The daily drumbeat of legal losses for President Trump continued on Thursday as he and his allies once again hit roadblocks in court on cases seeking to have the election overturned.
In Wisconsin, the state Supreme Court declined to hear a challenge to the election results filed by Trump’s campaign, finding that under state law, the campaign should have gone first to a lower-level court.
In Arizona, a judge dismissed a key part of a suit seeking to overturn the election filed by the state’s Republican Party chairwoman.
And in Pennsylvania, where the state Supreme Court had previously dismissed a Republican lawsuit challenging universal mail voting, the court Thursday issued a one-sentence order unanimously refusing to stay the dismissal.

Despite the steady stream of legal defeats, Trump and his allies pressed forward with their attempts to open new fronts and roll back President-elect Joe Biden’s win.
A day after Trump delivered a 46-minute, falsehood-filled rant from the White House attacking the integrity of the election, his personal attorney Rudolph W. Giuliani continued his traveling road show, in which he has been making baseless allegations about fraud to audiences of Republican state lawmakers.
On Thursday, he was at the Georgia Capitol, where he encouraged GOP legislators to reject Biden’s victory in the popular vote and instead choose electors who will back Trump.
“State law doesn’t in any way prevent you, the legislature, from immediately taking this over and deciding this,” Giuliani said at a state Senate subcommittee hearing.
Ray Smith, legal counsel for Trump in the state, said the campaign will be filing a new lawsuit asking the Fulton County Superior Court for a new election and urged Georgia state legislators to select electors independently.
Meanwhile, in the Pennsylvania case, Trump allies late Thursday formally asked the U.S. Supreme Court to block the state high court’s rejection of their challenge to Act 77, the 2019 law that established universal mail voting there.
But judges around the country continued to express skepticism at claims lodged by Trump and his allies. During a hearing in Michigan on Thursday, where Biden’s win has already been certified, state Judge Timothy M. Kenny quizzed an attorney for a group of Republican poll workers seeking an audit of the results in Wayne County about the intentions of the plaintiffs.
“You really are trying to change the results, are you not?” Kenny asked.
“Honestly, Judge, I don’t know what the results will be,” attorney David Kallman responded.
David Fink, an attorney for Detroit, asked the judge to not just reject the request but also to sanction the plaintiffs for bringing it. “They want to undermine our democracy,” he said. “Grant significant sanctions, because this has to stop. They are trying to use this court in a very improper way.” The judge said he would rule by Tuesday.
In Arizona, Maricopa County Judge Randall Warner dismissed part of a challenge brought by state GOP chairwoman Kelli Ward, saying she had brought the claim too late.
But he held an hours-long hearing Thursday on another piece of her suit, allowing her lawyers to present evidence they claimed shows that the processing of ballots in Maricopa County was so flawed that the election results — which were certified this week — were either wrong or so uncertain that they should not be allowed to stand.
Ward’s lawyers focused on errors in the duplication of ballots that were damaged or otherwise unreadable by tabulation machines. In such cases, a bipartisan board of election workers looks at the ballot to determine the voter’s intent and then fills in a clean ballot accordingly.
Before Thursday’s hearing, Ward’s lawyers were allowed to compare 1,626 duplicated ballots to the originals in the presence of attorneys for Democrats and Secretary of State Katie Hobbs. They found a total of nine errors, an error rate of about half a percent.
In other words, county elections official Scott Jarrett said Thursday, 99.45 percent of the inspected ballots were duplicated properly.
Jarrett said some level of human error is unavoidable. “We’re all people,” he said. “It would be unreasonable to expect there would be no errors.”
Seven of the errors deprived Trump of votes, compared with two that deprived Biden. Applying the same error rate to the more than 27,000 ballots that were duplicated countywide, Trump would gain a total of 103 votes, Jarrett said.
That is far less than Biden’s margin of victory of 10,457 votes.
The judge said he would continue to hear evidence Friday and did not disclose when he plans to rule in the matter.
In Wisconsin, where Biden beat Trump by more than 20,000 votes, the Trump campaign formally appealed the results of the state’s recount in the circuit courts of Milwaukee and Dane counties late Thursday. The campaign’s top lawyer in the state said in a statement that he expects “to be back in front of the Supreme Court very soon.”
The refusal of the state’s highest court to take up Trump’s petition was a particularly stinging rebuke, given that conservatives hold a 4-to-3 majority on the elected panel.
One conservative member of the panel, Brian Hagedorn, joined the court’s three more liberal members in declining to take the case.
In a concurring opinion, he wrote, “We do well as a judicial body to abide by time-tested judicial norms, even — and maybe especially — in high-profile cases. Following the law governing challenges to election results is no threat to the rule of law.”
Hagedorn wrote that he had determined the court should decline to take the case so the Trump campaign could “promptly exercise” its right to seek action in a lower court.
Trump’s campaign had argued the matter was of such pressing and urgent concern that it should be considered immediately by the high court. In the petition, it argued that more than 220,000 ballots cast in the state’s two most Democratic counties were improperly accepted by election officials and should be thrown out.
The campaign did not allege that individual voters committed fraud or engaged in wrongdoing but rather that election officials misinterpreted state law regarding several large categories of ballots. That included all ballots cast early and in person in the two counties. The campaign challenged the practices, even though they were identical to those in place statewide and were unchanged since before the 2016 election, which Trump won and did not contest.
Three of the court’s conservative members appeared open to the Trump campaign's arguments and said they wanted to take the case.
“Petitioners assert troubling allegations of noncompliance with Wisconsin’s election laws by public officials on whom the voters rely to ensure free and fair elections,” wrote Justice Rebecca Bradley in their dissent. “The majority’s failure to embrace its duty (or even an impulse) to decide this case risks perpetuating violations of the law by those entrusted to follow it.”
Still, the judicial discussion did not indicate how the court would ultimately view the merits of the Trump campaign’s arguments should the matter eventually return to the state’s highest court. Nor did justices offer any indication that they believed that overturning the election would be the proper recourse if the court decided to eventually hear it.
Indeed, Chief Justice Patience Roggensack, who is part of the conservative wing, wrote that she believed the court should take the case to decide whether the state gave incorrect advice to local clerks about how to run the election.
“However, doing so does not necessarily lead to striking absentee ballots that were cast by following incorrect . . . advice,” she wrote. “The remedy Petitioners seek may be out of reach for a number of reasons.”

The President has repeatedly alleged election irregularities occurred in Georgia, a message that has largely been muffled by the mainstream press.
Earlier today, video footage showing suitcases of ballots being revealed from under desks in Georgia vote counting facilities after poll workers were reportedly told to leave the room.

Ward called the findings “explosive news," saying there was an attempt to steal the election from Trump.
“This is good news because those media propagandists who say there’s no evidence of fraud can now shut up,” Ward said. “The bad news is this looks like this election has been attempted to be stolen from President Trump.”
“And to remind you what a duplicate ballot is: It’s when there’s a damaged ballot or, for some reason, the machine cannot read a ballot,” Ward said. “So, then, election workers ‘recreate’ that ballot. They ‘duplicate’ it for the voter. And it’s either fed back into the machine or created electronically.”
The inspection came after Judge Randall Warner ruled that he would allow signatures from 100 ballot envelopes and 100 duplicate or reconstructed ballots to be inspected.
"I'm inclined to err on the side of transparency and air these things out," Warner said.
Warner called for the inspection to be completed at the voting center and gave the GOP officials access to the scanned signatures on the computer.
"I don't think you need a huge data sample to know whether there are irregularities or misconduct," Warner said.
Warner set an evidentiary hearing for Thursday morning for Ward’s legal team to present the results of their inspection.

No one gives a shit for the most part. Biden all the way. The only way to win is if God comes in and performs a miracle. OK. A few give a crap but it's nowhere near enough. The leftards can't do it all at once...but they are patient. They still have the older folks to disarm. That will take a while. After that, internment camps and even worse.

There is not a lack of evidence, but a lack of investigation and transparency by the Justice Department in rooting out voter and election fraud, House Freedom Caucus member Rep. Louie Gohmert, R-Texas, implored Thursday.
"We're coming down to the wire, and we have not had a proper job done by the Department of Justice, and certainly not by the FBI," Gohmert told reporters at the HFC news conference to call on Attorney General William Barr to give Americans an update on investigations into potential voter and election fraud.
"There's been widespread evidence of fraud because people haven't done their jobs" in investigating past claims of voter and election fraud, Gohmert added.
"[Special counsel John] Durham and Barr will deserve a big notion in history when it's written of the rise and fall of the United States, if they don't clean up this mess. Clean up the fraud. Do your jobs and save this little experiment in self-government. That's our challenge to the people at the top of Justice Department."
Gohmert lamented the only public acknowledgment to date from AG Barr has been to say there is no widespread evidence of voter fraud that would overturn the results of this presidential election.
"There is evidence that needs to be gathered," Gohmert said. "We've been trying to bring it to the Justice Department's attention to do something to protect the integrity of the 2020 election."
Gohmert added a rebuke of the silence by FBI Director Christopher Wray, who was appointed by President Donald Trump, but has faced widespread criticism of inaction, if not sweeping "things under the carpet.''
"It appears pretty obvious to some of us by now that Christopher Wray took his figurative instructions to clean up the FBI as instructions to sweep things under the carpet," Gohmert said. "He hasn't cleaned things up."

at 13:50-21:23 min Boris Epshteyn talks about the Wisconsin Supreme Court decision. They said the case had a lot of validity but had to be heard in the lower courts and work its way up if necessary. The Court said specifically that it was not ruling on the merits.

A witness brought forward by the Trump campaign in its election contest in Nevada alleged that the memory disks used to store vote totals from election machines during the early vote period had the vote tallies unexplainably changed overnight, according to a presentation at an evidentiary hearing in Carson City on Dec. 3.
According to Jesse Binnall, who presented the evidence on behalf of the Trump campaign, the witness, whose name is shielded by a protective order, said that the vote tallies were collected from the machine at the end of every voting day and stored on Universal Serial Bus (USB) drives overnight.
“What they would do is they would log these disks in and out. Good practice.
And the disks had a serial number on them. And numerous times that disk would be logged out with one vote total on it and logged back in the next morning during the early vote period with a different number on it. Sometimes more, sometimes less,” Binnall said.
“What that means is that literally in the dead of night, votes were appearing, and books are disappearing on these machines.”
Binnall said that the USB drives were not encrypted and the voting machines were not password protected. “And they were hooked up with laptops, then where the laptops themselves could have been compromised,” he added.
The allegation about the vote total alterations was one of several Binnall presented during an evidentiary hearing, the first of its kind for the Trump legal team’s six-state post-election effort.
At the core of the election challenge in Nevada are several batches of ballots that the Trump campaign alleges were either cast, processed, or counted illegally, including roughly 40,000 voters who allegedly voted twice. The campaign is also arguing that the signatures on more than 130,000 ballots were verified solely by a machine in contravention of Nevada’s election law.
The campaign is asking the court to affirm the contest and strike the electors representing former Vice President Joe Biden, who are the defendants in the contest, from representing the state of Nevada in the Electoral College.
“Every single one of these instances that we’ve identified has resulted again in the votes of honest Nevadans being disenfranchised,” Binnall said.
“We understand that this is an unusual situation but what we can’t do is turn a blind eye to vote fraud. If we’re going to keep being the beacon of representative Democracy in the world, when it goes bad—and here it went bad—we can’t just turn a blind eye to it. That’s not what we do in America. We make it right.”
Kevin Hamilton, the attorney for the defendants, delivered a comprehensive point-by-point challenge to all of the Trump campaign’s claims. He argued that the Trump campaign didn’t name a single voter among voluminous lists of ballots that were allegedly illegally cast.
“Simply put, breathtaking relief demands breathtaking evidence but contestants stand before you with nothing of the sort,” Hamilton said.
Hamilton argued that similar legal challenges against the use of the signature-matching machine have been overruled without exception by other courts. He also targeted the credibility of Jesse Kamzol, a key witness for the defendants whose testimony features a data analysis that points to a large number of potentially illegally cast ballots.
In a rebuttal delivered at the tail end of the hearing, Binnall pointed out that the defendants didn’t question Kamzol’s analysis and instead attacked his qualifications. Kamzol served as the chief data officer for the Republican National Committee as recently as 2017.
District Judge James Russell ordered both parties to submit proposed orders to the court by 10 a.m. on Friday so he can quickly make a ruling with enough time for either party to appeal to the Nevada Supreme Court.

Obviously, try all the administrative avenues first and if that doesn't work back hand them with a fist full of rolled quarters. See if that gets their attention. If not, then try something drastic like an infrared probe coagulator in the nether regions. If that is not enough, then try a plain old red hot poker. And don't stop until they see the light.

There was a hearing in Carson City, Nevada on Thursday afternoon on the massive fraud in Nevada in the 2020 presidential elections.
Hundreds of Trump supporters were outside the courts building rallying for their president.
The Trump Campaign believes they have a strong case in Nevada.
Democrats used similar tactics they used in other battleground states to flood the system with fake ballots and steal the election from President Trump.
The Trump campaign asserts:
** 15k votes from vacant lots
** 19k votes from non voting Nevadans
** 42k double votes
** 1500 dead voters
In a recent development, the US Postal Service is PREVENTING witnesses from testifying on the massive voter fraud they witnessed as postal employees.
This is disgusting behavior and should be condemned by EVERY American.

There are plenty rumors concerning the server obtained in Germany after the election. Here’s what we know.
On the Monday following the election, President Trump fired Defense Secretary Mark Esper. Christopher Miller, who serves as director of the National Counterterrorism Center, replaced Esper. Esper held his own press conference in June to announce that he would not follow President Trump’s orders and protect the White House from Antifa and BLM rioters who were burning down DC.

Secretary of Defense Mark Esper broke with his superior, President Trump, this week saying he opposes using the US Military against the violent far left mobs in cities across the United States.

Then in one of his first moves on November 18th, Acting Defense Secretary made military special ops report directly to him along with the Secretaries of the Army, Navy and Air Force:
Acting Defense Secretary Christoper Miller announced Wednesday that U.S. Special Operations Command will now report directly to him, putting it on par with the service branches.
At about the same time on November 16th we heard from Rep. Louie Gohmert that people on the ground in Germany report that Scytl, which hosted elections data improperly through Spain, was raided by a large US ARMY force and their servers were seized in Frankfurt.

We later posted more information we received from one of our sources on this raid in Germany.
A short time later Sidney Powell commented on the server but she didn’t know who it was who captured the machines:

But by the 21st of November the excellent reporter at Newsmax, Emerald Robinson, tweeted that she did hear that a piece of hardware had been secured in Germany:
We have heard from another source that the US does indeed have the server that was captured in Germany.
On Tuesday in Arizona we next heard that the US has the traffic and packets sent overseas during the 2020 election:

Colonel Waldron also shared in Arizona that there were hundreds looking into the Dominion system.
Related to the capture of the server in Germany there have been lots of rumors about the whereabouts of CIA Director Haspel and a gunfight that broke out during the raid. We currently have no information on either of these topics that we can confirm. We also don’t know the location of the server that was obtained in Germany.
What we do know in summary, is that there was a server in Germany that was obtained by the US. We also know that a team of military cyber specialists have the traffic and packets sent to Germany during the 2020 election. This is good news for Americans who want to know the truth about the 2020 election.

Earlier today Cristina Laila reported on the explosive video that was revealed during the Georgia ballot counting at the State Farm Arena where crooked Democrats pulled out suitcases full of ballots and began counting those ballots without election monitors in the room.
Trump’s legal team showed a video from the State Farm Arena tabulation center when poll workers were told to leave at 10:25 PM.
A few “workers” stayed behind and were seen pulling suitcases full of ballots out from under tables to be tabulated!
This was the most explosive video of the entire campaign season!
We now have identified one of these criminals who were caught on video counting illegal ballots from a suitcase stashed under a table!
As you can see from the video one woman in a purple top was filmed helping pull out the ballots and then sitting down to count the ballots.
That woman has now been identified.
Local 11 News covered the story from the State Farm Arena that a pipe had burst.
(This later was proven to be complete fraud and an excuse to kick out the GOP election observers!)

One woman in the video is wearing a purple top.
She later appeared in the suitcase video!
The woman in the purple made a mistake and left her purse on her desk advertising her business.
Her name is Ruby Freeman.
And she made the mistake of advertising her purse on her desk the same night she was involved in voter fraud on a MASSIVE SCALE.
Her T-shirt says “Lady Ruby” and her purse says, “LaRuby” which is her company.
This was not a very smart move.
Her company is called “LaRuby’s Unique Treasures.”
It’s on her LinkedIn page!
Ruby’s purse was a hit and several fans wrote her on her LinkedIn page after they saw her and her purse on TV.
They then commented on her LinkedIn page.
Ruby was wearing a different shirt but had the same purse by her side.

Maybe the Georgia police or Bill Barr’s DOJ may want to pay Ruby Freeman a visit.
