I am listening to a youtube video by Hank Kunneman. He said that when Biden got on tv election night, that was the signal to the polling people in the battleground states to stop counting votes. Trump was ahead and by stopping, it gave them a chance to round up the Biden votes.

Software that ‘Glitched’ in MI, GA, Incorrectly Gave Biden 1000s of Votes, Used in 28 States

The election software that “glitched” in both Georgia and Michigan — which in Michigan’s case, incorrectly gave Joe Biden thousands of votes — is being used in 28 states, according to the software company’s website.

The software company, Dominion Voting Systems, “glitched” in Michigan, causing thousands of ballots that were meant for Republican candidates to be wrongly counted for Democrats in the state’s Antrim County. Antrim is also one of 47 counties in Michigan that uses the same software that experienced this “glitch.”

The presidential election results for Antrim County were later corrected, flipping the county from Joe Biden to President Donald Trump after the “glitch” was fixed.
Two Georgia counties — which use the same electronic voting software — also reported encountering glitches during the 2020 election, which caused their voting machines to crash.

A Georgia election official said that a technical glitch that halted voting in the state’s Spalding and Morgan counties was caused by a vendor uploading an update to their election machines the night before the election.

“That is something that they don’t ever do. I’ve never seen them update anything the day before the election,” said Marcia Ridley, elections supervisor at Spalding County Board of Election.

A third county in Georgia — Gwinnett County — which uses the same software, also experienced a glitch. This glitch, however, had caused the delay of counting thousands of votes in the 2020 presidential election.

Election officials estimate that roughly 80,000 absentee ballots were impacted by this glitch, yet decided to push the impacted votes through, knowing some of the votes would likely change.

The software was implemented in all of Georgia’s counties for the first time this year.

Last year, the Dominion Democracy Suite 5.5A was certified by the Pennsylvania Department of State.

Dominion Voting Systems boasts on its website of having “customers in 28 states,” including “9 of the top 20 counties” and “4 of the top 10 counties” throughout the United States.

“Dominion is ready to make a difference in your next election,” the company advertises on its website.

Report: Wisconsin Election Clerks May Have Illegally Altered Thousands of Ballots

Poll workers in Wisconsin may have unlawfully altered thousands of mail-in ballots due to unlawful guidance from the state’s election commission, according to a report.

According to Wisconsin law, an absentee ballot requires that it be signed by a witness who also lists his or her address. Should the ballot not contain the a witness address, the ballot is disallowed and must be returned to the voter so that the witness can provide that information.

However, according to a report from the “Dan O’Donnell Show,” sources claim that “clerks and vote counters” in the state wrote in the witness signatures themselves. Furthermore, the report claims that the election workers chose to write in the addresses because they were illegally advised to do so by the Wisconsin Elections Commission (WEC).

If the poll workers did in fact write the addresses in, the ballots are invalid.
“The statute is very, very clear,” said retired Wisconsin Supreme Court Justice Michael Gableman. “If an absentee ballot does not have a witness address on it, it’s not valid. That ballot is not valid.”

According to O’Donnell, “The WEC sent uniform instructions to voters with their mail-in ballots that informed them that ‘your witness must sign and provide their full address (street number, street name, city) in the Certification of Witness section’ and warned that ‘if any of the required information above is missing, your ballot will not be counted.'”

Though, according to O’Donnell, additional guidance was sent to clerks in October that instructed them to fill-in the witness address portion of the ballot themselves, to prevent it from being invalidated.

“Please note that the clerk should attempt to resolve any missing witness address information prior to Election Day if possible, and this can be done through reliable information (personal knowledge, voter registration information, through a phone call with the voter or witness),” the WEC wrote. “The witness does not need to appear to add a missing address.”

Judge Gableman says that directive “turned the statute on its head.”

“In defiance of and direct contradiction to the statute, the Wisconsin Elections Commission gave guidance–that is, cover–to all 72 county clerks and turned the statute on his head,” Gableman explained. “They said, ‘Gee, we know the law says an absentee ballot without the witness address is not valid, but county clerk, you have a duty to go ahead and look up on your own the witness’ address if there’s no address on the absentee ballot.”

The WEC appears to be aware of the questionable legality of their directive given that the commission told clerks to write the addresses in using red ink, which would make the ballots easier to locate during a recount.
O’Donnell writes:

The Republican Party of Wisconsin estimates that thousands of witness addresses may have been changed, thus invalidating the ballots on which they appeared. The statutory remedy for this is to subtract a commensurate number of votes for the candidates for whom those ballots were cast, meaning that vote totals may substantially change.
President Trump’s campaign is investigating the scale to which clerks and election workers were altering ballots as well as several other incidents that it has termed ‘irregularities.’ President Trump has also publicly called for a recount of Wisconsin’s vote.

As it stands, Joe Biden won the state by roughly 20,000 votes. In addition to investigating potentially invalid ballots in Wisconsin, the Trump legal team is also looking at potential irregularities and allegations of fraud in several other states.

Top Pennsylvania Republicans Urge Gov. Wolf to Immediately ‘Audit’ Election

Top Republicans in the Pennsylvania Legislature reportedly called on Gov. Tom Wolf (D) Friday to carry out an “immediate audit” of the 2020 elections, citing the existence of an “unprecedented” 105,000 provisional ballots, among other things.

The Morning Call revealed that House Speaker Bryan Cutler, Senate Majority Leader Jake Corman, and House Majority Leader Kerry Benninghoff, all Republicans in the Pennsylvania Legislature, called for the audit.

Except for Corman, the GOP legislators raised the specter of voter fraud, echoing President Donald Trump and other Republicans.

Pennsylvania House Speaker Cutler reportedly told reporters the audit was necessary “to ensure that the election process can be verified as accurate.”
The Morning Call noted:

Cutler ticked off a list of issues related to the conduct of the election. They included:

• The Pennsylvania Supreme Court, he said, “unconstitutionally” extended the deadline for late ballots, and the issue ended up at the U.S. Supreme Court. In a letter to Wolf, Cutler said, “This judicial intervention created unnecessary chaos and uncertainty.”
• Secretary of State Kathy Boockvar, the letter said, issued conflicting guidance to counties on how to manage late-arriving ballots.
• Poll watchers, which Cutler described as key to promoting fairness and transparency, were not allowed to observe pre-canvassing and canvassing activity.
• The existence of 105,000 requested provisional ballots “are indicative of voter issues across the Commonwealth.”

“Governor, all these issues could have been avoided had your Secretary of State and the Pennsylvania Supreme Court simply followed the law as written,” the state House Speaker wrote in the letter.

Breitbart News obtained a memo the National Republican Congressional Committee (NRCC) sent to House Republicans on Saturday, detailing “election irregularities in Pennsylvania,” including the issues raised by Cutler.

On Friday, Pennsylvania’s House Majority Leader Benninghoff reportedly revealed that he stood with Cutler and Corman in calling for the audit.

“The current election process has been chaotic and led to legitimate questions being raised about its integrity,” he declared.

Corman, the state Senate majority leader, reportedly conceded that he had no direct knowledge of any voter fraud or “misdeeds” in the election.

However, he added that the process run by the sate’s Democrat-run Department of State had raised so many questions that “no matter who wins, you are now going to have 50% of the population, no matter which side, that is going to not have faith in the result.”

On Election Day, Corman joined another top Republican in Pennsylvania, state Senate President Pro Tempore Joe Scarnati, calling for the state’s secretary of state, Boockvar, to resign.

The secretary “fundamentally altered” the conduct of the state election by giving “constantly changing guidance” to counties, they asserted.

Boockvar denied the claims, saying the Republican lawmakers mischaracterized her instructions to county officials on handling mail-in ballots.

On Saturday, the corporate media, citing unofficial election results, declared Biden the winner of Pennsylvania, pushing him over the 270 electoral college votes required to win the presidency.

President Trump, who believes mail-in ballots make the election vulnerable to fraud, has already said he plans to challenge election results in battleground states.

“The simple fact is this election is far from over,” the president proclaimed in a statement Friday.

Democrats and their mainstream media allies have dismissed the allegations of fraud as baseless. Some Republicans have joined them.

The U.S. Constitution grants state legislatures the authority to select the presidential electors in the Electoral College.

They run the election. Then there are challenges, there are legal challenges they want adjudicated. If there’s a request for recounts, they will have to go through that process. This is the unfortunate part about what Secretary Boockvar has done, and by extension, Governor Wolf by changing a lot of the rules of how this has been done and by doing everything they could to tips the scales to Joe Biden, and now, the integrity of this election is called into question. I don’t have evidence of any misdoing, but all their actions are leading to us wondering why they didn’t want people watching this process and didn’t allow poll watchers in the pre-voting, or getting close enough to see what was going on.

On Friday’s broadcast of the Fox News Channel’s “Hannity,” Trump attorney Jay Sekulow said that the Trump campaign’s lawyers should demand a manual recount of any other areas that used the same software as Antrim County, MI, a county that had errors with reported election results.

Sekulow said, [relevant remarks begin around 2:15] “If 30 states have used a software that there’s already proved to be a glitch of 6,000 votes in one balloting area, and now you’ve got over 30 states using it, lawyers should be — for the campaign, in every one of those jurisdictions, demanding the fix and demanding a manual recount.”

That would definitely be the effect, but I don't believe for a minute that the grand plan (at least on "their" part) is for this to be suddenly reversed.

I'm hoping and praying Trump ends up making both of them eat those words and choking on them.

The problem with the whole riot after Trump "steals" the election is that he just has to declare a few things and unleashes all that government power. The various powers and acts allows a president to essentially become a monarch and move FAST. The government can move like greased lightning when it applies enough manpower and funding.
