After a couple gained notoriety last week for taking up arms to defend their home in St Louis from protesters who broke into the private property, hundreds returned to the scene this past weekend, vowing that the couple shouldn’t be allowed to live in peace.

The AP reported that “Protesters marched along the busy public boulevard called Kingshighway, which intersects with Portland Place, a private street that is the site of the Renaissance palazzo-style home of Mark McCloskey, 61, and his 63-year-old wife, Patricia.”

The report notes that protesters lingered close to the McCloskeys’ house for around 15 minutes, without this time trespassing through the barriers to the private street.

The couple appear to have hired security personnel, as around a dozen ‘men in plain clothes’ were seen surrounding the property.

The footage shows the protesters chanting “If we don’t get no justice, then they don’t get no peace.”

Mark McCloskey was interviewed by Tucker Carlson last week, telling the host that he feared for his life during the first incident.

“I was literally afraid that within seconds they would surmount the wall, and come into the house, kill us, burn the house down and everything that I had worked for and struggled for for the last 32 years,” Mr McCloskey noted.

“I saw it all going up in flames, and my life destroyed in an instant. And I did what I thought I had to do to protect my hearth, my home and my family,” he urged.

In a further interview with CNN’s Chris Cuomo, McCloskey urged that the incident represents a ‘broader horrible picture of what’s going on in America right now’.

Police are investigating last week’s incident as a case of trespassing and fourth-degree assault by intimidation, according to the St. Louis Dispatch.

Don’t let the Piss Ants get you down…
The unfairness of it all... firearms laws that forbid the possession of a necessary tool for self defense, the M60 GPMG, would do nicely for discouraging the rabble...

This is why I believe we are still a few months off from having a real fight. They are not quite built up enough to go that last step. The libs are still trying to get us to throw the first punch.

During the riots it was different. They had cover and felt compelled to do something.

That feeling won't really come back until after the election.

Yes, it really would.

If one could afford it, a good MG 42 would be nice also, along with a few pallets of ammo already belted !

Saw one demonstrated at Knob Creek. It was as impressive as WWII vets had told me it was ! The sound was " awesome " !!
And that is an understatement !!

If that hasn't happened by now I doubt it will without provocation and/or staging.

The invasion of Poland by Germany started when a squad or two of Germans dressed up as Pols and fired at the Germans. They shot at us. This means war.

What do you think all the white people in the group are for?

Cannon fodder by their own, and blame "whitey".

How'd that old line go again? "A conservative is a liberal who's been mugged"?
Well, I think it more correct to say that, “A liberal is a conservative that HAS’T been mugged”.
I know “toe-may-toe” toe-mah-toe”...
But, I’m a conservative and never been mugged. Maybe some day, but not yet.
Hopefully, good situational awareness will minimize the chances of that ever happening.

Their security should of brought a .50 cal M2 replica propane gun. Set it up for grazing fire and watch the fun.

The (non), shot, heard,(seen), around the world. Some of us realize, the importance of that ," Couple on the lawn". They responded, with what they had, they were scared, and they weren't paid to do that, it just was a response. They were going to defend their selves , and their property. Do you realize how many other couples saw that and asked themselves," What would we have done"?, What do we need to do to be safe?, What do we need to do to do better??!!! The saying from ww2: rifle behind every blade of grass,... well, the world, ( fill in for every enemy of the U.S.), just saw, what may wait for those who think to do evil. These were lawyers!!!, ... Even our friends, who have issues with private arms saw, and are thinking,...... Now, the enemies of the Republic , foreign and domestic, saw and thought, what can we do to undermine this, we need propaganda,... well, a new march on the same block, and the armed people recently, to try to show, intimidate, etc,... Someone needs to investigate who paid for and planned these recent propaganda come backs,....They,( fill in for enemy of the people), realize they need to do damage control for what the whole world just saw, that, COUPLE ON THE LAWN,.....

And that lawyer couple was liberal and supported BLM from what had been reported. This is how you turn a liberal into a conservative, at least those that haven't fried all their brain cells yet.

Wish it were so.

Maybe a partial conversion. Never seen a full conversion.

What I've witnessed was more a version of "They can't do that! I'm Special!"

You know, like the ones who thought the gun laws were too, too weak, and outraged when they couldn't waltz in and buy a gun?

Or the ones who were all for Defunding the Police, up until the time they were mugged?

Crew served stuff is great, if you have a crew to serve it. And a vehicle to haul it and its ammo and spare barrel around in...

Likely the best Ordinary Joe can do in such a situation is a dependable riot gun, enough ammo and some shotgun skills.

A duckbill on a good 12 gauge pump is a very handy tool for crowd control. They were used with lots of success in 'nam. No need for any pesky tax stamp either. I couldn't begin to imagine the havoc one could wreak with an extended magazine Mossberg 940 and a duckbill. Whole lotta fun waitin' to happen. Us poor guys just have to use a 500 pump and mini shells.

I still like Roof Koreans more than Lawn Lawyers.
Its nice when the humans have a personal stake in the outcome. Hirelings just won't go the "extra step."

With a little luck here perhaps it won't be needed.

I guess we can hope that the "li'l darlings" will get bored before too long. Maybe someone will release a new game for their X-Box soon. Lots of blood and guts and faux winning without having to get sore feet, cold, wet and tear gassed. They can play from their parent's basement and raise their endorphins without the pesky police interfering, though the won't make You-tube or the evening news.

DryCreek, I guess I have lived a sheltered life. I have done some searching, and find nothing on the " duckbill ".

Could you enlighten me as to what that is ?

Sincerely appreciated, and many thanks in advance. I anxiously await your reply !

As usual, I have no idea what is going on. The headline kind of implies howling mobs right on the sidewalk in front of the house. The article seems to say they never got into the gated community but the house is real close to the gate.

Anybody know what is really going on?

Cannot say for sure, but the hirelings might have more motive than just $. If I were paying them, I would make sure they did.

The duck bill shot gun was a very limited run made by the Ithaca firearms co. back in the 60s .
They were used by a couple of point men in Seal teams . It was never put into production.
