IT'S THE TB2K WEEKEND DANCE PARTY - Cabin Fever Open Lines!

Anyway you want it, that's the way you got it!

Huge kudos to 1911user for running the show last week for our monthly "First Friday" dance fest.

    The Ground Rules

    - Label all videos, don't just throw out a link.

    - Remember to post a plain link beneath your embedded video for mobile device users.

    - Any music genre is acceptable.

    - Don't knock somebody else's music, your taste may be crap also.

    - Label your videos as PG or PG-13 as required.

    - Add lyrics or screen shots as you see fit.

    - Drink responsibly, use a glass.

    - Delete the "s" from https://www.xxx when embedding videos.

    - Limit each post to no more than two embedded videos.

    Boat Drinks

    https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=RyXjw36g9vM

    Boat Drinks
    Jimmy Buffett

Boat drinks, boys in the band ordered boat drinks
Visitors just scored on the home rink
    Everything seems to be wrong

    Lately, newspaper mentioned cheap airfare
I've got to fly to saint somewhere
    I'm close to bodily harm

Twenty degrees and the hockey games on
Nobody cares; they are way too far gone
    Screamin' "Boat drinks," somethin'
    To keep them all warm
This morning I shot six holes in my freezer
I think I got cabin fever

    Somebody sound the alarm
I'd like to go where the pace or life's slow
Could you beam me somewhere, Mister Scott?
Any old place here on earth or in space
You pick the century and I'll pick the spot

I know I should be leaving this climate
I got a verse but can't rhyme it
I gotta go where it's warm

    Boat drinks
Waitress, I need two more boat drinks
Then I'm headin south 'fore my dream shrinks
    I gotta where it's warm

I gotta go where it's warm
I gotta go where it's warm
I gotta go where there ain't any snow

    Where there ain't any blow
'Cause my fin sinks so low
I gotta go where it's warm
    Proud Infidel...............and Cracker

Thanks, a rather early and rare Gary Neuman effort.

    Way ahead of it's time.

    80's Gold!

    Bauhaus - "She's In Parties" (1983)

    https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Qxqq5vahHKk

Shot in a disused warehouse in Wardour Street London, March 1983. Filmed by Howard Guard (who also directed the iconic Maxell tape advertisements), the end sequence of the band asleep in the back of the limousine was, according to Guard, very much for real. Finally wrapped up as dawn was breaking through. Poignant message with the scattered sleeves....single taken from the album Burning From The Inside.

Damn, what a group. I know this will sound good even before playing it. They were all masters of their chosen instrument.

For some reason on Internet Explorer the videos don't show - I just get the link so I have log on to TB2K from Mozilla - where I can see and post an actual video.

But for me Mozilla is slower so I don't post many music videos.

    Been this way for months.

    Any suggestions.

    Thanks

I've had some problems with Firefox, which is essentially Mozilla lite.
Make sure it's updated, that may help.
On the internet explorer, make sure your flash player is up to date?

Microsoft and Google don't play nice together. MS IE Explorer and the new MS Edge browser no longer properly render embedded YouTube videos.

I've been using the Chrome browser for YouTube the last few months.
