and who rose to be nominated for Vice President---

She was born Oct 20, 1964; so IF that pic is from 1968, then that girl isn't Kamala.

The article says her mother became a doctor and a CANCER RESEARCH SCIENTIST and her Jamaican father a COLLEGE PROFESSOR--and their daughter becomes the first black / bi-racial woman to be nominated as Vice-President--
--but Harris writes in Instagram that America is "systemically racist"

I think it's Rice (with maybe even better odds than you gave her) because she has already been deeply entrenched as part and parcel of BO's cartel. There really won't be a learning curve for her, unlike Heels-Up Harris or the others.
