I really looked for this with the search function and doing "find in page" for 3 or 4 pages of this forum and didn't find it. But if it's a dupe, I know you'll do the right thing. :D

ETA: This vid is about 30 minutes long, but some have found it worthwhile.

Jordan Peterson became famous for opposing a law (in Canada) that would mandate that people use the pronouns that any other person requested them to use - including (or especially) the weird ones like xim and xer (or whatever).

He is a brilliant thinker.

In this video, he is interviewed by a rabid feminist, who uses the most disingenuous argumentation - and he dissects her. Warning: This b**ch is really annoying.

Very true. He must have an astounding intellect AND control mechanism, because she constantly baited him with twisting his words to suit her agenda. But she gave it away: "I'm hearing....." That's because she is thinking with her emotions and can only hear what fits her paradigm.

I watched this the other day, Peterson is brilliant. He absolutely figured her out, set her up making her feel like she got him, and lowered the boom. It was a thing of beauty.

Tried to watch this video, but that bitch (yes, she IS a bitch, she is intentionally obtuse, she constantly attempts to bait him, she puts words in his mouth, she falsely states what he previously said...UGH!) is too annoying.

Glad to hear he wins this in the end. Wimmin like that DO need to be put in their place. She stupidly wasted a chance to have a productive conversation with someone who has an important perspective and a perceptive mind. I am embarrassed for her, but also pissed at her, and not in any kind of forgiving lenient mood. Real women will be paying for crap like that for a long time to come.

May she choke on her own bullshit.

Interesting conversation. I found it telling that she asked him why his freedom of speech trumped another person's right to not be offended. I know Canada is a different country, but here we have freedom of speech enshrined in our constitution. There is no legal right to not be offended--because people decide if they're offended or not. Liberals are offended over everything that contradicts their ideology. They are working towards demanding that everyone not offend them by disagreeing with what they say, which is the foundation of dictatorship.

The thing about Peterson is that he's got a background in research and clinical psychology. The part with the lobsters was just amazing - totally demolishing the idea that hierarchies are a social construct.

SHE made it very, very hard for me to watch the whole video, too. Every time the camera panned to her, all I could think of was Debbie Wasserman-Shultz!!!

I did peruse other videos of Peterson being interviewed. There was one on Trump's IQ and it got me to wondering what Peterson's IQ is. I find his ability to string together facts, concepts and ideas on the fly amazing. That's assuming that the questions were not given to him in advance. I don't think that was the case because Newman was obviously trying to advance her agenda.

The thread Ragnarok refers to has a good interview on Cultural Marxism with Peterson which is a refreshing antidote (by way of analysis) to that awful poisonous swill. I am twenty minutes into it, so far, HIGHLY recommended.

Saying what she needs is at least somewhat different from telling people to do it.

But I agree with the sentiment: psychologically, some dominant treatment from a real man (though not me, I'm not going near that thing, even if I were a real man) might do her a world of good. Though she would figure out a way to deny she enjoyed it afterwards. And would probably cry rape.

The problem would be getting any real man to do it.

I absolutely love David Woods' videos - he is very intelligent, articulate and humorous. Most of his videos deal with Islam using their literature and hadiths so this is a little different from his usual short vids. Here's his take on the discussion. I just couldn't get how Cathy repeated back every time.."So you're saying..." and NEVER got it right.
