BUT, It is NOT gonna happen !!!
I never say "never" anymore because of all the unprecedented events of 2020, but I agree that it
is highly doubtful that Trump will return as president in 2021.
BUT, It is NOT gonna happen !!!
Ain't gonna happen but...I believe the only way Trump will be reinstalled as President, would be if: God the Father returned to earth, eradicated all evil, then put Trump in the Oval Office Himself ! So, I am not going to hold my breath !!!
Chuck...There is no clear, CONSTITUTIONAL route to "POTUS DJT" in the near (18 months) future.
NOT to be mistaken for "Trump ain't going to be POTUS soon."

As some educated guy said:
"If just 100 people in DC were dragged out and hanged all the country's problems would disappear."
I think he was wrong. After the last year it might require close to 1K.

The VP is picked by the Pres so it would be Trumps callOn today's war room, Mike Lindell gave some compelling info about the election being overturned. He is working to make that happen.
Here's my question: if the election is overturned, and Trump is declared the winner, would Pence be the VP? He was on the ticket. Now THAT would be a problem!
If you want to hear Mike Lindell, go to war room and look for the episode segments #993. I think Bannon is on rumble, but here's another link. Marsh was kind enough to give this link several days ago.

Wow! That sounds scary. (And I'll have more on what Cooke writes in a minute.) However, someone who likely talked to Trump himself, rather than talking to people who talked to other people, says this is all nonsense:I can attest, from speaking to an array of different sources, that Donald Trump does indeed believe quite genuinely that he — along with former senators David Perdue and Martha McSally — will be "reinstated" to office this summer after "audits" of the 2020 elections in Arizona, Georgia, and a handful of other states have been completed. I can attest, too, that Trump is trying hard to recruit journalists, politicians, and other influential figures to promulgate this belief — not as a fundraising tool or an infantile bit of trolling or a trial balloon, but as a fact.
Given Lara's position in Trump's innermost circle, she is the person to take more seriously than a New York Times hack or a fanatically NeverTrump journalist.Lara Trump said Thursday that people are getting 'worked up' over nothing and her father-in-law does not actually expect to be reinstated as president in August — despite reports stating otherwise.
'As far as I know, there are no plans for Donald Trump to be in the White House in August. Maybe there's something I don't know,' Lara told the Fox & Friends panel Thursday morning.
'But no, I think that that is a lot of folks getting a little worked up about something just because maybe there wasn't enough pushback, you know, from the Republican side,' she added.
'So no, I have not heard any plans for Donald Trump to be installed in the White House in August.'
Cooke is correct that there is no Reinstatement Clause in the Constitution. However, the Constitution is grounded in, among other things, British common law, which was the backbone of the Founders' understanding of the political world. When they wrote the Constitution, they were improving on British principles, not overthrowing them. The scale of Trump's delusion is quite startling. This is not merely an eccentric interpretation of the facts or an interesting foible, nor is it an irrelevant example of anguished post-presidency chatter. It is a rejection of reality, a rejection of law, and, ultimately, a rejection of the entire system of American government. There is no Reinstatement Clause within the United States Constitution. Hell, there is nothing even approximating a Reinstatement Clause within the United States Constitution. The election has been certified, Joe Biden is the president, and, until 2024, that is all there is to it. It does not matter what one's view of Trump is. It does not matter whether one voted for or against Trump. It does not matter whether one views Trump's role within the Republican Party favorably or unfavorably.
