As a conspiracy theorist, doomer, prepper and survivalist,
I have always believed the following.
If there is anything bad that can happen it will,
and something bad will always happen, before something good.
I truly believe, that the death of Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg,
will drive the POS marxist democraps to cheat even more,
and that the ZUSA, is now at the event horizon of destruction,
that many have believed, would eventually occur.
Many many cities, all across the ZUSA, are simply going to
now be burnt to the ground, as the POS marxist democraps,
are not going to tolerate POTUS Trump, being re-elected.
Nothing but doom, absolute doom awaits the ZUSA,
and there is nothing that can be done to stop it.

I'd bet the Dirksen senate office building has a number of lights turning on and burning as we speak. Her death is a hand grenade with the pin pulled with regards to the election.
And I'm sure I'll be hearing Pres Trump's plane heading into Andrews shortly. One can guarantee the minute he hits the ground back here he'll get the entire political machine up and running. I bet by Sunday we'll have a new supreme court nominee. Maybe Monday at the latest. A new supreme court nominee will energize the Trump voter base; it will also energize the communists to block or delay that same nominee.

I don't think RGB's replacement will happen prior to the election or the inauguration. It appears, even with the nuclear option, the votes may not be there in the Senate. (Murkowski, Collins, Grassley, Romney). It ain't going to happen unless we have divine intervention. It's definitely going to be a mad-house circus show.

Fox5DC is cutting back and forth to the Supreme court building live during their extended 11pm broadcast.
They just showed a group of girls singing amazing grace...............Are you kidding?
Also-just the front lights on the building were on until the last 10 minutes or so. Now the entire building is lit up like a Christmas tree. Betting the usual 2-3 cops at the front of the building at night are now 2-3 cops on each corner of the building, and at least one sniper nest has activated. Crowd keeps growing; probably Friday night bar types coming to "be a part of it". Just saw a fag rainblow flag flying, they just interviewed a female version of the goodyear blimp (wearing a RBG shirt, size 52 probably
and wearing a Chinese army satchel bag (replete with red star prominently displayed) . She was talking about what RBG did to advance queer rights (figured that) and how she was an advocate for the district (blimpie was holding an upside down DC flag because the district is now in "distress"-they lost their support.) Right.........
My guess is, if the queers and weirdos are out there (and the crowd is still growing) the protesters are soon to make an entrance. The gathering at the SC building is just too good an opportunity for BLM/ANTIFA to pass up in my opinion.

Yep, the Trump administration issued a statement that the Constitution requires the President to appoint a replacement, and that is exactly what he is going to do.
Nothing in the Constitution mentions sentimental mourning or emotional excuses for delays.

When the Supreme Court has a 4-4 split vote, then the lower court ruling stands, but it does not set a precedent. In other words, if the vote is 4-4, it is as if the Supreme Court never heard the case at all.
Any cases that the Supreme Court hears this fall before a replacement justice is confirmed will be voted on only by the current 8 justices, and if there is a tie, there is effectively no ruling at all for that case from the Supreme Court. It will be as if the Court declined to hear the case at all.
