The neighbor is totally clueless.

She sees a neighbor who yells: "Run! Run ! Run! Its a bobcat!". Inter mixed with loud snarls. Then he husband with a drawn gun yelling: " Get out! A Bobcat's attacking my wife! Get out! Watch out! I'm goina shoot that sucker!". The neighbor stops for a closer look.

Clueless. Totally clueless.

Last fall, early, had a bobcat stalk me in the yard on the side of the house. Moved a couple of times, made damn sure it could see me, it still followed me. That's a no go. 1 rifle and 1 shot later....no more stalking cat. Homey don't play that.

Based on it's size, I'm wondering if that was a bobcat or a feral house cat? I also do not think one could grab and hold a bobcat the way this guy did. The cat's back claws would have had blood draining from the guy's wrists and forearms. Both are typically afraid of people and will usually run away. But I have seen house cats attack people. Regardless, it needs to be shot.

Videos further on down the line make the site slightly leftwardly.

Small for a Bobcat. Ours run 20 to 40 lbs. Might have been a large feral cat. They will come after you.

it could be a bobcat.

it was bigger than it seemed. it could have been a younger one, thus the smaller size.

my guess is that whatever it was, the animal in the cat carrier was the catalyst.

Back in the 1960's I wrote a report on bobcats; as of then, the record bobcat killed weighed 69 pounds.
