Actress Lori Petty declared Saturday morning that Republican lawmakers have become a “death squad” because of their continued support for President Donald Trump and his response to the Chinese coronavirus pandemic.
The Orange Is the New Black star suggested on social media that if Republican lawmakers removed Trump from office, they would become heroes in the eyes of his Democratic opponents.
“[President Donald Trump] is unfit, unable and [doesn’t give a ****] about you or me or your family,” she wrote. “And the Republicans don’t understand if they got rid of him they’d be heroes to us, not the Death Squad they have become by supporting this murderer.” She did not elaborate on this label for the president.

Petty re-posted this message with minor variations — twice — not realizing one of the idionsyncracies of Twitter. By tagging the president’s account at the beginning of her post, this kept the tweet from appearing on her timeline directly, which she interpreted as “censorship” in a post she has since deleted.
“[President Donald Trump] is unfit, unable and doesn’t care about you or me or anyone,” she wrote in her second attempt. “And the Republicans don’t understand if they got rid of him they’d be heroes to us, not the Death Squad by supporting this psychotic.” This message was ultimately deleted.
Before apparently realizing the real reason for her messages’ decreased visibility, she shared a “clean version” that would be more visible. However, the lack of profanity did not affect anything; the difference was she did not tag the president at the start.

Actress Rosanna Arquette posted the phrase “Trump Genocide” on social media Saturday, an apparent reference to the Wuhan coronavirus outbreak that has become a global pandemic.
The hashtag #TrumpGenocide was a trending topic Saturday afternoon on Twitter, boosted mostly by unverified and unidentifiable left-wing accounts. Arquette became one of the few prominent figures to share it herself.

Arquette did not offer any other commentary, but the thrust of the meme is blaming deaths from the disease on Trump’s alleged mismanagement or callousness. Another individual who promoted the hashtag was former Barack Obama Campaign Chair Jon Cooper, who also used the terms #TrumpVirus and #TrumpPandemic.

These people are so far out of touch with reality that it's just plain stupid. Bad part is, there are waaay too many people out there that think the opinions of people like these are golden. I would love for someone to force people like this to live the life of an "average" person for a week. Maybe it would open their eyes a bit. Then again, given the current level of stupidity, maybe not.

More telling is none of them seem to say what exactly it is they think he should have done differently and when. "a lot of Americans are on to the media game" agreed - and its being spoken against loudly and vociferously if you listen for it . . . one of my favorite tactics is to ask for an opinion as to the medias role in this mess - with exceedingly few exceptions its nearly universal agreement that they are out of control and over the top.

If the corona virus doesn’t thin the liberal herd, then Trumps re-election probably will, either by their own hand, or by the war they decide to start and lose.

My dealings with these Trump haters have shown me they are completely emotionally unstable in their politics and life in general. There is absolutely no reasoning with them. For a very few moments, I thought this deadly virus might bring us closer together, but it’s just another nail in this countries coffin.
