Good speech. I listened with my earbuds in and I could hear someone breathing in the background. Especially the last minute or so. Notably at the 3:15 and 3:46 mark. That was odd. It’s just not something you typically hear on speeches like this.

I thought this was a very classy and respectful message, especially considering the house just impeached him again.
Not to disrespect the president but this only works when everyone is playing by the rules. Believe it or not I'm quoting Maxine Waters from 1992 when she said, "Riot is the voice of the unheard."

Not much. Just to not be violent and to come together as Americans in peace. Likely just covering his butt. He briefly touched on the media censorship but nothing of substance, and made zero mention of a stolen election. He’s been oddly silent about anything having to do with that topic. Zip. Zilch. Nada.

I think at this point in time, he has no choice but to be silent on this. By fighting them now, he could very well damage his ability to keep the movement going behind the scenes after he leaves office.

I love my President too! I will never change that. I thought his speech seemed slower than normal. I don't think it sounded natural. I won't give up hope.

I suspect that Trump is striving to leave office looking like the leader he has been which is good. However, I think that anyone who believes he will go away and stay away is hugely mistaken. I suspect he will be a major pain in the backside in the future for many who have done the country and himself a disservice.
Those promoting violence will be overpowered and die or be sent to prison. We need to be smart and use other methods to stop the commies set on destroying our country. Think passive aggressive such as they walk all over us but spend much time picking the thorns out of their feet. I'm not smart enough to think of the how-to but I'm sure plenty of others here are.

Okay at 3:09 he states that he has told the authorities to use whatever is neccesary to maintain order. It sounds to me like this is when the hammer will fall! They bitched, moaned and even impeached over him "inciting" riots last week. He has no choice now but to put it down with whatever force is neccesary this time around.
