WTF?!? Women in Charge

Back in the day I considered myself a feminist. My young adult years were in the late 60's and 70's. There was so much masogony (sp) that it was just plain wrong and unfair to women who were just trying to make a living and keep a roof over their head. As time went on things did get better. However, what I say was women who were in charge were worse than most men.

Those young POS women out there wearing pussy hats and the like need to be bitch slapped. They have little to no respect for much of anything much less respecting themselves.

So what I'm seeing today are all the women who are in charges of serious things are democrap despots. There are exceptions of course, like the governor of South Decota (badly misspelled) and the Police chief in Dallas. These two women are examples of how to do a job properly and I really applaud them in what they do. There are others of course, but the bad ones like pegolisy, waters, killery (God saved us from that one hopefull), some senators, both democrap and rinos.

I see screeching women in videos and on tv and its just so disgusting. Life is tough no matter what but what in the hell kind of life are then going to have and these right along with the soy boys out there screeching with them.

God help us all.

I've never considered myself a feminist, I just always considered myself equal. My young adult years were late 80's/early 90's. I think a lot of "modern" women are flat-out crazy. I LIKE being a woman and getting preferential treatment. I LIKE having a door held open for me, having a gentleman say "let me get that for you" when stuff is heavy, and things like that. I do not appreciate condescension and won't tolerate it, but love genuine concern & kindness.

A woman wasn't typically meant to do everything a man can do, and a man wasn't typically meant to do everything a woman can do. Not to say there aren't exceptions, but you get the gist.

And I agree with you. Most of these women I just want to slap the hell out of and scream back at them, "WILL YOU PLEASE STFU???"

Probably so, LM. Post-frivorce, I am well aware that women average significantly shorter than men...

I've always stood up for the rights of women in society as human beings deserving of that respect. I believe in those rights that allows women to fulfill their role as human beings of self worth and dignity in society.

......but without having to abandon the essence and need of our male/female complimentary contributions to each other as a foundation and cornerstone of our society.

Its seems the direction that feminism has gone today by the left is one that cherry picks the opportunities they want most while ignoring any complimentary role to the point where they wish men would disappear from the face of the earth.

In today's feminism the only thing men are only good for is to be the designated bug squasher in the house and flusher of their remains down the toilet.

No matter how hard I could try I could never have the physical strength my dh has and no matter how hard he tried he could never have had six babies.

Seriously, I read a great deal of radical feminism back in the '70's, and the more I learned, the more I understood that was a path I didn't want to go down. Decades later the fruits of that movement are obvious.

Pretty sure it's a lady INTJ thing, but I'd always rather work with men and work for male bosses. Most "women in charge" are in actuality insecure, with all the hell that brings with it, and the work environment will always be in flux - not conducive to efficiency.

Starting out in the early 70's, I put up with my share of sexist BS, but most men (good men), if they get their ears boxed proper, learn that you are going to demand respect, and will honor that. Then YOU, as the woman, have to live it. Same with workplace as with social/personal situations.

Amen. Fortunately, I never spent much time in the workforce as I had the blessing of raising my children. I pity my husband who has worked with them for the last 30+ years. A lot of them are just so nasty. If I had to find a job today, I'd stay as far away from having to work with women as possible.

Ok I am prolly playing with fire commenting on this but I believe there are Feminists and Feminazi's most today are the Nazi kind and I think the gals that fought for voting rights and stuff would be rolling in their graves looking at today's Feminists.

A long time ago in America, only white males who were land owners were allowed to vote. If we returned to that, most of our political problems would go away. Before I get flamed, consider who are the main people by percentage voting for the democrat communists threatening our freedoms. White women, blacks, and large city dwellers. Those are the ones enabling the enemy who have proved themselves unworthy of the vote. The USA would be better off if the old rule were still in force.

Probably true in most cases but the feminazis started someplace.

The problem is that broadstroaking this issue reveals the incompetence on both sides without realling addressing it constructively. Not you in particular, just meant generally.

There have been competent leaders of both genders through out world history, most of them unsung and therefore unavailable as an example. The idiot brigades of both genders are much easier to spot and make comment on.

And if someone is a Christian then they understand the full commandments for women, with Lydia as a prime example of a woman with a business that supports her family. Unfortunately like everything else, people only hear what they want to.

I worked with all men (99%) in a Foundry and all women (99%) in my nursing yrs, found lousy bosses on both sides and great leaders on both sides. Some of the hardest workers ever were the CNAs I worked with........mostly women. YMMV

We'd be better off if we required two things to vote......that would avoid the issues of White male property owners only......

1) All voters must have filed and paid income tax within the previous election year (sorry retired people your voting days are done)

2) All people who qualify for above must take a test on our constitution republic form of government and meet a passing grade before being allowed to vote.

I want all voters to have a) "a financial stake or skin in the game" in regards to their country and its future...........and b) know what they hell they are doing when it comes to how our government works and why they would vote for a candidate to begin with........

Guess you haven't actually met many of the women on this board, have you? My daughter and I take care of our own spiders, etc. The first time I ever saw a cockroach, I did have a primal reaction (drowned it in entire container of bug spray). Realized that was part of living in the south and got over it quickly. Snakes? They are generally good for the environment. Mice, rats? They don't belong in my house, but outside where they can do their thing. Spiders? They, too have their place. If possible, I trap them and take them outside. None of these things belong in my house, but neither do any of them give me the willies. Flies I kill, no question. Ants I abolish.

You forgot two other things:

1) No Muslims, admitted socialists, retards, current welfare recipients, non-DoD Fedgov employees, or known homosexuals should be able to vote.

2) People should have to show a Selective Service registration card before they can vote.

While I agree with you to some extent..............that might be pushing too far on the first go round.................BTW in my conditions I stated welfare recipients wouldn't qualify since they don't file tax returns............and the low IQ types wouldn't pass the voting test on how our government works.......

I have worked in Fortune 500 companies all my life and throughout my 35 yr career, have had both men and women as bosses. Overwhelmingly, the MEN were the worst bosses. I had mature, down to earth and easy to talk to women as bosses who were organized, detailed, and wonderful mentors. The Men were jealous, cautious, power-hungry and had huge egos. I have only had one male boss in that time that was wonderful to work for.

So it isn't a male or female thing, it is a character thing.

everyone with any semblance of common sense realizes that equal work for equal pay (assuming that all things TRULY are equal) equal opportunity is necessary, moral and righteous. those are basic principles anyone should be able to agree on.

honestly, who are these women?

when we see a spider, we go and check it out and try to identify it lol. same with the rodents and snakes. we handle them all the time. by we, i mean thumbelina and myself. of course the men do too lol

we have no time for squeamish. too much to do. and any insects, rodents, and snakes are taken as a learning opportunity. same with bats. the only thing that fezzik "takes care of" is the bats but that is because he likes to do that hahaha he has his own special bat killer tennis racket. one time, he got a nice big one. he chucked it out into the road. so the next morning, i took the kids out and we had an anatomy lesson. it was a male. opened the mouth and saw all the teeth and tongue, pulled the wings and looked at the fingers and wingspan. ears, nose, everything.

fezzik and i used to have a rosehair tarantula. he was cool.
