N. “mission” to observe our elections in 2018 and 2020.
Could detailed information about the vulnerabilities in our elections – our election cybersecurity vulnerabilities – in all 50 states, have actually been gathered by unknown agents who were a part of these 2018 and 2020 U.N. OSCE PA / ODIHR Limited Election Observation Missions?
Is it possible that this U.N. mission actually – knowingly or unknowingly, we cannot determine – assisted foreign entities in attacking our elections through cybersecurity vulnerabilities uncovered through direct observation of our election systems in 2018!

Why were these particular nonprofits brought together in 2018 and 2020 to meet with these election observation missions sponsored by the U.N.’s OSCE ODIHR?
What role did NASS and NASED leadership and members play in regards to these two U.N. OSCE ODIHR missions, in 2018 and 2020?
Who, from within the United States formally requested, on March 4, 2020, as COVID-19 raged, that the U.N. OSCE ODIHR team come back to observe the 2020 presidential elections?
Did these U.N. / NASS / NASED nonprofit meetings have purposes other than those publicly stated?

Did the two U.N. OSCE ODIHR missions, in 2018 and 2020, have purposes other than those publicly stated?
There are numerous questions surrounding these entities and their activities but what we do know is that they met before and after the 2018 and 2020 elections and their members are now doing all they can to stop or derail any audits of elections going on in the US today.

Zuckerberg’s $45M for Georgia elections boosted Dem turnout, watchdog report says

The election outcomes in one of the most pivotal states in November—and again in a January runoff—may have been significantly affected by a total of $45 million from Facebook founder Mark Zuckerberg and wife Priscilla Chan, according to a government watchdog that has tracked the money used to finance election administration across the country.

Zuckerberg and Chan gave $350 million to the Center for Tech and Civic Life, which distributed the grants to 48 states and Washington, D.C. for election administration in the lead up to November 2020. Of that, $31 million went to Georgia for the general election, where Joe Biden narrowly carried Georgia’s 16 electoral votes beating Donald Trump by fewer than 12,000 votes. The center also gave $14.5 million to Georgia counties for the January runoff election where Democrats won two special elections, flipping the U.S. Senate majority to Democrats.

The Foundation for Government Accountability contends the grant money in Georgia and across the country was heavily weighted toward Democratic-leaning counties. While billed as election safety grants during the COVID-19 pandemic, only a small portion in any of the states the foundation examined was used for personal protective equipment.

The CTCL gave about four times more in the Zuckerberg-financed grants to blue counties in Georgia as it gave to red counties, according to the FGA analysis.

For the 2020 election, the Center for Tech and Civic Life gave about $29 million in grants to Georgia counties that Biden won, with a rate of $7.13 per registered voter. By contrast, the center gave $2.3 million in grants—averaging $1.91 per registered voter—to counties that Trump won. The counties getting the most in the lead up to the presidential election were Fulton, Cobb and Dekalb.

"The Zuckerberg funding is an unprecedented example of using government employees and government resources to put your finger on the scale, to affect the election outcome," Tarren Bragdon, CEO of the Foundation for Government Accountability, told Fox News. "It would be like giving private money to police departments to have officers do more stop and frisk in certain neighborhoods compared to other neighborhoods. It would be like giving money to the tax department to do increased audits in certain zip codes or neighborhoods versus other neighborhoods."

About half of the counties that Biden carried received Zuckerberg money, while just 20 percent of counties Trump carried received any. The CTCL gave more than $1 million to only six counties in the lead up to 2020—all of which Democratic candidate Hillary Clinton carried in 2016. While the share of the Democratic vote increased in most Georgia counties from 2016 to 2020 by about one percentage point, counties that didn’t get Zuckerberg-funded grants "barely budged at all," according to the FGA analysis.

The Center for Tech and Civic Life did not respond for to inquiries for comment, but has previously defended the grants to Fox News.

"Last year, with generous private funding, CTCL announced the COVID-19 Response grant program," the organization told Fox News in a statement in April. "All local election offices responsible for administering election activities covered by the CTCL COVID-19 Response grant program were eligible to apply for grant funds. … Over half of all grants nationwide went to election departments that serve fewer than 25,000 registered voters."

It’s important to look at the numbers and the facts, countered Bragdon.

"They will talk about most of the counties that got money had fewer than 25,000 people or that X percent of counties were Republican counties," Bragdon said. "But the key here is to follow the money. And the money went disproportionately to Democratic counties. In Georgia, more than 90 percent of the money went to those Democrat counties. And you could see from the spending per registered voter that it was not proportionate at all."

Although the justification for the grants was safety for voters and election workers during the COVID-19 pandemic, the watchdog group’s analysis says some counties didn’t spend any money on personal protective equipment. While Fulton, Cobb and Dekalb spent on average 1.3 percent of the Zuckerberg-funded grants on PPE, the bulk of the money was spent on mail-in voting, according to the report.

"This had nothing to do with COVID and had everything to do with using government resources and government employees to play politics," Bragdon added.

The $14.5 million in grants for the special Senate election was similarly spent, in which more than 60 percent of the Zuckerberg-funded grants went to heavily Democratic Fulton and Dekalb counties.

Seven states—Arizona, Arkansas, Florida, Georgia, Idaho, Kansas and Tennessee—have enacted laws to prevent private dollars from funding election administration.

With regards to states restricting election jurisdictions from accepting private dollars, the CTCL Executive Director Tiana Epps-Johnson, said private money is regularly used to supplement local government shortfalls such as libraries.

It’s getting hot in Georgia! One of the individuals caught on tape late on election night in Fulton County, Georgia, Wandrea Shaye Moss, has been subpoenaed for a deposition in a civil trial in Fulton County.

Who can forget Ruby, Ralph, and Ruby’s daughter Wandrea Shaye?

After removing everyone from the State Farm Arena on 2020 Election night and sending them home, these three individuals and a couple of others pulled out ballots hidden under the table and began jamming them into the vote tabulation machines. The election workers were filmed shoving stacks of ballots through the machines two and three times each.

In early December The Gateway Pundit was first to identify the culprits. Ruby Freeman and her daughter Wandrea were two of the individuals who pulled the hidden ballots out from under the table on Election night:



The Gateway Pundit also discovered that these piles of ballots were run through the tabulators multiple times.


We asked in December why the FBI had not spoken with the culprits and arrested them for election-related crimes.


President Trump knew about this and called out crooked Georgia Secretary of State Raffensperger on it, but as we all know Raffensperger did nothing.



But now they are in the news again. Daughter Shaye was subpoenaed in a civil case in Georgia.

This was reported late last night.

America First Has Taken Over the GOP in Arizona – Those Not on the Train Are Being Replaced or Are Resigning

Because of President Trump’s America First agenda, his supporters are remaking the Republican party a little bit at a time with the help of author Dan Schultz, who instructs people how to become neighborhood team leaders or Precinct Committeemen.

This week was an interesting development in Legislative District 15 in Arizona, where there were so many ‘American Firsters’ who have recently joined the AZGOP who are fans of Schultz’s book, that they have run for office and driven some old-timers out, creating an ‘America First’ voting majority in the Republican party there.

Here is the resignation letter from the old-timers, who, according to their letter, do not like the idea of the new ‘America First’ Committeemen:

An eyewitness, who supplied the letter to Schultz told him that the people who took over were fans of the Committeeman Project Strategy and that ” on Tuesday night the RINO officers resigned en masse, and said they don’t like the new people.”

Arizona Has 2X the Undocumented “Federal Only Voters” than Biden Won By

Arizona is one of just two states in the United States that requires proof of citizenship when registering to vote. The loophole, the Federal Only ballot, which voters may use instead, does not require this documentation. Instead, voters are limited to federal races.

On Saturday night Arizona State Senator Kelly Townsend shared the following message to her Telegram page:



“AZ still has over 21k “Federal Only voters” who cannot prove they are a citizen or that they even exist. They are not in the MVD system and all they need is a bank statement (easily doctored) to get a ballot. This will need to be addressed at the Federal level, and I have been working to make this more known for some time. This is the next thing that needs an audit, and voter intimidation is a flimsy excuse not to do it.”

These Federal Only voters may not vote in state or local elections but may cast a ballot for federal races including the 2020 Presidential Election.

President Trump “lost” Arizona by 10,457 votes in 2020. There are more “Federal Only voters” than this in Maricopa County alone.

By law, noncitizens may not vote in federal elections, such as U.S. House, U.S. Senate, and presidential elections.

Only two states require this documentation to vote in local and state races.

Ten municipalities across the country even allowed non-citizens to vote in local elections as of March 2020. Nine were located in Maryland. The other was San Francisco, California.

Nobody should be voting in any race without proof of US citizenship.

It makes you wonder why Joe Biden is shipping illegal immigrants into our communities, on our tax dollars, and giving them exclusive hotels to stay in across the country.

ARIZONA AUDIT: Third Shift Counts Ballots ALL NIGHT As The Hand Count Begins To Wind Down — Latest Numbers

On Saturday night, The Arizona Audit continued to wind down. They will soon not need the 8 PM to 1 AM counting shift.

There are now only 7 untouched pallets of boxes remaining.

The floor is starting to add more forensic tables after they removed 12 counting tables because they are so close to completion.

On Friday, The Gateway Pundit reported that the Audit had reached 67% of ballots counted.

At the time, they had 10 untouched pallets on the floor. Now there are seven pallets remaining.


Senate liason Ken Bennett told The Gateway Pundit, “Most pallets have 40 boxes on a pallet, some have 32, but most of them have 40 boxes and it varies but usually, a box has between 1200 and 1300 ballots in each box so a pallet usually has between 40,000 and 50,000 – ballots on a pallet.” This was in his interview on Wednesday, when 14 pallets were remaining.



This is HUGE News!

Now it appears that they are blowing through nearly 2 pallets per day. With this pace, we can expect the hand counting process to be finished this week!

With the increase in forensic tables, we should see this audit completed in its entirety very soon.

More states need to follow the lead of State Senator Doug Mastriano, State Senator Cris Dush, and State Rep. Rob Kauffman and come see and witness this process before it’s too late!

President Trump blasted Democrats for their massive corruption schemes during the 2020 election. Trump called the 2020 presidential election a “disgrace to our country” and the “most corrupt election” in US history.

President Trump also spelled out several things like ballot drop boxes and dirty voter rolls that must be cleaned up if America is to remain a respected nation.

Trump was right, of course. It is just a shame that not enough Republicans have the guts to join him.

The 45th president also praised Arizona for its ongoing forensic audit.

Trump was in peak form. There is simply no one like him.

Gov. Brian Kemp (R) was booed at the Georgia GOP convention, where a resolution was passed to censure Georgia Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger for ignoring former President Trump's pressure to overturn the state's 2020 election results.

Why it matters: The action shows the grip Trump has on the Republican Party in the state.

• It reflects a similar pattern nationally, with several U.S. lawmakers who voted to impeach the former president for the deadly Jan. 6 insurrection censured by state GOPs.

Details: Raffensperger was censured for a "dereliction of his constitutional duty" over the presidential election, according to the resolution obtained by the Atlanta Journal-Constitution.

The big picture: Trump has continued to attack Republicans who did not back his false claims about the presidential election. These include Kemp and Raffensperger, who are both up for re-election in 2022.

More readable than the typical lawsuit and interspersed with quotes from dystopian literature such as George Orwell’s “1984” and E.M. Forster’s “The Machine Stops,” Michael J. Lindell v. U.S. Dominion, Inc., et al. claims that defendants U.S. Dominion, Inc., Dominion Voting Systems, Inc., Dominion Voting Systems Corporation, Smartmatic USA Corp., Smartmatic International Holding B.V., and SGO Corporation Limited, have weaponized the litigation process.

As Plaintiff in the suit, Mike Lindell takes the position through this document that the Defendants’ actions are intimidation that suppresses evidence, silences political dissent, and violates his First Amendment rights by threatening suit and Cease and Desist to anyone who would speak of potential evidence that their voting machines were manipulated to affect outcomes of the November General election.

The Lindell case has 17 evidentiary exhibits provided to support the allegations of wrongdoing made by plaintiff Lindell. UncoverDC previously reported, former Overstock CEO Patrick Byrne had obtained and released the primary Complaint from the lawsuit and had pointed to “Exhibit 12” as a “MOAB.”

Exhibit 12 includes data alleged to be a summary of forensically recorded evidence that proves foreign interference into the 2020 General Election through electronic voting machines. The tables show IP addresses, the number of votes switched, and the country of origin in each breach incident. Byrne stated on Telegram, “I vouch for that data.” He also linked to a video on Patrick Byrne Community (locals.com) with the statement, “It’s like having the DNA of the murderer at the crime scene.”



As Byrne describes in Friday’s Dark to Light Podcast, Exhibit 12 shows a grand total of 555,864 votes alleged switched through manipulation of the voting machines. 202,657 in Michigan; 188,078 in Pennsylvania; 70,524 in Wisconsin; 47,372 in Arizona; and 47,233 in Georgia.



The exhibit goes on to show a table of incidents that were captured by an anonymous hacker who is featured in Mike Lindell’s recently released informational video Absolutely 9-0. Each incident is listed by Date, Time, IP Address, Country of Origin, County and State targeted, intrusion type, and how many votes were switched. An abridged version of the table is below:



According to this chart, the top 5 largest breaches listed appear as having originated in China, which targeted Michigan, Arizona, Pennsylvania, Wisconsin, and Georgia. South Korea, Ukraine, India, Iran, Brazil, Germany, and the United Kingdom are also listed as having switched votes, all in Michigan.

Claims that Dominion machines are vulnerable to a variety of vote manipulation attacks are not novel to this case. Johns Hopkins Information Security Institute and Princeton Center for Information Technology Policy have both produced reports that are also used as exhibits in Lindell’s trial.

Joshua Merritt is a hacking expert who contributed to the Allied Security Operations Group Forensic Report used in Bailey v. Antrim County in Michigan. The report concluded that “the Dominion Voting System is intentionally and purposefully designed with inherent errors to create systemic fraud and influence election results.” He appears with host David K. To Verify 2020 Election, NC House GOP Request to Inspect Voting Machines

More than six months after the contentious 2020 election, some Republican lawmakers in North Carolina are asking questions about the state’s process for counting votes.

The state General Assembly legislators want a closer look at how the process works, including a review of what took place last November, according to the Gateway Pundit.

Republican state Rep. Jeff McNeely framed the inquiry as one in which legislators wanted to sift truth from fiction.

“We are just trying to see if there are any legs to the rumors we hear about ballots and machines, we want to know if there is anything that could have been changed by the machines, we gave them a deadline to get back to us,” he said.

“I believe the information in what we call the ‘hand to eye audits’ needs to be public, and we need to make sure those tallies match what the machines came up with, currently they are not public and they should be.”

McNeely, a member of the North Carolina House Freedom Caucus, said there are concerns about some counties.

“We know that Mark Zuckerberg gave five-six million dollars to counties in North Carolina, but we don’t have an accounting on that. We are working on a bill that would make it law to evenly distribute that money to our 100 counties. But as it is now, we do not know where that money went or what it went for,” McNeely said.

He added that getting elections right is a challenge for some counties.

“We always have the same counties who just can’t seem to get it together for elections. We have to make our elections bulletproof,” he said.

“I want penalties for cheating to go up to a Class H if not higher. We want to deter cheating. The problem, we can only take so big of the bite at this apple, so this is a shot across the bow and we need to clean the house.”

Republican state Rep. Keith Kidwell said when Republicans met with the state’s Board of Elections, “We put the hard question to these guys about what is going on with the machines. We asked the SBOE to give us access to the three machines, and what kinds of modems they have. We want our own technicians to examine and they are going to get back to us.”

The North Carolina House Freedom Caucus issued a statement about its exploratory activities.

“The 2020 election results were reviewed, as well as the different voting machines and their internal parts. Specifically, questions about modems and the ability for the machines to be accessed by the internet were discussed,” the statement said.

“The House Freedom Caucus asked that more information be provided on NCSBOE’s website, specifically regarding county internal audits, page history, and footnotes for when revisions are made,” the statement said.

The focus on voting machines came as North Carolina Republicans announced that the party would form an election integrity committee to ensure future elections are fair and accurate, according to The News-Observer.

This is the president’s chief of staff. We have the president’s former national security adviser, Mike Flynn, openly opining but why we can’t have a coup like in Myanmar. We have the president and his supporters saying he will be reinstated in August, which is nonsense.”

“These are leaders, former leaders of the country that were engaged in this kind of conduct,” he continued. “And with respect to Meadows, it’s, again, another assault on the independence of the Justice Department. They shouldn’t be having those contacts about any subject that implicates the president. But the fact that he was doing it to try to overturn a U.S. election shows what an anti-democratic party the Republican Party has become, anti-democratic, anti-truth. They have essentially forsaken one of the most important norms there is, the peaceful transfer of power.”

Although there are democratic elements to our system of government, we are not a democracy.

Our government is structured for power to be fractured into branches and separate levels - into a federal composite system, so as not to concentrate power. Soros backed Maricopa County Sheriff Paul Penzone begged the Arizona Senate to end their audit of the 2020 Election in Maricopa County. Now it looks like he will soon be charged with contempt in a different case where he has delayed providing data to the court.
We’ve recently reported on the Sheriff of Maricopa County who was backed by George Soros in the 2016 election. Sheriff Paul Penzone was with the Maricopa Board of Supervisors when they begged the Arizona Senate to stop the audit they were in the process of executing in the County.


Then at one point during the audit, it was uncovered that the Maricopa Board of Supervisors refused to provide information requested for review. This was unheard of in any audit. The Board claimed that providing router data posed a threat to the Sheriff’s office. The router information would have shown where items were sent and at what time and the size of the transfer of information.

Now in a different case Penzone is likely facing contept charges for committing similar inactions. A federal judge signalled on Thursday that he will find Sheriff Paul Penzone in contempt for taking too long to investigate charges of misconduct among officers.


In a pointed rebuke after the U.S. Department of Justice asked U.S. District Judge G. Murray Snow in March to order a contempt hearing, Snow said Penzone’s department is “clearly” out of compliance with his 2016 court order to overhaul the investigation process.

“Even if I believe everything in the brief is true, which I don’t, I would still find the sheriff in contempt,” Snow told the attorneys early in the hearing, referring to Penzone’s response to the Justice Department’s request for an order to show cause.

The Justice Department and the sheriff’s lawyers should focus on negotiating remedies, not the moot merits of a potential contempt case, Snow said.

As Trump and his supporters gear up for election transparency in PA, it is useful to revisit Revolver’s ground-breaking statistical work suggesting foul play in the Keystone State.

Revolver’s first major investigation into PA voter fraud looked at a highly unusual ballot dump that occurred in the middle of the night between Wednesday November 4, 2020 and Thursday November 5, 2020:

In particular, we examine a highly anomalous update to mail vote totals in the NYT/Edison data which enormously benefited Biden, and which looks suspicious on a number of dimensions.

At a high level, our results are suggestive of a new and highly suspicious batch of mail ballots being added to the count sometime between Wednesday early morning and Thursday morning. These ballots are drawn from an implausible distribution that enormously favored Biden and simultaneously harmed Trump (the latter being done in addition by allocating more votes to Jorgensen). Said mail ballots end up being extremely different both from the mail ballots that came before (as measured in NYT data), and the mail ballots that came afterwards (as measured in the county’s own data). The key points investigated in the article are as follows:

On Thursday November 5th at 9:09am a large batch of 90,022 mail/absentee votes get added that has over 95% support for Biden, but total votes to go up by only 9,534, implying that in-person votes actually went down by 80,488. On its own, this is a very strange irregularity, as ballots cannot disappear, and in-person ballots cannot become mail ballots. Something is wrong in the reported data, the only question is what.
⦁ The new batch of 90,022 mail ballots looks nothing like existing mail ballots. If the update is a data error, it must be a complicated error along multiple dimensions and is unlikely to be a simple typo. The new batch is improbable on four separate dimensions:
⦁ It has a level of support for Biden (over 95%) that is statistically impossible to have come from the same distribution of mail ballots counted up to that point (74.9% for Biden)
⦁ Every comparison of pairs of candidates shows improbable changes. This is important, as it helps rule out the possibility that a single typo in the data drives the pattern.
⦁ Irrespective of the old distribution, the new batch is extremely unlikely on its own terms, as it has a ratio of support for Jorgenson relative to Trump (20%) that is higher than virtually every county in America. The last fact is consistent with aiming to get Biden’s vote share “high but not impossibly high” while simultaneously trying to not give any more votes to Trump than absolutely necessary.
⦁ The distribution of the ballots being removed from the in-person counts is even more implausible (98.1% Biden), making it difficult to explain the overall vote update as being due to genuine mail ballots having been previously incorrectly classified as in-person.[Revolver News]

By 5:43am Wednesday morning after election night, Trump is ahead by 618,840 votes, with counting still proceeding. So far, Montgomery County, PA had reported 148,100 mail votes (running 24.4% Trump, and 74.9% Biden) and 388,018 votes total (running 40.8% Trump, 58.2% Biden) (Raw data, Fact 6). Montgomery County has the third highest expected number of votes of all counties in Pennsylvania (Raw data), so they’re one of the few places in a position to be large enough to possibly affect the outcome via fraud. Pennsylvania was always going to be close, and so the fraud perpetrators wanted to keep as many uncounted ballots as possible in reserve, so that if needed they could produce fraudulent ballots and run up the statewide total for Biden. But crucially, the perpetrator didn’t know in advance exactly just how many ballots would be needed to win the election. So they kept a fair amount back, holding 23% of precincts still in reserve. (Raw data) The amount of mail ballots they had counted by Wednesday morning relative to Edison forecasts is relatively low in the data.

On Tuesday night, the county had held a press conference pre-announcing an approximate number of absentee ballots they’d already collected, but somehow not counted. Some people wondered if it might look weird for a county to hold a press conference on election night rather than just count the votes, but ostentatious displays of transparency make great cover, even if just by unrelated groups taking advantage of them.

Over the course of Wednesday, counting goes on. But for some reason, and this possibility is somewhat open to interpretation, somebody screws up and enters each new update into the “in-person category.” It’s hard to know quite why this happens, but you can imagine different variations at this point. In one, it’s just a pure screw-up – someone doesn’t know how the scheme works, and enters the wrong vote type in a database, then has to correct it later. In a different variant, it could be pre-planned – a great cover story if you need to make extra changes on Wednesday night is “these obvious mail ballots, which were pre-announced, have to be changed to the correct category.” In any case, there isn’t a single update made to mail-in ballots over the day on Wednesday (Raw data).

Finally, Revolver’s statistical team approached the PA voter fraud situation from a separate and entirely novel angle — by looking at birthday distributions of registered voters:

We construct a new metric of potential voter fraud using suspicious distributions of birthdays in Pennsylvania voter registration data. The basic idea is that people picking fake birthdays will make predictable non-random choices, like picking round numbers for days of the month, and not knowing what true birth month distributions look like.
Under this metric, a number of counties in Pennsylvania have extremely unlikely distributions of voter birthdays. Seven counties representing almost 1.4 million votes total (Northumberland, Delaware, Montgomery, Lawrence, Dauphin, LeHigh, and Luzerne) have suspicious birthdays above the 99.5th percentile of plausible distributions, even when using conservative assumptions about what these distributions should look like.

These suspicious birthdays also matter significantly for election outcomes. While there are suspicious counties that vote Republican overall, in general more suspicious birthdays in a county are strongly associated with a larger Biden vote share, and a higher Biden vote share relative to all Democrat presidential candidates since 2000.

Finally, we quantify the magnitude of how this potential fraud may have impacted the election. Even a small reduction in the amount of suspicious birthdays (to the 98th percentile of the conservative distribution) would be predicted to have resulted in Trump winning the state by 71,500 votes. This suggests that whatever is driving the anomalous patterns in birthdays is sufficiently important to affect the statewide election result.[Revolver News]

More than six months after the contentious 2020 election, some Republican lawmakers in North Carolina are asking questions about the state’s process for counting votes.

The state General Assembly legislators want a closer look at how the process works, including a review of what took place last November, according to the Gateway Pundit.

Republican state Rep. Jeff McNeely framed the inquiry as one in which legislators wanted to sift truth from fiction.

“We are just trying to see if there are any legs to the rumors we hear about ballots and machines, we want to know if there is anything that could have been changed by the machines, we gave them a deadline to get back to us,” he said.

“I believe the information in what we call the ‘hand to eye audits’ needs to be public, and we need to make sure those tallies match what the machines came up with, currently they are not public and they should be.”

McNeely, a member of the North Carolina House Freedom Caucus, said there are concerns about some counties.

“We know that Mark Zuckerberg gave five-six million dollars to counties in North Carolina, but we don’t have an accounting on that. We are working on a bill that would make it law to evenly distribute that money to our 100 counties. But as it is now, we do not know where that money went or what it went for,” McNeely said.

He added that getting elections right is a challenge for some counties.

“We always have the same counties who just can’t seem to get it together for elections. We have to make our elections bulletproof,” he said.

“I want penalties for cheating to go up to a Class H if not higher. We want to deter cheating. The problem, we can only take so big of the bite at this apple, so this is a shot across the bow and we need to clean the house.”

Republican state Rep. Keith Kidwell said when Republicans met with the state’s Board of Elections, “We put the hard question to these guys about what is going on with the machines. We asked the SBOE to give us access to the three machines, and what kinds of modems they have. We want our own technicians to examine and they are going to get back to us.”

The North Carolina House Freedom Caucus issued a statement about its exploratory activities.

“The 2020 election results were reviewed, as well as the different voting machines and their internal parts. Specifically, questions about modems and the ability for the machines to be accessed by the internet were discussed,” the statement said.

The focus on voting machines came as North Carolina Republicans announced that the party would form an election integrity committee to ensure future elections are fair and accurate, according to The News-Observer.

On Monday morning, reporter Christina Bobb told OAN that a HANDFUL of states may be coming out to Arizona for a tour of the first full forensic audit in history.

The Gateway Pundit reported last week that a Pennsylvania delegation of State Senator Doug Mastriano, State Senator Cris Dush, and State Rep. Rob Kauffman went into the Veterans Memorial Coliseum for an on the scene tour.

Sen. Doug Mastriano shared his thoughts with The Gateway Pundit on this remarkable process.


Christina Bobb added that a team from Georgia is coming into the Veterans Memorial Coliseum Tuesday morning for a tour of the process.

She did not specify who will be sent, but TGP’s Jordan Conradson will be on the scene tomorrow.

Christina also said, “I expect to see more than Georgia out here this week.”

As forensic tables start to cover the floor in replacement of counting tables, and the audit comes to completion, states must be in a rush to observe the process in order to replicate it at home.

The number of untouched pallets is still at seven but they will start one, maybe even two more pallets today.

We can expect to see a hand-count result this week or the next, and we can expect a forensics result by the end of the month.

This is EPIC. The historic Arizona audit is coming to an end very soon. States across the Union want to replicate this process exactly because it is the gold standard for election integrity.

During their conversation, Kerik said there are over 17,000 “missing” ballots in Fulton County alone.

Bernard Kerik: You have a number of investigations in Georgia and one primary in Fulton County, Steve, that I predict that over the next three or four weeks is going to be explosive. He had 174 missing batches in the Fulton County count. 174! That’s 17,400 ballots that were missing and they knew about it.

SCOTT PRESLER: Voters Want The TRUTH – PA Senator Corman, “Listen to Your Constituents!” (VIDEO)

On Sunday afternoon, patriots in Arizona, led by Scott Presler and Arizona’s EZAZ.org teamed up for activism training, followed by a community clean-up.

Scott Presler is a conservative activist who spent two years of his life working to defeat Hillary Clinton. He was then laser-focused on re-electing President Trump. On Sunday he partnered with EZAZ for a conservative activism training where he spoke about registering voters, how to run for office, and how to WIN.

After the training, Scott and a group of volunteers cleaned trash in a local South Phoenix community, another Democrat-run district in need of a clean-up. These patriots worked hard in the 106° heat.

Presler: I’m watching and I’m definitely looking at the updates and I even had the opportunity to meet with Senator Fann and kind of hear some inside information that I was told to keep off the record so I respect that. This isn’t that we’re trying to necessarily and find something but the voters deserve to know the truth and that’s the whole reason behind the audit, so it’s not that we’re trying to find fraud or disprove fraud but we simply just want to show voters that we’re fighting for them and fix the issues.

Presler: I would say, Senator, listen to your constituents. I’m sure he’s getting phone calls, I’m certain he’s getting emails in support of the audit and more so in affirmation of doing the audit than in opposition against the audit. If we’re a true representative constitutional republic, then he needs to represent the very people that elected him into office and so I would simply say listen to the voters.

Republicans are celebrating after Javier Villalobos won the mayor’s race in McAllen, Texas.
McAllen is a major border town of 140,000 and 85% Hispanic.

Recall, Hidalgo County went to Joe Biden by 17 points in the 2020 election.

Javier Villalobos defeated Veronica Whitacre in the June 5 runoff election to win the position as McAllen mayor.

Villalobos won the election with 4,744 votes to Whitacre’s 4,538 votes. Villalobos won with 51.11 percent of the election total.

If we are going to investigate the events of January 6, 2021, we should start with the killing of Ashli Babbitt.

Babbitt was shot by an unidentified law enforcement officer as she was crouched precariously in the framework of a broken interior window in the Capitol Building, located outside the Speaker’s Lobby off the House Floor. Babbitt was killed by the only shot fired that day and was the only documented fatality related directly to law enforcement activity. The identity of the officer who shot Babbitt remains a mystery.

Despite video evidence raising serious questions of excessive force, a Justice Department investigation determined there was insufficient evidence to bring charges against the officer who fired the fatal shot.

The DOJ, employing a strange double-negative phrasing, concluded that the investigation found “no evidence… the officer did not reasonably believe that it was necessary to do so in self-defense.”

Babbitt was 35 years old, an Air Force veteran who served in the military police. She was unarmed and not threatening anyone with violence. Had she been given the opportunity to surrender to police, she in all likelihood would have. But a policeman chose not to give her that chance.

Ashli Babbitt’s family plans to file a $10 million wrongful death lawsuit against the Capitol Police, which may shed some light on the circumstances leading to the shooting. Meanwhile Judicial Watch has filed a Freedom of Information Act lawsuit against the DC government for Metropolitan Police Department and Office of the Chief Medical Examiner records concerning the killing. Judicial Watch seeks investigative reports, photographs, witness statements, dispatch logs, schematics, ballistics, video footage, and MPD officials’ electronic communications concerning Babbitt’s death, as well as autopsy reports, toxicology reports, notes, photographs, and OCME officials’ electronic communications. Previous such records requests have been ignored.

This is only one issue concerning January 6 that needs to be investigated, especially as the Democrats’ “armed insurrection” narrative begins to crumble. Pressure from a March 2021 Judicial Watch lawsuit helped lead to the disclosure that Capitol Police Officer Brian Sicknick died of natural causes and not, as the media told us, from being hit in the head with a fire extinguisher. Judicial Watch has sued the Pentagon and the U.S. Park Police for information on deployment of troops and warnings about the January 6 U.S. Capitol disturbance. Judicial Watch is also seeking Defense Department records about House Speaker Nancy Pelosi’s January 8, 2021, telephone call with Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, US Army General Mark Milley, and Capitol Police emails and video related to January 6.

This is the type of information the public has a right to see to give full context to January 6 and address the important questions that have not been fully examined. For example, it remains an unanswered question why the Capitol Building was left wide open to trespass and police were seen on video even waving protesters inside. Perhaps the trials of people charged with crimes related to January 6 – some in jail waiting months for due process — will bring out more detailed information, video, photos and other evidence showing that the “insurrection” narrative has been vastly oversold.

At the same time, Republicans rightly blocked the proposed Congressional investigation into January 6, which would only have played to the most fantastic portrayals of the events. Bizarre comparisons to Pearl Harbor or the September 11, 2001 terrorist attacks only show how desperate the proponents of that storyline have become.

New York Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez’s claim she is in therapy to deal with the “trauma” she incurred from supposedly being somewhere close to the disturbance speaks less to the riot and more to her unfitness for office. The most significant threat to democracy from January 6 is the way it is being used to extend and expand the five-year Deep State anti-Trump vendetta. Some in Congress seek to use the events of January 6th to effectively criminalize “all-things-Trump.”

Had Babbitt been shot down by police at a Black Lives Matter demonstration you can imagine the response from progressives and the media. Would the name of the police officer who shot Babbitt still be a mystery? Hardly!

Yet comments from critics on the Justice for Ashli Babbitt Twitter page show no sympathy at all for the “terrorist” bent on “assassination” who was “eliminated.” These unfortunate, gaslit people need to understand that simply being a Trump supporter does not merit a death sentence. Whether Ashli Babbitt can actually receive justice is an important test of America’s political future.

MIAMI, Florida — Sen. Marco Rubio (R-FL) told Breitbart News he believes a profound shift seen in the 2020 election in the Hispanic community toward Republicans and away from Democrats will continue to intensify as long as the GOP sticks to what former President Donald Trump taught the party.

“These are communities made up of people who value common sense wisdom and working class values,” Rubio said when asked why Hispanic voters in Miami swung significantly Trump’s and Republicans’ way in 2020, a trend also seen in the Rio Grande Valley in Texas.

“That’s what their life is built on. Those are two things the left has abandoned. You hear lots of people talk about whether it’s socialism. Socialism is a part of it. Socialism is a part of the common sense part of it. In their mind, if I were to step in the shoes of someone who maybe voted for Obama in 2012, then voted for Donald Trump in 2020, they would say to you, ‘Look, I came from a socialist country. I fled it. Why the hell would we do that here?’ It makes no sense to them. So you see Democrats stand up and say, ‘I’m not a socialist,’ and no you’re not. You don’t brand yourself as a socialist, but you support socialist things, and you support socialist leaders and socialist politics. It just makes no sense to them.”

Rubio added that this shift will be “permanent” as long as Republicans remain focused on common sense values that Trump championed for the GOP moving forward. He noted that most people in the Hispanic community do not spend all day on Twitter following establishment media figures’ orders, but, instead, “they just live life based on common sense.”
“The left has abandoned that,” Rubio said. “I think President Trump was doing a lot of things based on common sense. In their mind, it made all the sense in the world. They don’t understand why their side is against it. And then working class values. Most of these people here don’t care what you do with your life. They don’t want to tell you how to live your life, who to marry, who to love, and so forth—but you’re asking them to abandon three or four thousand years of accumulated human wisdom because a handful of crazy professors have convinced people everything we knew was true is no longer true on things like gender, on this or that.

These guys just got turned off by all that, and I think it accelerated through the summer on the pandemic and the rioting and all of that. I think that shift is permanent unless we as Republicans go back to being who we used to be—then we give these people no political home.”

Rubio’s comment came as part of a lengthy exclusive interview with Breitbart News as part of Breitbart’s new On the Hill in-depth video series. Rubio joined Breitbart News for more than an hour here in Miami before Memorial Day for an interview at the Kendall location of Sergio’s, a local family-owned Cuban restaurant chain in business for three generations, since the mid-1970s—and discussed everything from that shift in Hispanic political support towards Trump-like Republicans to what Republicans need to do moving forward. Later in the interview, too, Rubio noted that average Americans—and people who fled socialist countries—can see that run-of-the-mill Democrats, even if they claim they are not socialists, are pushing socialist policies. He said he respects Sen. Bernie Sanders (I-VT) because he at least publicly admits he is a socialist, unlike many other Democrats who try to hide it.

“It’s very funny you have a lot of Democrats say, ‘I’m not a socialist. Bernie might be, but I’m not,’” Rubio said. “Well, actually, Bernie is honest about it. I actually like Bernie Sanders. I don’t like his politics, but he’s an honest, straight guy. He’s legitimate about what he believes in, and he’s not trying to hide it. These other people are like, ‘Oh, I’m not a socialist.’ But you vote for all the socialist stuff? They’re all interlinked—if you’re there, you also happen to be anti-Israel.

You also happen to believe America has a history of 240 years of horrible things and that this is the worst country in history. They’re all part of the same club.”

What’s more, in this interview, Rubio addressed his upcoming U.S. Senate reelection campaign and his possible political future beyond that—including if he may run for president again—all while making the case for his effectiveness in government given his role in promulgating programs such as the Paycheck Protection Program (PPP) at the beginning of the coronavirus pandemic. Rubio was instrumental in developing that program, which benefited among hundreds of thousands of other small businesses nationwide this restaurant, Sergio’s. The chain’s CEO, Carlos Gazitua, gave a tour to Rubio and Breitbart News upon the senator’s arrival for the interview, explaining that his local family-owned six-location restaurant chain’s 450 employees survived the pandemic in large part thanks to PPP. Countless more stories like his exist across the country. Gazitua, during the tour, said the PPP aid was critical to keeping people on the payrolls and keeping his business afloat. Now, like many other businesses across the country trying to get back to normal, Gazitua told Rubio and Breitbart News that Sergio’s is facing the exact inverse problem—in large part due to enhanced federal unemployment benefits that Democrat President Joe Biden’s administration extended this year as part of its $1.9 trillion partisan coronavirus spending plan—in that the restaurant chain is having trouble finding applicants for open jobs despite already having increased pay and benefits to try to attract more prospective employees.

Rubio said the PPP program was important “because it was about workers and it was about work.” But now, combined with the consequences of the Biden administration’s other policies, Rubio said Biden’s perversion of the PPP program away from its original intent and purpose as it operated under Trump has stagnated economic growth in the United States. The last three months straight—April, May, and now June—have seen lower-than-expected jobs numbers, despite Biden’s efforts to spin them last week as “historic.” Nonetheless, Rubio asserted, when Trump was implementing the program as developed by him and passed by the GOP-controlled Senate last year, PPP, he said, was the single most effective government intervention in a crisis he has seen in his lifetime.

“A lot of attention is paid to the small businesses that were saved by it, and that’s very legitimate, but we sat down, and we said, ‘What’s the worst thing that can happen?’” Rubio said.

“The worst thing that could happen is millions of people who work for a small business get laid off, spend months not working—so now, collecting unemployment—and it’s corrosive. It’s destructive to your life, to your person. Work is about a lot more than just a paycheck. That’s why it’s called the Paycheck Protection Program. We wanted to keep as many—at a time of tremendous uncertainty—we wanted to keep as many people attached to their employer as possible. Of course, that helped the small businesses. It was an enormous success, and the Trump administration deserves a lot of credit. They bent over backwards to make it work. It’s unfortunate because you’re watching what’s happening with it now, and since January, it’s been a catastrophe. The Biden administration’s SBA people—they’re terrible. They’ve continued to change the rules. They’ve injected all kinds of crazy new requirements in it that have confused everybody. But I can tell you, by and large, PPP was—I think—the most valuable and effective government intervention in a time of crisis that we’ve seen certainly in my lifetime.”

As China was roiled by the coronavirus in January 2020, while Democrats in Washington were obsessed with their first impeachment of Trump, conducting the trial in the U.S. Senate after they had voted in the House to impeach him in December 2019, Rubio went to work to develop the beginnings of what would become the PPP program. Then-Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell, now the minority leader, tasked Rubio in February 2020, in the possibility that the pandemic hit the shores of the U.S., with developing a way for the federal government to get assistance directly to small businesses. Back then, the Treasury Department could send big businesses cash and aid directly, and it could send cash or stimulus payments directly to Americans. It could also top up unemployment insurance programs, which it also did in the pandemic in addition to PPP. But no vehicle ever existed before PPP for the federal government to provide direct aid into the hands of small business owners, and Rubio, his staff, partners in both parties on Capitol Hill and in the Trump administration set out to develop what became the PPP. The program, which the Senate passed as part of the first big coronavirus relief package in late March 2020, ended up winning bipartisan support. Rubio specifically thanked GOP Sen. Susan Collins (R-ME) and Democrat Sen. Ben Cardin (D-MD) for their support of this—and told Breitbart News that this is an example of government working “the way it was supposed to work.”

“We saw—I remember we were in the middle of, we were wasting our time on the floor of the Senate on the impeachment trial but before noon when it started, or one o’clock, we were already talking about, ‘Hey, if this pandemic hits, we need to help get small businesses and get into the supply chain issues,’” Rubio told Breitbart News. “Because the pandemic is hitting China, we’re going to see disruption—how are we going to make up the supply chain losses?

This is a good time to build up capacity of small businesses. So we’re already thinking about it, and then when the pandemic hit, we kind of shifted over and created this, instead. We realized it was going to be a lot bigger than just supply chain. So, look, it was bipartisan. Frankly, I mean, Democrats worked with us on it at that point in time, and I’m proud of that because you can’t get anything passed if it’s not bipartisan. Steve Mnuchin deserves a lot of credit. He was a big part of it, and other people were helping us with it. But I named it—the Paycheck Protection Program, I came up with that—but a lot of the ideas, our staff deserves a lot of credit and so, too, does Sen. Collins and the other people who helped with it–to be fair, Sen. Cardin. It was a time where, you know, it worked the way it was supposed to work. We were thinking about people, not about politics.”

Rubio said that the program—which was designed to help small businesses make it through the tough period when the government was telling them not to open up but, instead, to close down in the early days of the pandemic—worked exactly as designed. PPP pumped out more than 10.8 million different forgivable loans to small businesses nationwide through the Small Businesses Administration, awarding more than $780 billion in aid directly to small businesses like Sergio’s across the country. By the summer, according to the Trump administration, the PPP saved more than 51 million jobs from the coronavirus pandemic.

Rubio said it prevented big conglomerates from gobbling up small businesses across the country, protecting American workers and their jobs in the process.

“That’s what I always tell people. I always tell people, ‘So why was government involved in all this?’” Rubio said. “We’re telling people they can’t open their business. If I tell you Sergio’s—the government wants to take over Sergio’s because we need it for a public purpose, that’s called a taking. We got to compensate them for it. If we tell them we have to close you because of a pandemic, that’s a taking. It’s the equivalent of a taking; that’s the way I viewed it at the time.

But for me, honestly, I knew the airlines were going to get their money. All the big companies were going to get their money. But what was going to happen to these small businesses?

Millions of them would have collapsed, and they’d be gone forever. Instead of being at Sergio’s today, we’d be eating at Amazon’s new Cuban restaurant. They would have been taken over by the big businesses.”

Effective legislating is going to be one of the big themes of Rubio’s reelection campaign next year. Before this interview, Rep. Val Demings (D-FL) announced she was intending to run against him for the U.S. Senate, and Rep. Stephanie Murphy (D-FL) said she was exploring a Senate bid.

Murphy has since dropped out, and it is unclear if any other Democrats will run for the Senate seat in a primary against Demings. Asked about Demings, Murphy, and his reelection campaign, Rubio said no matter whom he faces in the general election, he will face an ineffective leftist Democrat. He also hyped his successes in passing “meaningful” legislation such as the PPP and the Veterans Affairs reform bill at the beginning of the Trump administration, whereas his opponent will not have such a record of getting things done.

“I’m looking forward to it. I think elections are a great time to reaffirm who you are and what you value. It gives energy to your work, and it gives you an opportunity to go to people and say, ‘This is what I’ve done, and this is what I’ll do if you send me back,’” Rubio said. “I wasn’t going to go unopposed. They’ve got to run somebody. So these people are running because, one, they don’t think they’re going to have a district or because they’ve been promised some position by Biden if they lose. Whatever it may be—bottom line, whoever my opponent is, it’s going to be someone who’s going to vote for Chuck Schumer to be the Senate majority leader.

It’s going to be someone who thinks minorities like me and those who work here are incapable of producing a photo ID to go vote and that somehow we aren’t smart enough to produce a photo ID and that that’s discriminatory. It’s going to be somebody who thinks the federal government should pour trillions of dollars into doing energy changes that China is not doing that leaves people unemployed and that continually and constantly hurt working people. These people who work on the pipeline, these working people on the Keystone XL pipeline, at the stroke of a pen all lost their jobs. It’s going to be radical people that won’t speak up against the most radical elements of their party because they’re afraid of it—and on and on; the list goes on. I look forward to that contrast. Then the biggest contrast of all is I look forward to talking about my record. I have passed 36 bills. That requires bipartisan work to do it, and not 36 like naming post offices. Meaningful things, like the VA reform bill, the first bill that President Trump signed, increasing the child tax credit, the Paycheck Protection Program. My work on China is so effective I was banned and sanctioned by China. So I look forward to telling that story and comparing it to what those people did over there, which is press conferences, complaining, wasting time with impeachment trials. But what did they do for real people in the real world?

What did they do for any of the people who work here? They’ve done nothing. Nothing. So I look forward to it. I’m excited about it.”

Asked if he intends to run for president again in 2024, or beyond, Rubio said, “Maybe.”

“Yeah, maybe, only because—first of all, I’ve ran for president before, so I can’t say, “Oh, I’m never interested in that job,’” Rubio said. “But I think what happens over time is you learn.

Sometimes you’re so focused on what’s ahead that you don’t focus on what’s in front of you.

So I think ultimately if you do a good job at whatever your job is, it creates opportunities for you to do different things in the future or to continue doing what you’re doing in a better way.

So one of the things I’ve grown to appreciate is I don’t know what the world is going to look like, what the country is going to be looking for, what the party is going to be looking for, or what my personal circumstances are going to be in four years. So maybe. I think there’s a lot to be determined between now and then. But I’ve got to focus on my job today and then 2022, and then we’ll see with 2024. Here’s the point. Could I? Sure, because I’ve run before. If I see an opportunity to offer something no one else is offering in that race, then I would consider it. But, ultimately, I know I want to be in the U.S. Senate at least for another six years after this because there are things we have left to do, and one of the main things is to ensure in America we have a center-right party that fights on behalf of the men and women who work here 10 to 12 hours a day, who own businesses like this, who fled socialism and who fled craziness in other countries and don’t want to see the greatest country in the world destroyed and turned into one of these countries they came here to get away from.”

Rubio in the interview also hammered the Chinese Communist Party and Biden for his coziness with it.

“Their mission and goal is pretty clear, and that is to emerge as the world’s most powerful nation,” Rubio said of the Chinese Communist Party. “They view the last 100 years as an aberration, and they want to reclaim their rightful place in the world, which in their minds is as the world’s most powerful country. They view it as a zero-sum game.”

Rubio agreed when Breitbart News noted that the CCP views Beijing as the center of the world, adding that the view is “deep and cultural.”

“It used to be they viewed themselves as the center of the world, but they were isolated. Now, they don’t intend to isolate,” Rubio said. “They intend to spread this all over the world. That’s their goal. And then they’ve laid it out for us. They came up with a plan called Made in China 2025, and they laid out how they intend to dominate ten key industries in the 21st century.

Then what they do is they pour a bunch of money into companies favored by the state. There’s no such thing as a Chinese corporation from our sense of the word; these are corporations that are allowed to be successful by the government and they have to do what the government tells them. They pour a bunch of money into these companies and give them exclusive access to their marketplace, and then we let them come here and do whatever they want as well. They invest in innovation and in technological advancement, but they also steal it from us, and they steal it not just by hacking, but by sending graduate students to steal the research or by bribing. They literally will just pay an American researcher: ‘Hey, just bring your research to China, and we’ll pay you.’ That research was sometimes funded by the American taxpayer. That’s what they’re doing, and they know how to play our system against us. So when you want to get tough on China, some corporation who’s been allowed to do business in China and has a two percent market share or has some factory in China sends their CEO to the White House and says, ‘Oh, you can’t do this because it would be bad for the economy.’ They operate the same with the universities, who make a lot of money off graduate students who are paying full rate.

‘Oh, we can’t do this. We can’t kick out the graduate students even if they work for the army and the military of China.’ That’s what they do. So the response to it is we have to wake up to this threat, and we have to recognize there are some key industries in which government has to partner with the private sector if we want to make the advancement we want to make. That’s what we did with the vaccine. We would have eventually had a vaccine, but we needed it now.

So government was able to incentivize the private sector to get them to that outcome. We need to do that with quantum computing, with artificial intelligence, with telecom, with 5G, with all of these important industries—pharmaceuticals. We can’t keep buying 83 percent of our medicine from China. If they cut us off, what do we do? These are the kinds of things we really need to begin to focus on.”

Rubio ripped woke leftist corporations, too—while explaining several steps Republicans can take to win populist support in response to all of this. Specifically, Rubio addressed what he calls “Common Good Capitalism,” where Republicans, he said, need to be more interested in what is in the best interest of the United States and in the best interest of American workers and families than in the interests of special interests, lobbyist, corporations, CEOs, and Wall Street bankers.

“Yeah, a couple points,” Rubio said when asked if his Common Good Capitalism view is the antidote to woke leftist corporations. “The first on woke corporatism, the companies—they have a right to believe whatever they want. The problem is it’s hypocritical and biased. When not even Chick-fil-A—when its founders believed in something, people wanted to boycott Chick-fil-A, and I didn’t see the media here complaining about that. The same is true with these companies. They’re hypocrites. So when Nike and Apple—all these guys, they made billions of dollars doing business, they’ll bend over backwards and do whatever the Chinese ask. Anything.

Because they want to make money over there. Then they come here, and they say, ‘Let’s not say anything about Uyghur Muslims in work camps who are worked to death and killed—genocide—but we’ll boycott an American state whose elected officials passed a law through its legislative, constitutional process.’ That’s complete hypocrisy if you’re going to be in the United States and criticize this country but say nothing about these other countries. So that’s number one. The second point, you ask about ‘Common Sense Capitalism.’ I believe in capitalism 100 percent. I said this the other day; I grew up as an orthodox capitalist—if it was a religion, orthodox capitalism—and I think over time what you learn and what you see is the world has changed. What’s good for an American megacorporation is not necessarily good for America in many cases in this new economy. I think the market is the best place to go, the best way to go because it’s going to give you the most efficient outcome. The problem is: What if the most efficient outcome is bad for America? What if it is more efficient to send jobs—it is more efficient to send jobs to cheaper labor in another country, but it’s not good for Americans? So what is our role? To just say, ‘Well, that’s the way the market works? Or is our role to work for Americans? That’s what ‘Common Good Capitalism’ is; it’s market capitalism, but when the outcomes are not good for the country, it’s our obligation to step in and incentivize an outcome that is in the common good. Frankly, that’s what Operation Warp Speed was.”

Rubio said to succeed moving forward, Republicans need to embrace the American worker. And he cited two major things to do that: First, recognize the threat of the Chinese Communist Party.

Second, stand up against woke corporate influences—his theme of Common Good Capitalism.

“I think there’s two fundamental overarching things. The first is we have a near-peer competitor in China. The Chinese government—the entire government—is focused on one thing, and that is overtaking the United States as the world’s most powerful country. By the year 2027, which would be the 100th anniversary of the People’s Liberation Army, they want to have parity with the United States militarily,” Rubio said. “They want to surpass us economically, technologically.

They want to be the most powerful country in the world. They’re throwing everything at it. We have been asleep at the switch up until the beginning of the Trump presidency. Everybody thought once China gets rich, they’ll become like us. It didn’t play out that way. They’re seeking to replace us. So that overarches everything. In terms of within the party, there was a thinking for a long time that if a group of CEOs or finance people—who I don’t hate or dislike any of them; they have a part to play in our economy—but if a bunch of them got together and came to Washington and said, ‘We want you to pass this’ that meant it was good for the economy because they spoke for the economy. But I think we have this realization that just because it was good for them and just because it’s good for the corporation, doesn’t necessarily mean it’s good for Americans or America. It may be good for them to have a bunch of workers in another country, but it’s not good for America. It may be good for them to have their productive capacity somewhere else or to depend on China for our medicines and our rare earth metals and all that, but it’s not good for America. So I think there’s this growing acceptance that the economy and the free market, which we support, exists to serve people—not our people to serve the market. Then you’ve got to turn that into policies. So, yeah, we’re 100 percent for free enterprise. Socialism is a disaster.
