D.C. Medical Coroner Rules Ashli Babbitt’s Death a Homicide

he Washington D.C. Medical Examiner’s office has ruled Trump supporter Ashli Babbitt’s death as a homicide, American Greatness learned on Wednesday. Babbitt, an Air Force veteran and small business owner, was shot dead inside the U.S. Capitol by a law enforcement officer on January 6.

In a press release to American Greatness, D.C. Chief Medical Examiner Francisco J. Diaz, M.D., revealed the cause and manner of death of four individuals who died during or after the Capitol riot.

Diaz determined that Babbitt, 35, died as a result of a gunshot wound to her left anterior shoulder, and called the manner of her death a “homicide.”

The medical examiner’s office defined “homicide” as a “death [that] results from the intentional harm of one person by another, including actions of grossly reckless behavior.” The unarmed Babbitt was in the process of climbing through a window near a barricaded door when a plainclothes officer fired the shot without warning.

Taylor Hansen, a Gateway Pundit reporter who was on the scene, said in an interview that he saw the officer run away after he shot Babbitt.

Two other Trump supporters—Kevin Greeson, 55, and Benjamin Phillips, 50—were determined to have died “natural” causes following the melee. Roseanne Boyland, 34, was found to have died of a drug overdose.

The medical examiner’s office defined a “natural death” as “used when a disease alone causes death. If death is hastened by an injury, the manner of death is not considered natural.”

The medical examiner said he has not yet been able to determine the cause of death for Officer Brian Sicknick.

“The cause and manner of death for Capitol Police Officer Brian Sicknick are pending,” the press release said.

Babbitt’s husband, Aaron, released a statement on the death of his wife, last week, thanking everyone for the support and calling for justice.

“We can’t begin to express our sincere gratitude for the outpouring of support and generosity that’s been received, both from here in America, and honestly from around the world,” Babbitt wrote in an update to a GoFundMe account.

“It’s been a difficult three months without our Ashli. She’s missed in every minute, of every hour, of every day,” he continued. “The void is tremendous and overwhelming at times, but the love that’s been shown shows us that her name will not be forgotten.”

Some reporters are questioning why the identity of the police officer who shot Babbitt has not yet been released.

Veteran investigative journalist Sharyl Attkisson called the secrecy “unprecedented” in a recent tweet.

“I’ve never covered a case where a shooter’s name has been kept secret for any reason in all my years as a reporter,” she noted. “It’s considered public record; at least until now.”

There are a hell of a lot more than "some reporters" questioning the secrecy surrounding the shooter's ID.

Interesting that the shooter ran.

Let's Go Brandon!
They know who did it. They’re are above our laws.

They won on November 3rd 2020. Its their country now,
and they can do what they want, including murder.

Doors will be kicked in soon enough, doors in rural White areas,
due to inter-city gun violence. This is one of the main reasons
that they won, and they will clamp down on dissent,
just like what has happened, in every communist country.

Please be safe everyone. The end will be here soon.

Regards to all.

Would *I* Lie???
so f*cking dumb.

homocide means killed by a person. Even when a cop shoots an armed criminalk who needs shot it's a "homocide" on the death cert.

Has nothing to do with whether it was a wrongful death or a murder.
more journalistic sensational/ misleading bullsh!t.

I personally side with the defender (shooter) but.. we've already hashed that out! :D:P

I think AB had her heart in the right place. Her emotions took her down a "fatal funnel".

I would be more interested in the names of the suited up federal agents point 5 seconds behind her and their testimony.
The shooter's name will be told right before tptb sacrifice him to the narrative. If I was him, I'd be hiding too, from tptb.

JMHO.

Homicide is the correct call but it can be justifiable homicide. That is what most self defense and LEO shooting are classified as. However in this case shooter stepped out of a doorway and shot an unarmed female point blank. Then apparently ran like a coward. Professional LEO would have stayed on scene and assisted as well and prepared to file reports. I don’t believe this was a good shot and shooter should face prosecution. I also don’t. believe Ashli should have placed herself in that position but that escalation of force was unnecessary.

People should demand that the cop the pulled the trigger be brought up on murder charges. If she was black that would of happened. Another thing, remember how the Dems kept yelling that all these people were killed and it was all Trumps fault. I am sure they won't take any of that back.

What are the odds that her family will sue and end up with the payouts like the Floyd and so many minority families got? IMO zero!

In almost all of those cases of the special class shootings, it was eventually found to be a good shoot. But the officer's lives were destroyed (not to mention the number of buildings looted, burned and police injured by the resulting riots). The families got multi-million dollar checks from the city fathers.

And yep, there are bad cops and there should be consequences. In the case of this young woman, the officer should have had a grand jury and a decision from them, not the political zoo decision that is DC's leadership.

I would like to say that I have never felt this was a plain clothes Capitol Police or SS officer as had been stated. I think more in line of private security for maybe Pelosi or possible Congress Critter with a hand gun. Not sure what he was guarding since it was a room and not the chambers. For all we know it could have been Pelosi's ice cream stash. What ever it was after he shot he apparently ran from his post.

Scumbags name still has not been given

The protectors of the Communist/Globalist scum will be in turn protected by them.

Anyone who would support this and yet profess to be a supporter of liberty is full of crap.

Supporting and protecting the Communist/Globalist scum should be a crime worthy of death...it is treason against the Republic .

Not true.
His skin color is keeping him from being thrown to the wolves.
No, the fact that he protects the Communists/Globalists is keeping him from being thrown to the wolves.

I am sure he being the protected skin color has helped but nothing like being a boot licking scumbag keeping the righteous ass whooping from We the people off the shit stains we call Congress and Senate .

He is being held up as an example of what other LEO's should do...ya know break their oath and kill citizens .

His skin color is of the utmost priority. If the shooter had been white, and the victim black, they would turn D.C. on its head to find out who did it.

Agreed about the victims skin color...and normally I would say yes, the Groid is being protected because he is a Groid but in this case I believe it to be secondary.

I saw a white guy shoot her.

White guy wearing a black suit and a mask. Stepped out of a hallway or alcove, fired, stepped back into hiding. Don't know where he went after that. That was the extent of the short film clip I saw. Have the short clip.
